But you also just want to draw Outlast Fanart all the time.

So, I may open trades soon-ish, but they will probably be small pieces of art.
Because, yeah, I've only grown into further Outlast/Eddie Gluskin Trash.
It hasn't faded, it hasn't gotten better. It's gotten worse. I'm in this for the long haul.

$5 Chibi Icons!
Posted 9 years agoHey-o! I need some cash to help me out as the end of the year nears.
I've got some credit cards I'd like to pay down more if at all possible.
I also have rent, so if I can put some of this money toward that, it would be quite fab.
So, I am offering chibi icons that look similar to this:
Example
$5 a piece for single icons
+$3 per icon if you want to do linked ones
(so two icons linked would be $8, three would be $11, etc)
They will be inked and flat colored, with a bit of highlighting to make them pop!
You will recieve a 400x400px version, plus a 100x100px version and a 50x50px version (if you like)
They will be uploaded in batches!
These will be open indefinitely and/or until I feel like I have reached a goal I am comfortable with.
Turn around time should be about 1 day for singles, and possibly 2 for linked.
Reminder: This is once I get to your commission, not immediately after you commission me.
Please keep in mind that I have a job that I work at anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week at.

I haven't been getting an exceptional amount of hours at work lately, and while I appreciate the rest...
It's not exactly beneficial for my finances to not be making at least $300 every two week. As of late I've been making maybe $260. :|

Lord, for those that don't know/didn't read my previous journal about my being quiet...
I'm just so obsessed with Heavy Rain, it's stupid. :| It's practically all I do every day.
I work on art/play some video games maybe, or come home from work, and then just sit around reading fanfiction.
Just ughhhhh. Why self, why. I haven't been this obsessed with something in quite a while, like since 2012.
It's a little frustrating, and yet excellent. And of course I'm mostly reading slash fiction, because why not.
Can't say it's not helping with my urge to ignore practically everything else since I'm in an emotional low. ;v;
(what I am saying is that I'm having a depressive episode. Also haven't had one of those since 2012)
There may be some fanart coming out of this regardless. I've managed to befriend someone in the tiny fandom and they are encouraging me.
Haha, at the very least I am... writing a fanfiction. And that's crazy enough as it is for me. :|

Humanoids/Kemonomimi prefered, though I won't totally turn away anthro characters.
Plan on it being something cute, but I don't know when it will be started or completed.
I just want to draw him again, and I'd love to draw him with someone with the same or similar fashion sense
(which is a strange mash up of punk, goth, scene, and emo fashion bits)

I didn't really plan to fall off the figurative face of the internet once November came around. In fact, my plan was to work on art as much as possible.
However, I am currently not feeling very motivated, so no art has been worked on at all.
On one hand it's nice to take a break, on the other hand, I still have my halloween pictures to finish, and I'd actually like to... you know... finish them. lol
So, I am hoping I can find some kind of urge/inspiration to do so soon.
Otherwise, I've hit the 'end of the year meh' feeling.
That feeling where I don't really want to do anything other than play video games, watch movies, and read a lot of fanfiction.
Which, I have been doing, hilariously. lololol
Also, I've become obsessed with Heavy Rain. Yes, I know I'm about 6 years late.
But... I don't care. :V I've even been able to try playing it, and... well it's fun and hard as hell.
You don't know how bad I am at QTEs. lololol
Needless to say, though, the obsession isn't really helping to motivate me.

I do care, I just... don't want to think about it over much. I do hope everyone stays safe!
Take care of yourself, take care of each other, make sure you're safe, and do try to travel in groups when possible.
I know not every city is as chill as Boise is (even if this is a conservitive state. The amount of murders and such are incredibly low here. IE. they almost never happen)
I may not have to worry (as much) about my female bodied, nonbinary, queer ass, but I know not everyone is as lucky.
I love you all.
Sorry I don't have more to say, but I'm not a fan of politics.
And I'd rather just stew than be angry or scared about most of it.

Are actually because... I'm working on five different images at the moment!
I know it's been nearly a month since my last upload, but I promise I'm actually working on things. c:
And, in fact, I will be uploading an image for a Halloween raffle soon-ish! c:
I do apologize that it seems like I'm not working on anything, or something of that sort, but I am actually busy at work on quite a few images.
Some of them have taken far longer to sketch out than others, tho. ;v;
I'm really excited for the raffle. I don't get to draw Samhain near enough.
And I've never been able to include another person's character with him, in the fashion I am planning, before. c:*non-serious grumbling*

Like dang, I do love me some womens, but I'd love some stuff of my male characters.
In particular, Samhain, of course. hurhur Since he's my halloween character.
Regardless, I am enjoying the images coming from the female only ychs.
Just silently wondering why there's more female ones than male ones.
Though, I suppose it's sexier to see a naked woman on a broom, rather than a naked man.Coming Soon!
Posted 9 years agoLately I've been spending quite a bit of time sketching up base pose ideas for commissions and other more personal art.
One of these things however, is something I'm super excited to do for all of you lovelies.
It will be a (very) soft vore/pre-vore YCH Halloween raffle. c:
It will include my halloween character Samhain, and his tailmouth Belfry.
And the YCH spot will be for the lucky winner's character to be drawn in tiny and being dangled/ready to be eaten by Samhain's tailmouth. ;3
I want to get the basic sketch done soon so I can have a decently long raffle, and then have a while to work on it.
Hopefully some of you all will be interested. ♥♥♥
Otherwise, I hope you all are doing well!
Future Art Plans
Posted 9 years agoI seem to make these every couple of months. lol
But, anywho, outlining the art plans I have in mind at the moment:
- Finish commissions (obviously. 1 of 5 so far)
- Finish/update some old and some slightly newer WIPs so I can get them off my plate
- Start designing and selling some adoptables (because I've been wanting to ;v;)
- Work on some projects I've been putting off for an age and a half.
- Start doing trades again, because dang those can be fun!
- Do an at least once a month 'raffle' type thing and/or accept requests. Because I like doing gift art a lot ;v;
- Possibly draw up some of the YCH commission ideas I have (haven't fully decided on that)
- Start up a Patreon as a sort of 'tip jar'.*pitiful whining about unimportant things*

Mostly, all the fantastic adoptables I keep seeing people post.
I'm constantly sitting here going ":V DO WANT" but then I have to remind myself where my commission money is going. lol
As such, I've been immediately pushing the commission money into my bank account and throwing payments onto my card.
Why you all have to make amazing adopts when I have no money. *whinewhine*
Not that I NEED to buy more adopts... ever. But, you know. lol Bad addiction.Thank you so much!

So far I’ve made about $152! Between this and my upcoming check this friday, I will have pushed my current card I am paying off to $200!
Which is absolutely amazing, considering it was $550 that I needed to pay off. ;v;

It’s nice to feel some of the stress starting to ease off my shoulders.
I still have a lot to go, as far as over all debt goes, but even a small chunk at a time is better than nothing!Woo!

So, originally, I was planning on immediately opening my $5 bust commissions as soon as I finished my GaiaOnline commissions.
However, I've changed my mind a bit on that. I am going to take a few days of break once I finish the last Gaia commission.
My plan, is to open the $5 bust commissions on Monday.
This will give me three days to wind down a bit.
And also draw some things I've had in mind the past week. c:
Possibly:
• Start on Fursona (soliloquy) Ref Sheet
• Syndriel + plant tentacles image
• Scribble of Amethys a new adopt from @SatiricalArts
• Finish WIP of Aestian
• Possibly more WoW Arts
That way I'm not antsy as hell when I first open commissions.
I am looking forward to drawing lots of busts though. ;v;
They are always fun. ♥ And it will be nice to do something I can get out to people a bit faster than some of my other work.
