Posted 12 years agoLike anything at all. From how I like my eggs cooked to my favourite yoga pose. Nothing is out of bounds! In fact, the more daring the question the more impressed I will be at your courage.

I think it's pretty fantastic!
My plans to create a sea empire have become infinitesimally more plausible.

On letters
Posted 13 years agoFirst, I'd like to wish everyone a new year.
I'm pretty sure that'll come true. I hope it'll be a great one, painted with the most lively pallete of emotions.
I received a very unexpected letter this morning written just under two years ago, from Daniel, delivered by a good friend of his. It was quite touching, heh, I forgot how much I missed his terrible handwriting and those fun illuminated letters he often opened with. It's strange when the past returns like this, almost film-like; I guess it is fitting, he always treated life as a whimsical adventure. The words were as beautiful as he always managed to write them, even when clouded by my tears. He talked about our life together, visions he's been having on the days prior and how sorry that he was that he felt the need to go through the experience alone.
I don't know how to feel about that. Daniel was always very down to earth, even though he reveled in fantasy with infectious joy, he never believed in any sort of mysticism. His last compositions were very unlike him, as if from some distant metemphsychic life. These dreams, he said, inspired the music, after reading his description I can saw the poetry with new eyes. The words of a man reflecting on the human experience filled with the uncovered meaning that mankind has laboured so long to append to life. Passions, sorrows and those moments of inexplicable eternity we sometimes are fortunate enough to walk through: bliss. Those brilliant arrays of uncountable vibrant flowers found only when wading through the dark, sometimes terrifying forest, where every step is uncertain but filled with the naive dream that it might be the right one to take.
I guess I'm rambling a bit, heh, he also left me a key to open a little something. I hope that whatever it unlocks might hold an address where he's living and that this was some bizarre joke, but regardless, it makes for an exciting adventure. I don't know why I'm writing this for all to see, but if people are still worried about me, I'm certain this letter and the key have locked a door in my mind that has been open for too long.
Have another listen to that fantastic song cycle, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5292282/ , and again, my thoughts go out to all of you for the new year. We all survived a fictional apocalypse after all! that's got to be cause for some celebration, right?
