• CUSTOM DESIGN COMMISSION INFO

- Currently, I'm only doing custom designs on bases, however I can edit lines as much as I can or draw simple stuff
- If you are interested in a custom design commission, contact me via note on FA, or via Discord (ask for via note)
- If you cant see the base you want on my list of owned bases, let me know, we can discuss if I can purchase it or if I own it
- My customs are always open, unless I let you know otherwise

- The price depends on the base and design difficulty, but in general the price is around $35-$80 ( can be less or more in some cases )
- I will tell you more exact price after you describe me what you want me to design/draw
- I can charge extra if I have to edit the lines a lot, add lots of accessories or if the design is really difficult

- For communication I preferably use Discord, but we can also talk via FA notes
- For custom design, I request payment via invoice ( or Paypal link/email ) during the custom creation
- For re-doing already existing design to new base, I request payment before starting the custom creation

- I will sent you WIPs during the process, however it will be watermarked or not a full view
- I will send you final piece after your payment ( via sta.sh or email, etc ), transparent and with background
- PLEASE respect that I usually DO NOT work on customs during weekends, I will always send you wips asap!

- Everything is about communication, feel free to ask me anything, we can discuss the price before, just ask, I don't bite and in general I like to chat ♥

• BIDDING

- Before bidding, read FULL ToS so you are aware of the terms

- Bid only if you are sure you want the adopt and have money for it
- ALWAYS reply to the previous bidder, so the other bidders get notified
- DO NOT hide your bids without a reason, you are confusing other bidders. If it's necessary and you have to hide it, let me know first via comment or note
- If you want me to HOLD the adopt for you, contact me first!
- You can contact me about small edits to discuss before you bid, some changes may cost extra


• PAYMENT

- I accept USD, EURO, GBP, BUT my main prefered currency is USD
- Paypal only
- eCheck is accepted, but LET ME KNOW FIRST
- Please pay within 2 days, if it's not possible, let me know so we can solve it out
- If you win and do not pay me or respond to my messages within 2 days, I will re-open the adopt
- I do HOLDS for few days, just please note me first about as I said
- I will send you invoice requiring your Paypal email, if you do not want me to send an invoice, you can also pay via Paypal link
- NO REFUNDS! You will be blocked if you do.


• ADOPT OWNERSHIP

- I reserve the right to the design copyright, even after you purchasing the character
- The adopt is still my creation, there is still possibility I will use similar shades of colors or markings in my future adopts, since this is my style of doing them. I will NEVER do a copy of an existing adopt.
- You will receive unmarked, transparent and background version of the adopt after payment
- I can also provide unshaded version if you wish
- I usually send the files via email, but I don't mind using something else
- If you repost the adopt, please credit me and the base owner for the first time at least
- You have rights for edditing the character. Add or change whatever you want
- You can commission other artists, you can draw and repost your pieces, you can use the character for selling merch, etc, BUT NOT THE REFERENCE ITSELF, your own art/commissions are allowed
- Absolutely NO NFT OR AI !!!!!!!
- You have to save/store the files, I WILL NOT keep it forever


• TRADING AND RESELLING

- ALWAYS contact and inform me first about trading or reselling
- Trades are accepted
- DO NOT RESELL THE CHARACTER FOR HIGHER PRICE THAN YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT FOR, UNLESS EXTRA ART INCLUDED
