Last night, at 3:30am, someone very very close to me have lost their life due to a careless drunk driver. He was doing nothing wrong, and had the right-a-way in an intersection when a drunk driver ran a red light and hit the ambulance he was driving.

I have lost both my grandparents on my father's side and my g'ma on my mom's side, but I can say it never affected me like this has. Lem was the only guy I have ever had serious feelings for and he has been through so much. He didn't deserved to be removed from this world after the crap he has been put through, when he had so much potential. The things that hit me the hardest was that he never got the chance to get home from his shift and open up the Valentine's Day card I got him. He was in the middle of his 3rd + 24 hour shift in a row.

I really don't want to go on rambling in circles about how in shock I am of the whole situation. I really wish I could express myself as well as people in movies but I am just in so much shock right now and I don't really know how to react..

My first time since Christmas! To all my Virginia friends back home I'll be coming back home this weekend if you want to hang out! Apologies to peeps at Va Beach I can't make it there :(

I'm really looking forward to this trip and really hoping to get my fill of my family and friends while I'm home and get to pretend I'm a civilian once more <3 I'm also really glad my mom moved into the city I've always wanted to live in Charlottesville just to be so close to everything and to be one of those guys who can just walk of of there house and go for a run or ride around town :) Also to a couple furs in Richmond I'm really looking forward to finally meeting yous guys finally!

I just got done reading a journal posted up by  wolfy-nail where he was stating how the Russian govt. adopted the idea of complete freedom to censor the internet. And as I was looking through the comments I noticed that a lot of these comments were spaced further from the border than usual. I scroll up to see that they are all commenting in response to a comment stating, in short, America sucks and deserves a high-five to the face. I understand where someone could say a country sucks and they would only mean that some of the bs that goes down is stupid, but looking at the replies I see countless furs complaining about the country and acting as if this is a scene from V for Vendetta and it's hip to hate America.

Well I'm sorry to burst your bubble America haters but the reason why you all should be thankful to live in America is because though Congress (or the Senate I don't remember) came up with this law, We the people had the power to speak out against this bill and tell the govt that we did not want this bill to go through and look what happened. Russia isn't as fortunate.

I turned 20 today and don't know quite how today is gonna turn out. Trying to watch UFC 142 and have a few beers for one. Trying to do something a bit more tonight but only a couple clubs around here allow ppl under 21 in and those places blow :( For everyone that remembered today thank you very much and for those that didn't, suck it <3

I recently bought a blender from Walmart the other day cause I've always wanted a magic bullet or something to make my own health/protein shakes. So I found a nice one, Hamilton Beach for 15 dorra, and it's one of the ones where you make a single serving and then it has a to-go lid that you can use so you don't have to wash as much stuff when your done. Long story short I'm loving it! It took me a second try to realize that ice, milk, and a banana a shake that does not make. So i added in a scoop of my protein powder and me preworkout and it turned out fantastic! It's basically a strawberry-vanilla banana shake now and not to shabby if I say so myself. At least considering I don't have any recipes and it's just my second attempt :3

Ok well the preworkout is kicking in right about now so it's time to wrap it up and hit the gym hehe wish me luck.

Why the blandness you ask? Simple. I'm trying to drop down to featherweight in 8 weeks via strict dieting and more strenuous gym workouts. Oh derp I forgot to mention why I'm even doing this. My first amateur MMA fight is coming up August 25th back home in Virginia.

My main weapons: Fish Oil, B6 supplement, C4 Pre-workout, And Whey Protein Complex.

I still need to drop another 6 pounds while still putting on muscle mass but I'm sure I can make it. Anyone having good advice for me, dietary or otherwise please feel free to post!

Never been to college before but for me this is it. gotta work my hours, and when I'm done the base is my playground and I go to the gym, go to the community center, and just work on my studies.

Well tomorrow is the big day and I'm shipping out to Texas to begin my training. It's been a long time waiting for this day to come, for me to begin my life outside of my parents house and start living "my" life. I have a few cuts that haven't healed up just yet and I hope that won't keep me from leaving monday morning.

They seem to blend alternative, metal, and western styles or music seamlessly. For those of you that do not know what I mean by western (probably everyone), I mean the kind of music you hear in old western style movies, so cowboy music I guess. They love to start off a lot of their songs with it before transitioning into awesome rock :)

I first heard one of their songs on the soundtrack to the 360 game "MMA", it's bitchin. And now I'm cursed to download as much or their glorious crap as possible.
