This year has been a massive pain from the start and progressed like an endless waltz to this day with annoyance, idiocy, and blatant stupidity. Sprinkled with a little loss and forelorning to further put me into consecutive deep thought during my self-reflecting to better ascertain my standpoint. Even to the point that my videogaming has gotten stalled, and anyone that knows me well enough is aware I play for fun to relax. I'm still quite sane, just a bit more detached from my normal flow than usual.

And thus Anthrocon; my escape from reality, away from everything and one I hate for a near week with absolutely no obligations to care what occurs in my absence. AC was my very first vacation (in general) away from home and I found it to be most pleasant, albeit the financial screw-up and judicial issue that job at the time caused and forced me to relinquish most of my spending funds as a result. The con experience is always good for me, and great when I get to see those that I only get to interact with online. I also give much recognition to the city it's held in due to the various cultures and places you can go to for recreation and culinary satisfaction, which is why I always try to go to atleast one new place very year while making repeat trips to others.

The trip-to is always a treat. The scenery varies so much and th changes are the indicators of getting closer to various locations. Breezewood is the mid-point marker I reach from my traveling point and the shifting of the land & views are really something to behold before and after the stop. I strongly recommend pitstopping at Breezewood if you get the chance, especially for some good food (Sheetz & Bob Evans are awesome prime). Last year I got to Pittsbugh at night, and the visual of the townhouses in the distance was so cool. It was like looking at a mountainside speckled with lights, a vertical starfield if you will.

Anywho, will anyone be going this time around?

First and foremost, pardon my elongated silence. My time has constantly been taken up by consecutive stupidity at one job and financial clashes that has been bleeding into my personal life, ultimately causing me to unintentionally restrict things...even my videogaming. It's really messed up when you think more about work when you're not even there, especially when it's to find a way to do things for your own better benefit because of everything and almost every one around you being the source of the crapfest. I'm attempting to get some stability, but unfortunately no one can eliminate blatant human stupidity.


ANYWHO, I cordially am offering roomspace for people that are going to Anthrocon this year. I'll be at the Westin hotel this year, so you wouldn't have to worry about walking distance. The room cost should be in the window of $150-$200 or possibly lower depending on how many heads are filling the room. At this time, I know there are 3 assured and 1 undecided, so I would have to say that probably having 2-3 more people would be the limit. The group I'm with I have roomed with for almost every Anthrocon I've been to and I can assure you that we are a clean bunch. Have any questions, definitely ask.

I meant to post it yesterday. I'm a Prime number again. My Niece got me a very nice Assortment of Tea items from Teaism, my good friend made a an image of my Fursona (I'll post later), my mother got me some shirts and a Sushi platter, and I've taken advantage of every freebie all the reward programs I'm on that offers it up. And let's not forget National Videogame Day.

Have to be honest, I prefer celebrating my Birthday in-advance. Mostly so I don't deal with the restrictions of work or stupidity at home.

I know people have chosen not to come for personal reasons, so I thought to ask in case there are those that have chosen otherwise.

Seriously, I am. No Alcohol, Drugs or Smoking either. Pretty clean on the inside.

Awakened to having a Notification that I shall be working with Amazon. I shall be working again. Take that other employ! Shouldn't have consecutively screwed over the best on staff with more longevity than anyone. Can't wait until I can slap a Resignation form on the desk and grab my stuff for the last time. Never actually thought that I would get another job on my Birthday exactly, even though it has been an unspoken wish as a gift.

My first journal of the year and the truth is that it seems that this year is going to be a bigger pain as the previous.


Advice #1

The first would be in regard of my Slumber: Doing it is easy, yet keeping it prolonged is not. I confess that I drink a lot and that I can easily work with, but I'm more regarding when that is not the issue. My body works differently from most, namely over-the-counter stuff dominantly don't effect me. I want to know if there is something powerful enough to knock me out for 8 hours (Normal Body Recovery rate) or more that I can sanely obtain with my mere budget.

My feet haven't fully healed from the over-stressed damage it took in mid-late 2016 due to not being able to actually have enough recovery time. I didn't have Medical Insurance nor could afford to be checked out, but it was pretty obvious that I needed to be absolutely idle of movement for a while so I actually could recover. IF I can get enough rest for my body, my natural fast healing should return to normal.


Advice #2

My next would be in regard of something that seems to happen to me only during the first quarter of the year. I end up having thick build up of phlegm, thus prompting lots of moments in which I'm forced to spit or swallow. I want to know if there really is anything that is guaranteed without fail to kill it.

I just found out today that Coca-Cola Rewards (formerly My Coke Rewards) is giving away Free $5 Amazon eGift Cards by putting in 10 codes (which can be done twice per account). 60% of the eGift cards still remain and I have bags full of caps that have codes on them, so I'm willing to offer the codes that I have up to anyone that wants them.

You have to get an account with them to do it, and then you just have to punch in the codes and you're good to go. I also found out that the scan function works rather well. So you can scan coke caps' codes you have (if any) and it will put it in for you.

And if anyone goes to AMC Theatres, I can give you 10 codes to get a free large popcorn.

At the end of August, my family moved into a townhouse and I recently got my comp set up. Would have done so sooner, but working 2 jobs back-to-back really restricted my time.

Yesterday was my birthday and I worked the entire day. No real issues, so I'm ok with that. I got a framed Holographic Wolf poster That I plan to put up, cake platter and 2 tubs of Gelato (Raspberry Cheesecake & Cinnamon Roll)

The only Day WAY better than 7-Eleven Day is having a day that you pay one price ($1.50) to fill up ANYTHING that can fit on the Slurpee station. This is why I'm glad to always buy all the unique cups & straws they have. Today, I'm going to use my 52oz Blender Slupree Cup. Tomorrow, I'll probably use my Tri-Spiral.

My 3DS is dead

An unorthodox action happened last night at work that caused my 3DS to hit the floor and break the top portion of the unit at the hinge point. Since most game saves are done on the SD card or the game card I believe the data is most likely intact. However, it's what's on the Hard Disk that concerns me. From what I see, 2 ribbons and a small cord are severed, and one ribbon that has a chipped plate popped out. The power seems to be able to turn on, but cuts off quick due to not being connected to the top dual screen. So I'm under the possible impression that I might be able to get it repaired. On the grounds that I can, I will.


2 Pay Weeks and No Direct Deposit Exposed


What really grinds my gears is that I was planning to get myself a New 3DSXL this year since my 3DS kept having this odd issue of constantly cutting off a game and/or app claiming that the "SD card was removed". The money from today's paycheck would have been my early start for saving up for it along with paying off my stupidly & questionably high Taxes, if my account was credited. I went to payroll after work to find out why I still haven't gotten the pay I was expecting when I noticed something about the Bank numbers: they weren't my account. So it seems someone changed my information in the system and had MY money go to someone else's account. Since it's "Good Friday", barely much could be done and I have to wait for Tuesday at best to possibly get what I'm owed. Senior Payroll Manager has all the info and the account numbers that was on my payroll and said that once the person is tracked he's fired. I'm happy to say that the HR at my job at NATS don't play and are pretty darn quick to bury a Steel-Toe Boot in anyone that deserves it real quick.

I haven't made a journal since last year, so I'm going to share a little.


My Niece has joined FA

As of yesterday night, my Niece has joined FA, taking up the moniker  LadyLayla-Penelope. She already had a bit of a natural interest in Furries due to her anime fascination. Layla had the chance to watch the streaming of the Fursuit Parade for Anthrocon last year and wants to go this year. Most of her current exposure to The Furry culture as of late has been through the lively antics of and the crew of FPS. She's also shown interest in drawing and is spirited in writing.


AC Roomspace

A Room for AC'17 has been reserved by my excellent friend and Super Sponsor Roomspace Master when Registration first opened. As with every year, I would like to cordially offer roomspace to those that have the intention of coming and can assure you that the cost will definitely be in your budget without question (Even I was shocked to hear how much it was going to be this time around). If things go into accordance, I don't know how many we'll be able to have, so I think 2 minimum is a best guess at this time.

In regard of screening, No alcohol in the room & be clean. Fursuiters are definitely welcomed.


PS4 Pro

On the last week of December, I finally got the check I was owed from the company that screwed me and my fellow workers over back in 2015. I did exactly what I said I was going to do when I got that money: Finally get myself a PS4. Since the PS4 Pro was recently released, it turned out to be a better buy than the PS4 Slim I was going to get so I went with it.


Pokemon Sun/Moon

I still have plenty of Event Pokemon from previous generations that are official and one of those Bottle Cap promotion cards they had at Gamestop, if anyone wants any.

1st Niece got me an Aloe Vera plant, Pluot soda & Pumpkin Patch Pop Rocks.
Father got me a bag of Jolly Rancher Chews.

Went to Magfest Laboratories last weekend, going to InterventionCon this weekend.
