My Dad is back from the hospital, he is alive and doing extremely well considering the circumstances.
He is walking around, making jokes just like before, he can't drive right now though, because of the heart attack, he will be out of work for a few weeks, but nothing to big. There are really no traces of the attack save for a bit of pooled blood in his eyes and some slight forgetfulness, other than that he seems ship-shape and all that good stuff.
Just wanted to let you guys know, may still be offline for a while helping him get back on his feet and all that good stuff.Important journal
Posted 13 years agoso, my dad had a heart attack tonight.
He went into the hospital with chest pains and in the hospital had a massive heart attack.
They zapped him back and did an appendectomy on him to clear the blockage, his is in the ICU, they have him hooked up to a temp. pacemaker, a drip in his femoral artery.
His heart is beating on it's own, but he is hooked up to a respirator, they say he is doing better than they expected, but he is not out of the woods yet.
I will update as things develop and keep you all posted. I know I am not a religious person at all, but please I would ask that you say a prayer for him or something, have him in your thoughts, his is a great man and to young to have something like this happen to him.just a quick rant

Okay, time to piss some people off.
But, then again, that is what I do best, isn't it?
I am sick and tired of the people who consider their characters furries when the only anthropomorphic aspect about then is the damn ears and tail. and it always cat ears and cat tails. Take your animu crap out of here, that is not furry, furry is anthropomorphised animals or aliens, monsters etc. the fact that your little anime 'oc' has some cheap-ass hairband with $2 ears on it fused to their skull does not make it a furry. It is really irking and pissing me off that this whole resurgence of "anime furries" is so prevalent.
Call me a furry-nazi or elitist if you wish, I don't give half a purple fuck. This is just annoying, there is a word for them that your own damn weeabo fandom came up with, what was it... oh, I know, wasn't it 'neko-mimi' or some shit like that? Now, how about we draw every furry character that we know and love and plop it in the middle of fucking Inuyasha or some shit?
it is fucking annoying, and it is just the same as my opinion on those damn 'mecha-furs' who make a damn transformer with tits and consider it furry. It is a different fandom, genius!

Posted 13 years agoSo as I am sure most of you have heard, A bunch of Admins are taking down NSFW Sonic art based on 'Age' and 'Art Style'
Here are my views on this subject.
Well my logic is this.
Sonic the Hedgehog, as well as Miles 'Tails' Prowler were both introduced in 1991, now asuming that we go with the show Cannon we can assume the Amy, Cream, Rouge, Knuckles were all alive at that point to, meaning they were born before 1991, plenty old enough.
Now I am not advocating underage porn, FAR from it. I think it is disgusting, but logic would reason that since the 'team's' adventures started in 1991, starting even with Eggman's Grandfather, Doctor Robotnik, that by the current series, Sonic and the others are not only of legal age, but surpassing it even to the point that they have possibly been alive as long as Eggman, considering Robotnik seemed to be in similar health and age as Eggman does now.
I think a plausible theory would be that they mature at a much slower rate, considering they are technically aliens after all.
For all we know, they could be 80 years old a pop, and because of their aging process, we wouldn't know the difference between them and a ten year old version of them.
I dunno, that is just me.
Soon FA will be North Korea and there will only be one acceptable art form. Which Sucks.
I don't understand the whole based on 'Art Style' thing can be grounds for ban at all.
I it complete and utter stupidity on their part, and I am probably gonna get in trouble for this but I honestly don't care. Free speech is free speech, and it runs both way.
I would happily listen to someone who wants to argue the other side, as long as it doesn't devolve into comments of 'Yeah?! Well Sonic is Stupid!" and has some thought behind it.
I understand a lot of people don't like the sonic stuff flying around and, hey, I can gel with that, some of it is pretty damn off the wall, but you can't start pulling reasons out of your ass to try and ban it like a gay couple in a Mississippi wedding chapel just because you don't like it. Art is a form of expression, and that is how certain people express it. and until I can start berating all the people who seem to love their oh so precious diaper porn, (Which I have a strong, strong distaste for.) then you need to learn to hold your tongue and deal with it as well.
