I think that I'm gonna start doing maybe a stop smoking blog-ish thing??? maybe post once a week or update daily? I don't know. I don't really wanna spam any of my watcher's feeds of me going "YAY! didn't smoke again today!" because hopefully there will be a lot of that.

I know it sounds needy but.....if you guys have any encouraging words for me it would be amazing to tell me. even if it's something short like "You can do it" or "I believe in you." or even bad dad jokes would be appreciated.

part1: Day1-3

My cravings are insane. It feels like I'm hungry but at the same time, my stomach is upset. I'm legit tired all the time. Even after sleeping for TEN HOURS. I really hope that these cravings go away. Please tell me I'm not the only one. And I really need the encouragement because my mental stability has gone out the fucking window already.

Day 4 (today): had a crappy day at work was craving nicotine super bad but didn't break. WOO!

after the BS that happened yesterday with our plane getting canceled and almost having to sleep in the airport....we all finally made it home!

So the plane that we were supposed to get on had been canceled and we were stuck in the Boston airport. Luckily a friend we were traveling with wouldn't take 'no' for an answer and got us gorgeous rooms for the night at a wonderful hotel. They are extended stay rooms which have a small kitchenette, fridge, cups, etc. with it. Coffee maker was the best part. So I'm about to PTFO for the night so we can catch our flight early tomorrow morning and finally make it home. I'll update you guys tomorrow on how things go.

The flight we we're supposed to catch home has been delayed so we will be leaving the airport until Midnight which is when we were supposed to be back home. Oh well....all adventures have unexpected turns.

My trip has sadly come to an end. It was a gorgeous place to visit and has captired my heart. I am definitely going to be coming back to these islands. Terceira island in Portugal was the best trip that I've taken to date. The history that's here, the wildlife, the people, and the ocean were all amazing in their own way. We will all b flying from Treceira to Boston and then hop a plane to home.

It's been a few days since I've arrived in the beautiful Azores and I don't want to leave. The snow back home in Pennsylvania has hit 2 feet and I'm glad that I'm here and not home. good evening guys! as promised! this is where I will be taking my trip. The Azores Islands

A bit of info on the island. The Azores are a collection of nine islands located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It was discovered in the 1400s by Porchaguies sailors. On the island of São Miguel in the largest city, Ponta Delgada stands churches, some that date back as far as the 16th century. Ponta Delgada, being the largest city, hosts most of the shops, malls, restaurants, and hotels.

Near the town of Furnish is a caldera (large volcanic crater). Where some locals bury food in pots to be steamed by the hot springs located there taking up to five hours to cook. Only a little ways from there is Via Franca De Campo, the islands first capital.

Another place I plan on visiting is the twin lakes called Lagoa das Sete Cidades. one lake is Emerald green and the other Saphire blue. The hiking trails are one of the other things that I would love to do while over there. The natural beauty of the islands is unparalleled to what I have experienced so far, a single week doesn't seem nearly enough time to see all the beauty these islands have to show.

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas and happy holidays! My birthday is gonna be in three days and I've been super busy and haven't been active very much as far as journals or posting anything. Lol life's been crazy as I'm sure everyone else's has.

I've been saving up and my mate and I have decided on our next big trip! It's gonna be *drumroll* to the Açores Islands! Beautiful place lots of amazing sights and THE OCEAN! I've never seen the ocean up close and I am SO SUPER EXCITED!!!!!

Hi guys! :D we just had a bad storm on the east coast that dropped rain/snow/more rain then everything froze, and then more snow on us. Still getting more snow as it is right now but there has been mass power outages around me where 100% of people have no power at all. I couldn't even make it to work in my 4-wheel drive truck. I had to call off. There are power lines down alogn with trees. One of the trees actually fell onto our horse fencing in the front field so my mate and I will be dealing with that later today. I hope everyone around where I am and along the east coast can stay safe and warm!
Don't worry about me much we have a generator for out power.

It was warmer than home. He had come to this palace to find a calling as a healer in a naga harem. It promised safety and an ability to thrive that his home would never have been able to supply. The halls he entered were decorated in vibrant crimsons and glittering gilded decor. Ornately decorated pots were spaced evenly along the long hall. The pots housed many exotic plants that drew his eyes down the hall. A long equally elaborate and long carpet beckoned him down the corridor to a large and grand carved door. Beside the door, there were carvings of terrifying feral looking nagas whose coils wrapped around the bases of the two pillars that framed the door.

Lux's silvery gray pelt shimmered in the light of the candles that hung from the sandstone roof. The flickering lights of the candles dancing across the ornate rug that lay under his feet. As he mustered the courage to pull on one of the two large iron rings of the doors a thought crossed his mind, perhaps this was not a good idea. The thought was fleeting and soon completely forgotten as the loud groan of the wood door snapped him out of his almost dreamy daze. Behind the door there was a large room lit with candle light. Their glow wavered as the air gently blew in behind him through the open door and the smell of sweet incense filled his nose. A mound of large, colorful pillows sat almost haphazardly in the middle of the room. His eyes traveled upwards in awe at the elegant draperies. They hung in long gently sweeping billows against a sandstone backdrop of the ceiling alongside glittering gold chains.

From the far edge of the room he heard the rustling of fabric against scales causing his gaze to quickly refocus on the heap of pillows. He could feel his heat begin to beat faster as his eyes settled upon gold colored curved horns that adorned salt and pepper streaked hair. The naga that slowly rose from the pile faced away from him. The raised spines along his back, neck, and arms where sure signs that this naga was a highblood. He was the first highblood that Lux had ever seen. From behind, a long tanned and toned torso melted into creamy yellow scales below a cascade of wavy black and white streaked hair. Strong arms that began to fade to black from his upper arms to his claws and broad shoulders were soon noticed when the naga turned to face the kitkin who just entered his domain. This naga had handsome features, horns that gently swept back and curled forward under his pointed ears, high cheekbones, a strong jaw line, and lips that gently held something that resembled a lit hand rolled cigarette between them. Glinting pieces of metal and gems enhanced these features. Two small glimmering rings on his bottom lip, a large earring in the left lob of an oddly damaged ear, a dangling string of small ruby gems and gold in his right, and two silver piercings in his left eyebrow above his eye. Those eyes, they seemed to draw him in, in an almost magnetic way with their ghostly glow.

His heart was now racing, he was nervous. He had the right to be, he was standing in front of a naga, not just any naga, a Highblood naga named Ambrose, better known as Blood to others. Those piercing blue gems looked him up and down quietly, he was being studied. His body tensed slightly as Blood raised himself to his full height and began to move closer. The lithe Kitkin's teal gems started to dance slightly with the quivering of his ears and tails. Lux felt his gut urging him to run but the eyes of the naga had his body firmly frozen in place. A blue haze emanated from the blue orbs of the naga. Their almost ghostly haze had his own shimmering pools of azure locked with them having fallen under their spell.
Silence hung in the air only momentarily before a voice sliced through it. “So you want to be a part of the Harem, huh?” Eyes narrowed as they studied the kitkin’s body much more closely than the first, silted pupils narrowing. “You certainly have the proportionssss to qualify…” He seemed to hiss slowly and gently turning Lux around getting a good look at his silvery fur striped with snowy white markings, his ears and tails tipped with teal.

Lux swallowed hard, not quite sure what to do in the presence of such a powerful being. He only managed to find two words to reply to Blood’s strange compliment. “Th-thank you…” He stammered out quickly lowering his gaze. His tails wrapped themselves almost defensively around his body.

“Well then.” The naga reached out slowly grabbing Lux’s chin, tilting his face up to meet the piercing hauntingly alluring blue eyes. “Let’s get started, shall we?” Blood almost hummed to himself. Lux could find no will to pull from his grip and the hold Blood’s eyes had over him. A small nod was all that was managed by the kitkin. Unsure what his fate would hold with this new chapter opening in his life of being in the harem.
