TOS
General | Posted 8 years agoI have a full TOS over on DA, which is where the most up to date info will be. I'll summarize it here:
• Payment is due within 3 days after I send payment information for sales under $50 and 7 days for sales over $50 unless otherwise specified by me.
• Extensions of the above must be discussed prior to claiming an adoptable or commission slot. I will usually agree if the date is within 15 days.
• I place no limits on trades, resales, or species transfers of adoptables, but I must still be credited for the initial design.
• Do not modify my art. Design modifications are all fine as long as the species permits them and my original art is not altered.
• The only edits I permit to my art are cropping and filters.
• I may refuse to sell to individuals for any reason.
Derivative artwork:
I am copying the most important point of this section just to make things clear.
Derivative works of my art may not be racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive in nature. This includes fiction. If you have concerns or questions about this point, send me a note.
Derivative works of my art may be sexual ONLY in the case that: a) the species creator permits this; b) the adoptable is clearly an adult or mature and is not childlike, in both the source adoptable and the sexual content; c) the owner(s) of the adoptable and any other characters involved is 18+ and consenting to this; d) the creator of the sexual content is 18+; e) the commissioner of the sexual content is 18+; f) the adoptable does not hold significant resemblance to a real-life animal; and g) the content is not racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive in nature, including the use of transphobic slurs (such as f-ta, h-rm, or sh-m-le).
I may refuse to sell to anyone I find using the above slurs or otherwise creating transphobic, racist, etc. content.
