animeclipart and just. Man. These two are the best gifts ever. 💖💖💖Speaking of gifts.. Thanks to you all commissioning artwork, I was able to afford some presents for them both. I could NOT have done that without everyone's help!

My grandma, Clippy & Hurricane Dorian
Posted 6 years agoSO I just wanna let folks know why I've been a little quiet on the streaming front. I miss you guys and I DO PLAN to stream today, if all goes well.
But here is a little update on what has been going on: My grandmother had a seizure in her sleep late last month. I had no clue, nor did she. She was acting off - The symptoms she was having reminded me of what happens during a mild stroke. She agreed that I should call an ambulance, which she has never done before. (Normally she refuses and I have to try to convince her.)
At first, medical professionals couldn't find anything wrong. But, as previously mentioned, they were able to conclude that she had suffered a seizure. Apparently stroke victims such as herself are more likely to have them. As far as we know, this is the first seizure she has ever had.
She's on seizure medication now and is doing much better, and will get to come home soon!
animeclipart is also visiting again, thank goodness. It helps so much having someone else here. ;w;;
BUT NOW WE'RE WORRYING ABOUT HURRICANE DORIAN OVER HERE so of course that's "fun". We've been running around trying to get ready for it.. We live in a trailer so naturally uh. That's a ...concern.
Thanks to those of you who have donated and also filled out the form for a commission. I know I have not gotten to properly respond to any of the new submissions yet, but I promise we'll get around to that as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your understanding..

How do suggest your price commissions work?
You must say what type of commission you want, and suggest the price you desire. The price you suggest may be accepted.
How much should I pay for a commission?
You suggest the price! If your suggestion does not work out, alternatives can be discussed.
What do I do after you accept my commission?
Once approved, you will be given the form to fill out. You have to include all of the information here! If something is missing, then your commission may not turn out just right. An invoice will be sent as soon as you complete the form.
When will you do my commission?
Sometimes the commission is created right away, other times a date will be discussed with you. You must approve when your commission will be done before work will begin.
Do I pay you before or after the work is done?
Before.
Will you stream my commission?
Yes. If you do not want your commissioned streamed, please say so in the form.
I ordered a commission, but now I cannot pay/need my money back! What do I do?
A refund can be provided only if work has not yet started. Please do not fill out the form unless you truly can pay for a commission!

Abusing the form system by repeatedly filling it out and then demanding a refund or canceling the commission over and over may result in being banned. In short, use the form only if you are serious about the commission!

This year, I became determined to generate income through creating artwork for others. Thanks to all of you, the dream is coming true!
As many of you know, I care for my disabled grandmother from home. She is my world. She inspires me and encourages me every day. She has gone through many physical and mental hardships during her life, yet continues to smile, laugh and brighten up my life, as well as the lives of others!
You all make it possible for me to continue working from home, where I can care for her properly. Not only am I extremely grateful to everyone for this, but she is, too.
We both wish you all a very Merry Christmas if you celebrate it, and an amazing New Year! Here's to so much more artwork in 2019. :)

MY GRANDMA IS HOME ♡♡♡

I brought my grandma home with me just yesterday, and we are both so happy to be back to some form of normalcy. ♡♡♡ Things are still rough as she continues to improve here at home, but she is eating well and resting.
Thank you all again for your support. My grandma is super special and she deserves to feel as comfortable as possible. ♡♡♡

animeclipart and I celebrated my grandma's birthday at the center on Friday and she had a good time ♡ She really enjoyed the strawberry cake. C:
The kyphoplasty procedure that she was finally able to receive has already helped her a lot, but we are trying to figure out why her blood pressure continues to get low. It keeps her from doing the exercises that she wants to do in order to get more of her strength back.
I admit.. I am REALLY scared and worried about this, because one of the nurses just told me that it is fatal if it drops too low..
Please please keep my sweet grandma in your thoughts.

Kyphoplasty
Posted 7 years agoIt turns out that my grandma's kyphoplasty procedure for her fractured spine had to be canceled. Cardiologists want to monitor her heart a bit longer to make sure it is strong enough to undergo it.
Hopefully, she will not have to wait too long.. Her poor back really hurts. :(
Procedure for my Gma
Posted 7 years agoMy dear grandmother (and momma! She adopted me, after all <3) has been confirmed as a candidate for kyphoplasty!! This is INCREDIBLE news, because it means she can get this quick, effective procedure to fill in a fracture in her vertebrae. My grandmother recently had a fall (and silent heart attack.. and uti.. my poor baby oh my gosh), and she is happy that this is an option available to her!
The doctor performing the procedure told me that it is so simple that she will only need a band-aid afterwards. I hope this can help my gramma feel better ASAP. <3

Back in the emergency room
Posted 7 years agoMy grandmother suddenly stopped eating and cannot take her medicine.. Her blood pressure went way up..
We are back in the emergency room. All she can do is say "ow ow ow" over and over again.
I wish so damned badly that I could take her pain onto myself. She does not deserve this.
