Posted 13 years agoMy first character auction just wrapped up sucessfully! Many thanks to Bluet, Eckto, Sugardust and Tarte's new owners, and I can't wait to see what you do with them.
So now I'd like to do some more adoptables, as well as some icons and other things. I'm not taking commissions, but I would be interested to know what you want to see more of on FA. Comment on this entry if you have any ideas.

Bluet is an albino goat girl, or maybe a faun, no one can tell. She has ghostly pale skin, white hair, and white fawn-spots on her flanks. Her sharp little teeth belie a vampiric nature that is only intimidating until she shows you how she eats--a strict diet of blueberry juice, straight from the source. Bluet lives in a tumbledown little house in the burbs, with a few roommates--each of whom have similarly strange dietary restrictions. The house always smells delightfully of fresh fruit!
She recently shaved half her head but thinks maybe she's already over it, since she sees it on everyone out at all the shows, now. Growing it back out is going to be a pain in the ass. She designed all her tattoos herself, and sat for ten hours letting her roommate prick-and-poke them into her skin, but it was worth it. She loves them.
Bluet's pet and constant companion is her little ghostcat, Eckto. Eckto is so shy, and her glow is so faint, that most people cannot see her unless Bluet points her out. Eckto's beautiful tail terminates in a softly-lambent orb, which she uses to lure ghost koi from the old pond in the back yard.
Bluet's ability to see ghosts--both of her cat, and the fish--make her think maybe graphic design school is not really the best use of her natural talents. But that's up to you to decide.
Sugardust is a MtF goat girl who has decided not to get bottom surgery. She likes her body just the way it is, cute little fuzzy sheath and all. Sugardust's diet is donut-only--and they have to be jelly-filled. She loves bright blue thread, and decorates her shiny black horns and her dyed fuchsia hair with it every chance she gets. She has three ear piercings, and likes to wear thick false eyelashes to set off her beautiful eyes. Sugardust has beautiful dustings of starry white fur on her shoulders and hips, making her look like she was powdered with sugar, herself. Her scrollwork tattoos are the beginning of what she hopes becomes a full-body collection, but she's only just gotten started. She's a little shy, and a little melancholy, but just as sweet as her name.
Tarte is the oldest member of the household, and preys on innocent strawberries, from which she sucks the juice. Her transformation has left her slightly altered from normal cat-goat hybrids, and she now boasts beautiful bright green spots down both legs, and a slight, fresh greening of her fingertips and hooves. All her jewelry is bone. People think she's stuck up, but really she's just lost in thought most of the time.

Tumblr for sketches and doodles?
Posted 13 years agoWas thinking about starting a Tumblr for sketches and doodles and reblogs and stuff. Do people usually post all their stuff on FA or do you prefer to follow artists on Tumblr to see what they're up to, and have finished works on FA only?

Posted 13 years agoI have just been asked about commissions. I would love to take some, but I'm currently swamped with work and old, unfinished commissions and really shouldn't take on any more right now. I will post a commission menu as soon as I'm available, though!
