So I've been light-headed for the last few days but I don't have the money to go and check to see what's wrong. My truck has also decided to crap out on me. The truck my boyfriend is taking care of.

Out of all the times that I'm dizzy it's any time I'm upright. If I'm laying down I'm typically fine. I'm at work right now with no truck and feeling dizzy and sick. I have no idea what to do. Should I just go home or should I try and tough it out? I already know I should go to the doctor but I don't have health insurance and no money to pay for it. I live in the USA. Our health system is garbage.

I recently found out that a friend of mine is in need of a little over $600 to get a new place. they're living with a dangerous drunk who's threatened to kill them and their mother. So they need to get out of there ASAP.
