I put this together in my kitchen and it worked so well I thought I'd share. Entirely vegan and about 150-160 calories all in all!

Banana Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

1 banana.
1 cup of ice.
1 cup coconut almond milk.
1 liberal squirt or so from bottle of Orange Crush flavor water drops.

Blend together, drink and enjoy.

I finally made it.

Not smoked since last Sunday and the the withdrawal is subsiding. The planned FA outage didn't make it any easier (Obviously I need new hobbies).

Now all I have to do is make it through a work week without losing my shit. That will be the hard part.

I have been making many healthy choices this past few years. I have lost weight, started exercising religiously and even gotten a little sun.

Now comes the hard part.

I am 35 years old. I realize statistically I need to stop smoking NOW. So here I go.

This is always such a pain in the ass. I need about seven days and I am fine. The downer is by Thursday I am a mental case. An absolute wreck. I know this because I have attempted this before.

Last time I was on the wagon for like a YEAR before I fell off again. I am hoping for far longer.

Another weekend, another fun time in my sweltering apartment. You know it's bad when you love going to the office to get away from the sauna!

Ugh, I had to jump into the shower to cool off. It was that bad.

Anybody else feel like a fried egg?!
