Sorry I haven't posted anything in quite a long time, IRL stuff has to come first. I'd like to say firstly that I will be posting new stuff that was finished earlier in the year very soon as well as posting pictures of some extra fursuit tails that need to be re-homed asap. I'll explain in further detail later once I have those images properly edited to size and posted.
As for the future of what I plan to do with this profile and me as a fursuit maker will also be included in the next journal update. It's something I've been thinking over long and hard given the current circumstances I'm in now going forward. Again, I'll explain in better details upon my next journal entry. For now I just want to make my presence known that I haven't gone anywhere, just wanted to handle the things offline first.

March Update
Posted 3 years agoSmall update on my current status:
Nearing completion on the Hippogryph bodysuit. I'm hoping to aim for completion around Mid to late April. Just need some final adjustments to the bodysuit and complete the moving wings then give them a test run to make sure the weight of the frame covers doesn't affect movement too much.
After the commission is completed and sent off to its new owner, I plan to remain close for some time while I prepare for a better update on my commissioning status.

Update Status
Posted 4 years agoJust updating commission status on what's completed. Starting next week, however, I will be on pause from continuing as the space I use for work is also the space where the family Christmas tree goes. Soon as the holidays are over, work will resume towards final completion.

Activity Update!

Just throwing this up here to say I'm not all dead. Still puttering away at commission work which is almost to 75% done of what I need finished. IRL just happens to be a big thorn in my hide right now so suit work will be slow, but getting there. Hoping to open back up in late Spring but with a revision of my price list, what I am willing to do/not do, etc. with the prospects of a full time career possibly lining up in Fall unless this pandemic continues to grow worse (I don't want to risk bringing covid home if I can help it, especially in the line of work I'm interested in.)
I'm also going to see about placing up some items for sale to help clear space as well as save the funds towards the schooling fees for my future career if it becomes a reality.
Until then, stay safe out there!

In Need of Horse Hoof Bottoms

Anyways, I'm putting this out there in case someone may know of a maker. I am in need of 3 pairs of horse hoof bottoms (one in black, one in bone white, and one in a faded yellow for a Palamino horse). I have a client looking to have 3 pairs of hoof shoes done for a black unicorn, a white unicorn, and a palamino horse however all I can find is the small hooves themselves from DVC but no bottoms other than cloven which is not what I am after.
If you or anyone you may think of can make/sells horse hoof bottoms for outdoor use could you please send me in their direction? I'd greatly appreciate it!

My 31st Birthday is coming and...
Posted 7 years agoSo this Friday, October 19th will be my 31st birthday and although I will be spending it down in Orlando at one of their amusement parks, I still have a small birthday wish I hope somehow comes true.
My wish is to receive a commission for a dinosaur fursuit.
It's been something I've been wanting to make for quite a long time but haven't had the time or funds to build up something amazing over the years. Now I am able to but haven't had any inquiries yet for a nice dinosaur full body or partial suit. I even made some design color palettes for some dinosaurs I want to make but haven't uploaded here simply because I have no idea if anyone would be interested and hate to have these color palettes go to waste online.
So if by some chance I am able to be given the opportunity to make a dino-suit for someone, here's a list of the dinosaurs I want to make and have patterns for parts like plates and such:
- Jurassic Park/World style Raptor in either the cilent's color choices or select one of the premade designs I have (will show via a Google doc)
- Spinosaurus
- Utahraptor with feathers
- Tyrannosaurus Rex (close to Jurassic Park/World/The Isle in shape)
- Triceratops
- Parasaurolophus
- Pachycephalosaurus
- Stegosaurus
- Ceratosaurus
- (not true dinosaur but still want to make) Pteranodon
I'm open to possibly other species of dinosaurs, I'll just need to look at body shape and color choice to see if it can be done. Depending on the complexity of the commission, whether partial or full body, completion time will be 8 - 10 months, give or take with real life things such as looking for a part time job to help fill in funds.
Dinosaur heads will be done either as neck vision for traditional tearduct vision (please ask for which one), as well as the option for blinking pull-string eyes if possible.
Anyways! That's my birthday wish and if it doesn't get fulfilled, that's okay, I just thought I'd throw it out to the public just on the off chance it could possibly come to reality.

What the heck (small rant)

What the heck is with my local weather?! :(
Seriously, foreseeable rain for the next 14 days and I have a finished fursuit that needs to have photos and video taken for approval before uploading here and the only place I have that's ideal for such is an outdoor space. But I can't take video and pictures if there's so much rain everywhere and I don't want the suit ruined by water nor wait till a opening to take anything when everything will be damp and to humid to perform in the suit for the video.
One of the downsides to living in Georgia :(. I really don't want to make my clients wait any longer having been very patient with me this long.

I've decided to take a break from commission work to focus on getting things re-organized in my living space as well as finally getting some work done one two pre-made heads I plan to make (one being a phoenix that's long overdue to be finished, and the other a dragon).
I'm still open to take commissions until the 31st of March at 8 PM Eastern Time here in the US, so if you've watched me for my suit making and want to commission me for anything (apart from full suits at this time), Please send in your quotes to me via PM. After March 31st, whatever is taken I'll work on but after that it's all about working on some pre-mades.

I Need Some Input From My Watchers

I know I've been quiet lately but that's just mainly due to lack of working on anything big at the moment. My firebird partial I intend to sell has been placed on the backburner due to the eyes ended up getting cloudy on me so I need to order better ones from DVC.
So anyways, I know a fair amount of my watchers are into equines so this message if for ya in particular, but I do want to hear from others as well.
Question is: would any of you be interested in a YCH fursuit head? I got inspired last night from another suit maker doing something similar with a canine head and I think it's a great idea to help me progress in my skills.
The head would feature moving eyes with vision being through the neck as I want to try my luck on 'head on head' or otherwise known as 'neck vision' fursuit masks. What do you guys think? Would you be interested in something like this?
I can make the mask into a number of equines from horse, donkey, and mythical equine (I'm dying to make a Kelpie or Hippocampus/Seahorse).
Please let me know what you all think and if there's any interest in purchasing a YCH head.

Today I am opening back up for commissions but this season will be slightly different.
For now I am only going to be taking on commissions for tails, hand paws, feet paws, arm sleeves, and wings (either arm wings or backpack style wings).
Reason for this is because I'm also in the process of rearranging my work space and I don't have the room to work on full suits. My current work area's just big enough to construct small things as mentioned above. I also have some obligated family events throughout the year and trying to work on large size orders in a timely manner probably wouldn't make it in time.
Fursuit heads will be pre-mades to help practice my skills since I haven't done a lot of heads and I want to experiment around with methods. However, I have a small list of species I would like to make and if anyone is interested in any of them, I can slide in a head commission for artistic liberty (which also means slightly cheaper cost).
List includes:
- Artistic Liberty Kelpie
- Kirin inspired by Windstone Editions statue design
- Dinosaurs of any kind
- Semi-realistic shark (most species)
- Artistic Liberty Hippocampus

Delay in Reopening for 2016 Commissions

So I stated months back that I would be opening up for commissions on the 5th of April. Unfortunately a few unforeseen events took place, which delayed me in actually going on break and still have a couple events in April I did not know about till last minute.
Thus, I'm merely pushing back the date till the end of April. I will be taking quotes for possible commissions will begin on April 28th.
Also, due to this being a crazy year for me as far as time framing goes, I will only be taking commissions on small projects such as tails, hand and feet paws, and arm sleeves/wings for the most part. I will not be taking head and body suit commissions this year, instead I'm going to try to make some pre-made fursuit heads and see if anyone wants to buy them and add on parts up to Partial Fursuit status.
I'm also interested in doing some of the following heads so if you're interested in wanting one, I can knock off a small percentage off the total price for claiming a species in your quote. Just keep in mind my heads will be semi-real to realistic:
- Artistic Liberty Kelpie
- Kirin inspired by Windstone Editions statue design
- Dinosaurs of any kind
- Semi-realistic shark (most species)
- Artistic Liberty Hippocampus

Reopening for Commissions slightly delayed, PLEASE READ
Posted 11 years agoHello all and thanks for the patience on waiting for me to reopen for suit commissions again.
First of all, I want to apologize for not updating this sooner but I feel now is a good time. Originally I had set to reopen shortly after attending Anime Weekend of Atlanta, but prior to this past weekend, my health and mental state took a small turn downwards (don't fret, nothing serious) and this delayed me from refurbishing my work space and updating my prices and add a ToS page.
So I will be shifting my opening date to the 25th of October, so it gives me time to clean and fix up my work space, get new prices and a Terms of Service guide set up and I'll be back to working on making suits once again.
Again, I thank the people who've been waiting to commission me for something, and hope this small delay doesn't upset you. Thanks!

Posted 11 years agoI am now closed for fursuit commissions for the Summer so that I may have time to renovate my work space and update documents/quotes/etc.

Last call for quotes!

Just thought I'd bring this up just in case some of you were interested in asking me for quotes, but at the end of the month (April 30th) I will close myself to new quotes so I have time to update my quote form and add a better ToS sheet. So if you want something, now is the time until slots are filled. Then once May 1st hits, I will be closed for a few months (2-3 at the most) to focus on getting my workplace reorganized, work on getting a cosplay costume done and ready in time for Memorial Day event at my local Renfest and help my father get his wood working shop set up. Busy, busy summer indeed!
Those who manage to get in the slots, do not fret you are safe and your commissions will be worked on alongside my personal projects but anyone new will have to wait till I reopen again.
TL;DR = Closing to quotes at end of month, reopening possibly in August.

March 20th - Updates
Posted 11 years agoThought I give out a quick update on how things are doing.
Almost completed with
's commission set, just waiting for fur to arrive then it should not take any time to complete and ready to be shipped off.
Firebird mask will be worked back on after the commission and I decided to add a set of wing sleeves when he/she goes up for sale hopefully sometime this late Spring/Early Summer.
Also, I'm thinking of refurbishing an old mascot cosplay of mine to turn around and sell. Some years ago I created a DarkNation fursuit for the Final Fantasy 7 group (DN being the pet of one of the antagonists Rufus Shinra in the game) and while I had fun in the suit, I have seen kinda lost interest in the fandom (and how so few people knew the creature anyways). So I'm going to fix it up and turn it into a black house cat, probably using DVC's feline blank head set as the original head's kinda falling apart now. Please note, just because I will be using a resin blank for this suit doesn't mean I will for every fursuit I make. I want to showcase my own creativity and using the head blanks would pretty much state "this is a monoyasha mask". Now I will always buy things like claws, jawsets, pawpads, etc. because I do not have the means and space to create my own resin/silicone pieces. Maybe someday in the future, but for now I am happy constructing my suits with a good quality product for those details.
Anyways, that's all I have for now, hopefully as the weather warms up, I can be more productive and showcase some more builds!

Still Alive... but just hanging on~

Just letting you all know, I am still alive and actively checking up on any messages here. I do apologize for a lack of any new content, the year's been pretty hard on my mental state.
I am, however, working on completing the Phoenix (Firebird) fursuit mask soon to be placed up for sale to help out with various IRL things hammering down on me. I am still available for commissions, so please do not hesitate to write up a quote and send it my way! Just remember my style is more towards Realistic to Semi-real/toony. I don't have any real interest in doing full toony suits (they seem to easy for me to do and I prefer a challenge in re-creating something to look real enough for people to do a double take, haha).
Also, I still have some tails for sale, as well as soon to be made after the firebird if I don't receive any commissions yet such as: couple dragon tails, and a Great White Shark tail/fin combo. I also would like to work on a dragon head and buckskin horse head/unicorn.
I may upload some more pictures of my trip to Seaworld Orlando back in 2010 as I still have plenty of Orca shots left as well as upload some Beluga pics I took from the Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut, USA back in August when I went up to visit relatives.
Anyways, thanks for your patience and hope the wait pays off for both of us!
