General | Posted 5 years agosorry ive been infrequent here, i've been having some mental health struggles (tho comparatively minor compared past episodes) that have really impacted my ability to produce art, as well as some unwarranted anxiety about social media
i am happy to say that i finally got prescribed a med for my ADHD, which is helping a lot with my concentration and not getting frustrated every time i try to draw, so hopefully i'll be able to make more art in the near future.
i have a backlog of art from like.... almost the past YEAR to upload and will hopefully get around to that soon. there honestly isn't a lot of it; i've been in a major rut since my grandfather passed away last July and am only now (in the past month or so) getting fully back on my feet. i haven't really been able to draw anything for myself even for the greater part of the past year or so.
i just finished 2 very large reference sheet commissions and will be working on some personal art & adoptables now that those are done.
anyways..... hope everyone is holding in there, sending good vibes

i still can't rly believe it's happening, i'm so excited ;;
but ya! i work fulltime at a dog daycare/boarding kennel, which is a pretty labor-intensive job that involves a lot of lifting heavy objects/dogs, so i'll be taking the entire month of march off to heal instead of getting my chest burst open by a 70lb dog jumping up on me to say hi lol
so i'll be taking a handful of commissions/trades/etc. over the month!
i'll probs make an official price post, but just as a general guideline i usually do pwyw commissions and go from there!

i wanna practice tf art more but i have like. limited ideas bc im dumb and tired all the time
so yeah if anyone wants to comment with anything from a basic prompt/idea or comment with a ref sheet and a request, i might do a few of these
nsfw/suggestive themes are ok (not wanting to do those exclusively) since im trying to take commissions for these eventually lol
not gonna be doing all of them if i get a lot, but im gonna be having top surgery in 12 days and after that im gonna be doing nothing for like. 3 or 4 weeks...so ill have time to do more stuff lmao

these animals are like. i'm not Scared of them per se, but i wouldn't wanna be in close quarters with them either.
- beavers - they're aggressive bastards!! i don't trust a rodent who has ~180 pounds of bite force, which isn't a lot compared to like a wolf or something but still, i don't trust like that. their teeth are scary sharp and also uncomfortably orange. the bastards could bite my fingers off one by one and then fuckin deck me with their tail. also idk if any of you have seen a beaver irl, but they're Big. like the ones where i live are easily in the 40-70lb range.
having had to fling beaver carcasses of various sizes over a 12 foot fence on multiple occasions, i can tell you that it is no easy task.
i have distant respect for them because of their environmental prowess and the sheer amount of Danger that they radiate from their fat little bodies. they also get points for being very soft and water resistant.
- swans and geese - giant bastards hiss at you with their freaky beak-teeth with their neck all stretched out... not cool. bigass angry birds.
actually swans are either rly angry and territorial with you or wanna be your best friend because you have food, it could go either way. and honestly i respect that. relatable content right there.
and if i'm being honest, even just thinking about Canada Geese fills me with a primal fury that is unrivaled by any other animal. they're easily the shittiest bird species out there. i have no respect for them.
- moose - i feel like i don't have to explain this one. a moose could wreck your shit. i personally have had 5(?) moose encounters in my life, and while i haven't died yet, it is a definite possibility. like one of them was when i was probably 5 or 6 and in northern MN wandering around in the woods without my parents, as you do. saw a fuckin bull moose!! with a cow, AND a calf. like i was lucky to be ~500 feet away, but if i was closer to them? i would've been toast. giant fuckin bastard would've knocked me into next month.
i feel like people don't realize how big moose are until they see one irl, but man. they're big. like 500-1.5k lbs big. like 5-7 feet tall (at the shoulder) big.
and then sometimes they just stand in the road!! and man if u hit a moose with your car, your car would be dead, you'd probably be dead, the moose would either be dead or just fuckin walk away with a broken leg or something.
unstoppable mammal. they're the #1 on my Distant and Wary Respect list.

1) i dropped out of college - wasn't the best fit for me and i still need to figure myself out before i dedicate that much time/energy/money into schooling
2) payed off my fullsuit and it's currently in the works ! being made by a super cool maker, will post updates when i can!
3) started HRT!!! literally today was my first day on T guys im so fucking happy
4) working fulltime at a dog hotel/daycare/grooming place,, not the best job in the world but yknow whatever lol
yeah idk, haven't been making much art recently, but i want to start doing more hopefully,,
