i need to recoup the money i lost at the pumpkin patch yesterday, so EVERYTHING that i have made myself has had a major price drop, some of over 70%, most between 40% and 50%. this does not include collabs, pyops, and character resales.

i'm really struggling with burnout right now, but i need to get some funds for my upcoming annual pumpkin patch trip; therefore, everything already made is 25% off for the next 24 hours only. this does not include collab adopts or anything incomplete (this includes additions, ref sheets, nsfw adds, etc.). i also have some very high quality quads available for sale. they are off-base and have full custom art pieces; they are not eligible for discount since i didn't make them myself.
i also want to bring your attention to my pick-your-own-palette semi-custom gallery. it has over 250 designs that you can purchase, and all you need is a color palette for me to use! if you don't have toyhouse and can't see the portfolio there, you can join my discord server to see it listed directly!
i understand that finances are hard for everyone right now; if you can't afford something, i totally get it and i would appreciate if you tell your friends about me, since that's just as valuable as a purchase β₯TOS update.

i have added a nitpicker's fee to my TOS, as i have been doing a lot of large changes for no extra cost lately and that has to change. additionally, 'artistic liberty' needs to be true artistic liberty from now on: if i am given liberty to design as i please, a customer cannot ask for changes without a fee. please check out the update (at the bottom of the journal) and let me know if you have any questions about it. you do not have to re-comment the password, as this update will be applied uniformly moving forward.update 8/19.

friendly reminder that mercury-king (my irl twin) and i have a discord server. if you join and 1) introduce yourself, 2) react to the rules, and 3) assign yourself a role, you will be automatically eligible for a 10% discount on all of my adopts, including customs! in addition, you will get to see wips and streams, and you will also have access to our full base catalog and pick-your-own-palette listings. you'll also get access to server-exclusive adopts and giveaways (i am looking to start a giveaway VERY soon).

a lot of feedback i've received has been regarding pokΓ©fusions and wanting to see more of them. i like making fusions and have made quite a few, but the ones i've already made haven't gotten a lot of interest (faves and/or sales): clearly goodra is not the best choice, so i am opening up this journal for any suggestions regarding species you'd like to see fused! i've started using a random generator to fuse two arbitrary mon, and this has really helped me creatively: but if there's anything specific you'd like to see, i'd really like to know.
please bear in mind that i use bases: i can't do huge additions/changes on my own! so if there isn't a base for a specific mon, i likely can't fuse it.feedback on...feedback?

i just wanted to really quickly let you know that using the word 'unique' in your feedback doesn't really help me. it's a bit too vague for me to understand. do you intend for 'unique' to mean 'niche', 'different than your usual', 'hasn't been done before', 'not seen on the market', etc...? it can mean lots of different things. specifics and examples are much more helpful for me!
i appreciate everything i have seen so far, but this word keeps coming up and i did want to let you know that it doesn't help me and just frustrates me haha.update 1/26/2025.

if you support donald trump, elon musk, or any other right-wing talking head, please unwatch me and do not contribute to me further. i do not care if you are a regular customer; i do not care if you've never talked about it with me or on your page: that vitriolic rhetoric is directly harmful to me and the people i love, no matter how far you dip your toe into it.
gay people are people; trans people are people; nonbinary people are people; women are people; and all of these people have rights, regardless of what pumpkin spice palpatine tries to say or do.
trying to debate with me or split hairs on this subject will only prove my point.
there is a difference between politics and morality but, with this election especially, the lines have become more blurred; i can no longer turn a blind eye to it for the sake of making money.

i have an important update regarding any adopts moving forward: i will no longer be offering free color edits.
i have had a lot of people buy my adoptables cheaply and ask to almost completely change their color palette; and that is tantamount to getting a heavily discounted custom adoptable. please have respect for my business: this is how i earn 50% of my income. :c (and it also hurts my feelings because i like the color palettes i pick.)
little things like eye or claw color can still be changed without charge, but i will no longer be offering large color changes for free; the price of this will depend on how many colors are changing and the complexity of the base adopt. please keep this in mind when buying from me in the future, and thank you for your patronage this holiday season!πππ. β you may reupload anything that i make for you to your own page as long as you credit me and the base-maker, or you link back to my submission.
β if you do not produce payment at time of completion/purchase, alter my original piece, claim unpaid work as your own, steal/redistribute any of my work, ghost me after committing to a design, or hide your comments for ANY reason, you will be blacklisted from all current and future works.

β you are free to claim an adopt for its flat price and order additions or a full ref sheet at a later date; all i ask is that you let me know that you'd like to do this at time of initial purchase, so i hang onto the files for you!
β any tattoos that come with an adopt will have a separate transparent image available: this is to help future artists who draw the character.γthese transparent tattoos are for use only on the adoptable they came with and any art of said adoptable, and not for your general/commercial use.
β simple color edits (eyes, claws, etc.) are free for all adopts.γcomplex/large color changes will incur an upcharge at my discretion.
β i can note the direct link to purchased files or i can transfer the character via toyhouse; please specify which you'd prefer when ordering.
β direct links to adopt images expire after one week; once file transfer is confirmed, you are responsible for the adopt image(s), as i do not keep them on my device once they are sold.
β under no circumstances are you or any other artists permitted to edit the original adopt that i sell to you.γyou can change design aspects in future art, but you cannot alter my original piece in any way.γdoing so will result in an instant blacklist.
β you may not resell my adopts for more than you paid unless you enhance their value with further art.

β PLEASE be specific with your markings and colors. if you do or do not want particular markings, please say so (i.e. βplease give it pink leopard spotsβ or βno stripes pleaseβ). if you have a color palette in mind, please say so as specifically as possible (i.e. βblack body color with a purple bellyβ); a color swatch or hex codes are greatly appreciated! vague suggestions are fine as long as i have a general direction to go in; requesting artistic freedom is perfectly acceptable, but please see rule 3 if youβd like to do this.
β if you donβt ask for something up front and request it after work has begun, that will incur an upcharge (price at my discretion). this includes markings, body mods, tattoos, accessories, etc.. i am not a mind reader and i prefer bluntness when working with clients: please help me help you!
β i am more than happy to create something for you with only a general direction (i.e. your adoptβs personality/likes/dislikes/job/hobbies, markings, patterns, aesthetics)! however, if you give me artistic freedom and do not like what i come up with, creating a new design will incur an upcharge (price at my discretion). i also reserve the right to use the rejected design/markings on a future adopt.

as of 9/2/2025, all orders are subject to a nitpicker's fee. you will incur this fee if you do any of the following:
- if you purchase an adopt with additions/changes, i get 70% through the adopt, and you request a substantial change
- if you purchase a custom adopt, i set up and you confirm the lines/flat colors, and you request a substantial change
- if you request i change a single color on an adopt more than 10 times
the nitpicker's fee is subject to the amount of change i have to do, but will start at the cost of a full custom adopt ($20). when you are ordering from me, please either a) have a solid idea of what you'd like in mind, AND be able to properly convey this to me, or b) allow artistic liberty/accept my artistic ideas. i am happy to play around with ideas and show examples, but at the end of the adopt-making process is not the time or place for that.
