So apparently, some foppish astronomer has decided that the earth's rotation has changed so much that the dates for the Zodiac signs need to be updated... And a 13th one added? Ophiuchus (Oafi uh cuss?)

Despite a friendly attitude, I dislike people in general. I understand that there's good in them, but I would prefer to spend most of my time at home. I don't like having to put on a friendly mask when I'm feeling horrible, or trying to be nice to people who are being rude. I do it anyway, because my sense of honor wouldn't allow me to get upset in public very often. I'd rather walk off than get into an argument.
On a different note. My sister is collecting dirt. Seriously. From around the world or something. So I'm asking ye all, if you have dirt, which you probably do, and you can send me some... I'd like it. 'cause Christmas is coming up. Or her Birthday, in April.

This one is difficult for me, because depending on my mood, nothing could be a turn on, or I self start. *shrugs* I'll do my best.
1. Gifts of the hands and heart. Sing a song, paint a picture, anything you did for me and give to me will make my heart flutter and my loins fill with blood. (lol)
2. Avoid the "naughty bits". A light touch on the hips, the side, the shoulders... It makes me shiver and one of the rare times I actually get goosebumps.
3. Neck nuzzles. Been sensitive for years, and the suspense is incredible. The warm breath, not knowing if a nip is coming... I guess it's kinda a submissive thing.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law "respecting an establishment of religion", impeding the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation, or both. The synonymous term freedom of expression is sometimes used to indicate not only freedom of verbal speech but any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. In practice, the right to freedom of speech is not absolute in any country and the right is commonly subject to limitations, such as on "hate speech".
Freedom of speech does not cover art, people! Freedom of Expression might.
And those cover Government, not personal or company policies. If I have a rule in my home that says you cannot swear, you can't shove the first amendment in my face. Because I can just as soon shove you out the door.
As I stated at the beginning, I am struggling very hard to keep personal opinions on the content specified in the amended AUP and TOS.

1. A holier-than-thou attitude. Someone who thinks they're always right, even if they're proven wrong. Not only is it a turn off, it makes me angry. I don't care if you've taken 12 years of college, you don't know everything. And I don't like having my intelligence and knowledge demeaned.
2. Poor personal hygiene. I don't care if you don't brush your teeth every day, but smelling like rotten onions is just nasty. If you have a beard, trim it even. And really, cleaning down there takes only minutes. Shake it well and wash your hands if you're a guy. Work-dirt I can handle, but wallowing in filth... well I'm pretty sure this is a common turn-off.
3. Treating people like they are property. This kinda covers abuse too. And the line "I never lay a hand on my woman" doesn't mean you don't hurt her in other ways. You may never use the "bad words" but it's just as hurtful to say things like "Well, she's pretty good in the sack, but she can't cook worth anything" or something similar. Also, getting mad anytime they go out with friends, or look at another person... it makes me sick.
4. Farting... This is only in certain situations, however. Don't do it on purpose to gross me out, don't do it in my face, and don't do it during sex unless you have to, and give me fair warning first. I don't hold it against people if it reeks, but it *is* a mood killer. Hard to feel shmexy when you're gagging.

As an aside, this one is actually hard for me. Because of the things I've done, I am who I am today. I don't know for sure if I'd still be me if I hadn't done each thing. Who knows what the catalyst was.
1. I wish I hadn't accidentally broken that wall plate his dad gave us. Not only do I miss having it, the scar on my leg just looks funny. I'm just glad I was between it and the baby at the time.
2. I wish I had never had an argument with my mother.
3. I wish I hadn't just blown off those dreams I had and not told my mother to go to the hospital when I had them. It may have made a difference, who knows?
4. Slept with my ex for cigarettes. It just cheapened me horribly.
5. I wish I hadn't let Losh just use me for sex and childcare and then hide me when his friends came over.
6. I wish I had never started smoking. Yeah, that's a good one there. I don't think my life would have been too terribly different if I never sm.. oh wait. It's a gateway drug. That might have changed my whole high school years.. Neh. Oh well, I still wish I never started.

1. Be honest, but not creepy honest. The fastest way to make me run is to tell me that you're God and can kill whoever you want...
2. Be talented at something. Anything. Art, writing, just being able to time jokes right.
3. Don't be fake. Don't automatically like something that you think I like. Don't be a different person around me than you are with your friends.
4. If you're going to buy me something, get somethin within your means. Don't say "Oh, I payed most of this *expensive present* off, I just need you to pay the other part." Also, see #1. If you didn't pay on it, don't tell me you did.
5. Here's teh hard one. Be understanding of my issues. Half the time I have absolutely NO coping skills, so I fly off the handle at weird times, and I attack those closest to me 'cause I have the ammo. I don't REALLY mean it, but it happens. I also have to watch my meals and such and have to poke myself with needles every meal. If you're needle shy, you're probably not for me.
6. Don't do drugs. Dabbling in your past, depending on the drug, I can deal with. But I really don't want to be in a relationship with someone who pokes smot, or even drinks regularly.
7. Be forgiving, of yourself especially. Everyone has faults.
8. Don't be a Ho-bag. Male or female. I don't care if you had 1,000 partners before me, 's long as you're clean of course. I just don't want to worry that you're cheating on me. 1. I'm very open, but I still have secrets. I don't expect everyone to tell everything about themselves. There are some things that you can only tell someone you trust utterly and completely, and those people are far and few between.
2. Some days I can be really hyper, some days melancholy. Even though I'm on meds for it, I can be a total b*tch to people. It took years before I was actually told I had bi-polar disorder and not depression, but now that I look back I realize a lot of the crap I did when I was a kid was because of Bi-polar. I have mood swings that can be in just a few hours, or days, or months. My ex made my mood swings far more violent because of his treatment of me. I'm glad that my fiance has the forbearance to deal with even my worst moods, though I know I've pushed him.
3. Despite a lot of bad things that have happened to me, I still feel that people are intrinsically good. People aren't born evil, and if there is something wrong in their brain that causes them to hurt others, I do think there are ways to fix even that.
4. I have the firm belief that people CAN change if they want to. If someone did something wrong 5 years ago, and didn't repeat it since, they're probably not going to do it again. Though I do get a little iffy about people who say they've changed and keep doing stupid stuff.
5. I am overweight IRL. I started gaining weight for two reasons back in the day. A. Nintendo. I went from playing outside every day, to almost skipping school just to keep playing the dang console. B. I got tormented about being fat even when I wasn't, and it basically did the reverse of anorexia on me. If they thought I was fat before, maybe I should be fat.
Nowadays, if people can look past that, and see me for my personality and like me for it, then I know they're people I want to know.
6. I have been wanting to lose weight. A size 16 would make me happy. (For me, about 200 lbs) But my ultimate goal weight is 180. Still plump, but back when I was 180, I had a 29 inch waist. That, and my boobs are getting uncomfortably large. (G cup, if anyone cares)
7. I've basically lived in the same house my whole life. I never moved as a child, and I left when I was 22 or so for a few years in a town nearby. I actually find the idea of moving out of this house and losing it to another family to be terrifying.
8. I'm freaked out by spiders. It used to be much worse, but they still give me the shivers for hours if one gets too close to me. At least now I can kill them instead of running away, screaming like the Bride of Frankenstein. I've actually kept a few black widows in a jar to study. Know thy enemy? Perhaps.
9. When it comes to most things, as long as it's done well, I'll probably enjoy it. The exceptions are scream metal, lima beans, and organ meats. Also, I don't like eating any meats I can recognize as once being an animal.
(P.S.) I won't eat any animals I've helped raise, or baby animals. Except veal. I hate cows. Beastly things. Maybe wild ones are better, but they hurt me when I was little, so I feel a little carnivorous behavior is comeuppance.

Update on Commissions
Posted 15 years agoOctober was an unexpected butt-rush of stuff I had to get done. Most of my family was born in October (I only remembered 2 of them before...)
A friend of my father's moved out, and left behind a bunch of...well, garbage mostly... Half a ton at least. I had to help out because up and down stairs is a little beyond my poor father's abilities more than just a couple times.
And then there was Halloween and all the crafting and stuff that comes with it...
I'ma take a bit of time to relax and then I'll get right back on the Commissions. I promise.

Commissions Update
Posted 15 years agoI'm afraid I'm going to have to take a Hiatus for a bit on the progress of my commissions. It seems that my daughter finds my pen tips to be delicious. I now no longer have functional inking pens.
I could ink with a bic, but I hate them so much.
I'm going to have to close the commissions with what I have, and I'll get at least the rough sketches of those of who who's info I have done. Hopefully some of my friends have some pens I can use.
