So here's a update on my move to Las Cruces. First off my Real Estate license was lost in the mail and I had to file a lost license form. So that was fun. Next up our house is up for sale but it has not sold yet and I'm hopeful it will sell quickly. Finally i am going to El Paso Texas to do a month long boot camp at my new Keller Williams office. Well i'm not in the limbo stage where i'm standing on eggshells. We have a house in las cruces, but out houes in clovis must sell in 54 days. i'm trying to stay possitive, but the clovis market is stupid slow...i'm trying to hold it together..

Herro, just letting you all know in a week i will be without internet for some time, cause i'm gettin the fuk out of this town \o/.

Also i'm gettin a new computer :D a 2 in 1 so i can do art without the need for my desk (cause cintique)

So it's happening, the family and i are getting the heck out of the god forsaken back water town. We will be moving in march /april so i will have no computer access for about 2 months as we get stuff repaired, loaded, and find a house.

I'm home from my scouting misison to Las Cruces. The Verdict is.......................I'm gettin my fat ass over there to work.

Well nothing has blown up yet so we must be on track right?

I haven't been posting a lot, I've been rather distracted with life and things just haven't been great.

I work in real-estate meaning i help owners and buyers buy and sell homes. The hard part is sticking to a routine that does not show results for months, and it's been discouraging. What little business i do get is from my dad who is not the best and brightest at the job. So recently i looked into a possible move to a town here in the wonder land of "i don't know what weather i want" there is a chance i may move to the Las Cruses area and begin work there. The reason for this move is that my home town is sparse and the over all community feel is "i need to get out of here" . So we have plenty of sellers, but hardly a buyer for miles. Las cruses doesn't, but we will see. I'm going there this week to find out if the myth is true and market is right.

Rambling aside 2018 something is gonna happen to me, and i want to make it as painless as possible and have a real future for myself with that change.

My grandfather has been fighting heart problems and leukemia for the last couple weeks, but last night 10/3/ 2017 my grand father passed away. My grandpa was the one who got me into creating things with my hands, he will be missed.
