Posted 4 years agoAh fuck I forgot I meant to put stuff here aside scatter-brained journals with no explanation of the sudden shift change of interests and priorities and holy hell my head hurts from a hangover as I type.
Not that people would read these things even if a give a more coherent string of sentences explaining what's been going on lately even if it's just a simple "so hey, I gotten interested in a few subjects, some being very mature since it's (unfortunately) relevant to me as someone in my 30s, shifted from one place to another due to housing-related misfortunes such as the previous house being uninhabitable and two people die from a virus months after a left, and by mere accident nearly forgotten Furaffinity due to it's old school interface clashing with Twitter's own method of helping someone dump as much personality and transparency as they physically can in a way that takes literal eons to do so on FA, and so me hyperfocusing on that as WELL as the awkwardness of national and global affairs slowly being turned into reality television pretty much took over my free time when I'm not playing certain video games" or something like that. Being around for over 13 years doesn't automatically make you a popufur and apperantly isn't even all that impressive if you haven't around long enough to have a Burned Fur sneak a whiff of your hair during a furry convention.
Still, I look at the last submission and it's actually been 2 whole years since this nice artist named Jaq drew me a cute picture of Charlene like holy crap. Time is a construct I do not follow I guess. I'll see about uploading what is missing once I get access to my archives again. There's not much else planned for the future (except for finding a new roommate, last one just leaves the country and left his insulin behind for some reason) but hopefully I can keep up with people that haven't been wiped from crazy global problems or encouragements from dumb and self-important yuppies on YouTube. Not sure how to from here, probably easier to do so via Telegram and Twitter since FA notes or comments feels like I'm communicating via career pigeon.
Anywho uhhh here's to another year I guess. I'll see yall around.

Posted 5 years agoDamn. Not just a nation but the world went through 4 years of historically awful for nothing. Living the fantasy of most sociopathic Facebook users for nothing. Went through one weird-ass economic crash after another for nothing. 200k people, including an additional 700+ cultists with tacky red hats, along with the livelihoods of many (including a now former roommate who had held his job for 22+ years until recently) getting Thanos'd away only for the nation to get the Ayn Rand treatment as a response. All. For. Nothing. That sucked. Also finding out that the "Eye of Sauron" effect doesn't work here so... we're still stuck with the dumb aftermath of it all. That and a rent increase on my current home. Weeee....
No clue about what lies ahead but whoever is in charge of writing the history books now might want to get to it soon. Because it's either that or a bunch of teenagers obsessed with 8 trillion phrases and memes that will do it for us. And trust me, nobody wants that.

Troubles with the Code of Conduct... apperantly.
Posted 5 years agoSo I guess a handful of people are getting their stuff wiped due to the supposed violations of CoC 2.7 (Dont promote hate groups, terrorism, ect.) but every picture in question is the complete opposite, either giving a middle finger to nazi propaganda (like a shirt that says "nazi punks fuck off") or someone's OC literally murdering a nazi. Despite the obvious, the "anonymous" staff who the artist accused of these violations insists on keeping it that way due to the word nazi being in the tags... that's apparently the only reason for it.
Well, whoever is doing this is now being accused of doing so on purpose and those that were forced to deal with actual nazis for about 4 years (including that one nazifur that's still under court review for child grooming) are pretty much disappointed in what's going on with staff. It's hard for me to say whether a staff member is doing this on purpose or not simply because of the history of Furaffinity staff. Most recent concerns from before had to do with very odd rules being implemented like no longer posting birth art and even stuff like breastfeeding being a close taboo. Alot of uproar eventually lead to the one that implemented those rules to quit and.. well, things are different now with the specific staff member not dealing with the support tickets by name.
Still, this all feel inexcusable within the logic of the CoC itself. Like, with the way this system works I would assume that staff only deal with reports since there's literally no time to do it the other way around. So, wouldn't it make more sense to look at the report, then the submission in question, then remember rule #3.1 (Don't abuse the ticket system) before just going "oh well gee this particular tag equal promotion of a bad thing let's just ignore the submission and all of its context in question"? Because this is just abusing the system itself even if it's not intentional, considering how consequential those violations (along with multiple violations) must be. I mean you can literally see that yourself in the Code of Conduct after all.
This is basically just a "talking to a wall" type of journal. I'm just a bit perplexed on this just happening.

Anywho yes hi really sorry to everyone just proofing like this but at the very least I haven't abandoned the Furry Community. Best if not only excuse is that I've been preoccupied with everyone on Twitter because furries actually utilize twitter's features to the fullest and turns that dumpster fire into the closest thing to a public instant massager outside of Telegram. Speaking of which....
Alot of people want to ignore the batshit crazy events that's been happening to the world these past couple years but it already impacted a massive chunk of the Community so yeah get your head out of the sand before you suffocate. Not only is that whole nazifur/altfur cringe a thing that's real but these assholes have been allowing child groomers to recruit very troubled minors that haven't gotten out of their 4-chan phase, and then doxxed one that decided to ragequit. That shit and impersonating a dead cat was more than enough to change the Code of Conduct and ban nazifurs altogether. One Burned Fur got so pissed at this that he decided to sue FA and unsurprisingly failed. Also Foxler's in jail because of course he is. Yeah alot of crazy happening in this community but it isn't all doom and gloom. Alot of good shit happened as well (including the recent donation of 4000 bucks to an animal sanctuary) but it's hard to memorize it all in one go so I might just post that separately later this month. Anywho onwards to RL banter.
There isn't much I can say aside finding a new place, going to a furfamily reunion and seeing a few NYC locals while downing alot of Coors Light until 2am, and Megaplex that technically shouldn't have happened considering my God awful money-handling skills. That and taxes. I'll put a full summary of that experience soon.
I'll get to posting one more pic my neglectful ass thought was uploaded already. I'm not what else to do here, I just want to talk about alot that I've seen but don't wanna flood everyone with shitty journals. I'll try posting the more necessary subjects somehow. For now I'm heading to bed.

Posted 6 years agoSo hey, been pretty preoccupied that I keep forgetting to upload some recent stuff I've gotten. Dunno what to say about that just glad that a certain phase is now completed after half a decade of waiting.
But yeah Pride Month.... I dunno what to do. I've been frequently active on Twitter (for better or for worse) so all of the hyper positive support and vital information towards the LGBTQ+ community is forwarded there and I dunno I gotten lazy in seeing awesome stuff going on in Furaffility lately. If ya haven't noticed, things in this decade have gotten very crazy very fast to the point that Twitter (at least solely by its structure) seems like only method of keeping up. Oh shit nevermind there's porn and Smash memes everywhere!! Luckily some of the recent conflicts turned out for the better due to the recent activities, like calling out nazi furs, calling out child groomers, many turnung out to be both (how the fuck do you even), oh and something about stuffing over $200,000 in ALS research. Sure, tension tends to rise constantly for the absolute dumbest reasons, but overall things are going well.
I can't exactly say the same for those celebrating Pride Month as nowadays we're getting screwed off of hospital service just cause of who we are... it's 2019, if shit doesn't get fixed then it'll be fricking Prop8 all over again. I dunno how that will fix without impeaching and incarcerating a shit ton of people. Meh, time will tell yadda yadda. For now I'll see if I have time to post some important part of transgender history, mostly because the rest we already know.

Posted 6 years agoSorry I don't trust it. I'm sure a system that help get direct payment via PayPal seem like a safe way to go but I'm kinda iffy about this. On the 13+ years being on Furaffinity (and by extension 13+ years in the Furry Community lol) I've seen alot of security breaches throughout this adventure and the recent one won't be the last. While it's great to get reassurance from leader himself that "this system is functionally no different than listing your own PayPal address publicly, we've been working hard on improving security over the years", it doesn't really change that we can't predict when the next security breach will be, more importantly, what happens to the individual PayPal accounts during one.
For now I wanna stay away from it and continue making payments the usual way, I just worry about the high risks behind the idea is all.

Posted 7 years agoProbably me growing more and more cynical these days but, I feel like the entire update of Furaffinity's Code of Conduct exists solely for the moderators to abide to rather than the members. I felt this way about the previous CoC update and it feels the exact same now. But hey, the bright side is that those who have either broken or were about to break a heapton of rules are banned in the process, follow by the admittance of it or just death threats via twitter (because that haven't been done to death already).
Hopefully what I said made any sense to you all, it's easy to go out of the loop especially when many of us just care about furry porn. TL;DR don't worry about it, it's not something aneurysm inducing like that breastfeeding rule. If anything it's the opposite of that. Let's just hope it stays that way.

Posted 8 years agoSo hey, first off I really want to apologize to everyone for disappearing to no man's land (the pups call it the Twitterverse), this year has been hectic so I'm not usually in the mood to talk to anyone without accidentally barking so angrily at my deer peeps for about 5 hours. Let's just say I'm tired of a few serious conflicts that go way beyond people gaslighting others on the internet. Aside that I've been busy, never knew how time consuming it is to live a mundane life. I will try harder to talk with ya more and upload what's missing.
But anywho, I pre-registered for Megaplex this year! This WILL be my first time there and I will be doing my best to not get heat stroke on my way there. 🍷

I have been very busy hence the constant disappearance on Telegram and..... oh crap I forgot to post that I have Telegram. Okay it's obvious that nearly everyone's moved to either Discord or Telegram. I have both:

So yeah, been busy with alot of things: National meltdown updates on Twitter, work, errands, leaning to cook, work, playing pokemon and Project X Zone 2 to keep sane, errands, going to marches, work, getting the actual lease of this apartment, errands, ignoring a few death threats from some kids, and work.
I'm not sure if I can keep up with what goes on here, most of my time doing so is more wasted on Twitter only because the massive flood of lunacy is presented there much faster. I'll try keeping up in the chats as much as I can. Posted 9 years agoYeah been in and out.. mostly out that I can't keep up with Telegram/Skype chats and at the times that I do is when I'm sane enough to read through things.
So many duties these days have been brutally raping and filling up my schedule so much that I can't go to class anymore and have to continue alone with what I've gathered so far while doing errands that takes up the whole day.... fun? Changing my sleep schedule doesn't seem to help much either as I tend to fall asleep on the keyboard at night no matter what. Aside that, my stomach is being hyper-sensitive to everything I eat and I'm not sure if it's the gastroesophageal reflux (or just acid reflux) getting worse or what but I wanna at least get an Endoscopy to see what's happening. Body's been like this for months. I have no idea where to go.
This and the many other annoying stuff happening is why I avoided those contacting me on purpose, because I end up having 4 choices on what to do when I'm feeling so iffy:
1) Go to a familiar on their one day-off only to start screaming or typing up 8 paragraphs of convoluted drama all at once.
2) Be a twat towards other twats on Twatter.
3) Binge watch Kitchen Nightmares.
4) Play one of the best Pokemon game released in a long-ass time.
But anywho I'll get to posting things and update my profile in a bit, will do my best to keep up with you all.

Ever since Drumpf's victory became a thing via the Electoral College & the fact that about 121 million Yankees did not vote, the Furry Community became torn apart... again. But this time is wasn't for something petty.. unfortunately.
Many Drumpf supporters are actually hoping for Mexican deportation and reverse gay rights and yadda yadda yadda but they do not surprise me since we still have someone like Maulkin who actually believes in "The Gay Agenda". Many democrats/LGBT folks are double dozing on anti-depressants while tearfully staying clear from anyone who essentially put their safety under the bus for the sake of voting Drumpf either out of false pretenses or out of spite (not that some liked the "No Fly Zone" fanatic either). And the children in the middle are acting fucking obnoxious. Either someone would whine over "friendships" being torn apart (at your late 20s it should be embarrassing) despite not knowing who the fuck both of them are, or you have the "passive" one that's also self-serving and wishes to publicly announce that for no reason. "Guys everything's gonna be okay because I say so! Sit back, relax, and take in the fact that I've grew up on my parent's salary during the Bush Jr. years. Don't be salty over your concerns! Because I'm not!"
Intentionally douchy or just uninformed/lazy, people want to say to calm down because they are not told that "your time is over" in public, well sorry but it all sounds fucking dumb to me, someone that is told this. Yep, not even New York City is not safe from the sore winners, but hey at least it's tame compare to... DeWatt, Michigan. Still, all of this throw down in the community, especially from people that never cared (and apparently still don't know a thing) about politics is sooo disappointing that I want to be buried with Leonard Cohen until 2016 is over!
Now, on to Drumpf being in office. It does not matter if he's been over-hyped to be this racist, misogynist douche, everyone else in his team is absolutely awful. Alot worse than the low-tempered tangerine. Can anyone care to explain to me how are diminutive opinions such as "buh Drumpf will fight fur da LGBT he said so" any helpful at all towards anyone, let alone help lessen the concerns of others that actually watch the speeches!? Mike "send the gays to conversion therapy" Pence does his best to blatantly inform us all that he will screw us over. Does anyone remember that one South Park episode when Butters was accused of being gay because Cartman kept making penis-related pranks on him, then was sent to a conversion camp, and a fuckton of campers killed themselves? Yeah, that is an actual thing. And speaking of walking middle fingers of the human race, Rudy Giuliani is with them. As someone that had dealt with Giuliani's entire time as mayor of New York, I can tell you without a doubt that we are in for 4 years of incompetence and agony. Oh and expert coward Paul Ryan is there too I guess. Even my Republican friends loathe Ryan because every fucking thing he does represents how spineless that party has become throughout the years. Actually both of them are, who else screwed over Sanders?
But ahh what to say about Drumpf himself aside how he and Bush jr. can be compared to Hitler. No seriously think about it (and if you're a history buff please correct me if I fucked this up); Adolf (who at the time was a purple heart-having joke) was listened to in the desperate times of 1829, as did America with Bush when the WTC thing happened. Now many Drumpf supporters who are not the most agonizing tools I've ever seen have told me they voted because of that, because they are desperate for change. And let's face it, many dems took in Ms. No Fly Zone because they also didn't have any other choice.
Every Latino news team on the other hand trusted Hillary because they mistrust American news.. sort of. We know that almost everyone that isn't Anderson Cooper fabricates and exaggerates what they report and sometimes we Americans love it. Telemundo and Univision hates that shit. So when all the obviously shady stuff about Hillary was reported, it was a "Boy Who Cried Wolf" moment. No spanish channel liked Trump regardless because it's impossible to fabricate his talk about a wall, just like how it's impossible to MAKE the wall....unless he's been referring to Christie Christine this whole time.
Bright side is that he's backing down on the TPP (which is super happy news for Japan apparently) so who knows, maybe things will become less chaotic if we just get off our lazy asses and make sure that this pilot doesn't crash our plane. I would suggest many to tone it down with the protesting as you'll need to save your energy for the confederates that might keep that promise on chasing you off. If it gets worse well I have my metal baseball bat ready, I have my many sources for apple cider & pumpkin spice cookie recipes ready, I got my 3DS ready (new Pokemon and whatnot), and all the silly Joe Biden memes on Twatter just keep coming. So how about you guys? Let's keep it together while 2016 is still looming over our heads like the moon from Majora's Mask.

I'll try to stay as consistent as I can, currently my focus is keeping the accounts listed above up-to-date. So yes, Furaffinity, this entire site here, has been compromised. Yup. And apparently some other accounts of users that share their FA password with other sites are still hacked at this moment (although to be fair that's a death sentence waiting to happen). So if you see the list of "where to find me" journals well there you go. Typical furry drama right? Right? Err... Right?

Sadly this is the big one, the website has been compromised, meaning everyone's infomation, private messages, emails comnecting to Paypal, all taken & copied to use for who-knows-what and a few artists are still trying to regain their damn Paypal account before they can return to this outdated cesspool of a website JUST to finish their damn commission work! So congratulations, you just found out that using Circa 2000 for over a decade was a terrible decision. What to do about it? Well:
To the artists: Finish your current quota and carefully decide where will you go from there once it's done. I personally do not recommend to stay in a compromised website, but if you're willing to take the risk either way then by all means. Just do not use the contact list on the profile options.
To the followers: Look at the journals. Like, actually look at the jounals and not erase every single one first!It is important now to see what is going on here as it's very possible that your favorite artist may not return if they leave. If you truly care about the individual (or just their material) then I would suggest to pay attention to where they will go.
As for me.... I just have this nasty taste in my mouth. Since early 2007, Furaffinity has been the first step to joining what is now called the Furry Community..... Heh, community... it fits the title now doesn't it? For over 8 years, I've seen so many of fuzzies look out for each other in desperate times, gotten each other out of abusive residences, even marry each other... no seriously, there's a fuckload of you guys with rings on your fingers. In fact look: search for "proposal" and see the mess of artwork. We are alot more than just an individual island projected by having different accounts to look at things (or just a furry version of DeviantArt), we're alot more than just a bunch of derps in one measly site. We're all together on this I suppose....
Anyway, my decision. I go where the community goes. I don't (nor should I ever) rely on a website or just the people running it. I never did. Never did like the current staff either, or the overall neglect, or the popularity contest required to join said staff, or the fact that emails are (presumably) being sent about the site compromise solely because a few furs threaten to either sue or tell the (almost as incompetent) CEO of IMVU about something that won't alter their ad-revenue money gained from here.
You guys? Well I'll do my best to make copypastas of (non-personal) journals from the other hubs. I'm not using this as a main platform anymore, in turn the art uploads stop here. I'm still going to keep up with
nyfurs though, can't leave ya crazy fucks just yet! If I wasn't incompetent myself I would help organize a few furmeets in NYC myself! Still studying, moved to a new place in order to afford important essentials, fixed a few loose ends yadda yadda...
Also gonna pause the "audio blog" idea. It takes a decent $400 recorder to not make me sound like a dying giraffe and a spine to even execute the idea. The original idea wasn't too big really, just a series of rants about some current events that whatever ripoff of New Yorker (or Huffinton Post) was too cowardly to address, but the subject matter just ends up being just another "round shiny object" that will no longer be relevant to people until it becomes a chaotic issue.... and then people will forget about it again after 4 days. Finding a subject matter I wanted to rant about wasn't going to be interesting to anyone no matter how hard I try. I can just make just typical "let it all out" rants about something mundane or something and recommend y'all to watch John Oliver for the current events babble talk.

Also gonna pause the "audio blog" idea. It takes a decent $400 recorder to not make me sound like a dying giraffe and a spine to even execute the idea. The original idea wasn't too big really, just a series of rants about some current events that whatever ripoff of New Yorker (or Huffinton Post) was too cowardly to address, but the subject matter just ends up being just another "round shiny object" that will no longer be relevant to people until it becomes a chaotic issue.... and then people will forget about it again after 4 days. Finding a subject matter I wanted to rant about wasn't going to be interesting to anyone no matter how hard I try. I can just make just typical "let it all out" rants about something mundane or something and recommend y'all to watch John Oliver for the current events babble talk.
I'll do a couple of spoiler-heavy movie reviews soon but for now here's what I enjoyed (for good or bad reasons): The Decent Whine-a-sour, Robin Hood AD, The Matt Damon Files, Meet Dave: The G-Rated edition, and Straight Outta Unova.
What I learned in 2015
Posted 10 years agoOh hello 2016 fuzzies! In a very screwy mood right now, but I bet ya rather want some random porn instead of reading some currently half-inebriated furry's silly banter. Well don't worry I fixed the archive so I'll post moar soon.
Anywho here are the things that I have learned this year of 2015. I figured I make this NOW before I forget it again. Gonna hit the deck for this one..... :
~ Drinking too much coffee can make you say AND practice the word "contridary" or any of its synonyms 50 times a week.
~ Ann Ryan & Hillary Clinton are (apparently) two paragons of selfishness that only pretentious children wish to be.
~ Americans do not care about history unless Current Events become controv- oh wait wait I already know this...
~ Getting accused of rape (be it you did anything or not) is something that many would not care about as long as you're popular.
~ Additionally, directly telling anyone that they should kill themselves (including those that are actually suicidal) does not come with any repercussions as long as you're an current dating someone popular.
~ What you can't get away with however is doing Redface in movies.
~ Dominican food can fix any dinner dilemmas as long as you do it right.
~ The popularity of cops that actually do their job are on par with pandas and (to a lesser extent) wolves.
~ An old cowardly defense mechanism reincarnated into a term called "Social Justice Wariors" is the most hip and trendy phrase since "YOLO".
~ Nobody cares about Wesboro anymore.
~ Collage students can be the most annoying little brats in the world when they are not studying or drinking.
~ Bronies. Have. Standards.
~ If there's something that's popular for legitimate reasons but it is not of your forte, you have every right to tell the fans AND creator that they have every single mental condition you frequently looked up on Web MD and should be unceremoniously castrated for mearly being born.
~ (Serious) hashtags can be ruined by hipsters that hate on hipsters who hate on...
~ Game journalism is a less reliable source of unbiased information than well known youtubers like the Hidden Block guys and such. Likewise with news teams being less reliable than John Stewart & Jon Oliver.
~ Teachers barely have any power other than to be Mr. Crocker their whole life.
~ It doesn't matter what "degeneracy" that fandoms make as long as the individual that brought them together in the first place goes to cheer a little girl up after said little girl gets sued by a former boss.
~ Jewish stereotypes are still a thing.
~ Fixing serious family problems for 5 years apparently makes you both selfish and unproductive.
~ Bronies can be just as pretentious as Furries if they as well get enough ad revenue and Patreon money.
~ Genocidal cultists are not a valuable threat unless they target Americans.
And lastly...
~ People still believe in the gay agenda.
