I should have posted about this sooner, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that has been thoroughly pissed off with how this year has been going and had their plans consecutively screwed up by someone or things.

If there are any that are planning to go to AC, I cordially am extending an invite to at least 2 attendees for roomspace. The roomspace cost is not set in stone as of yet, though it's range is expected to be around $150-$175 but could potentially be less based on headcount. Those that have roomed with me before are welcomed to return and those that want testimonials are more than willing to speak with any of them.

Kung Fu Panda 3 was Awesome.

I can't say much of anything without spoiling. So I strongly will recommend that you watch both movies, short films and the series (Or at least a good portion of episodes) so you can get a good hint at how things might flow.

LED Lamps

LED Lamps are some of the best light sources a person can have since they use less energy and put out REAL white light instead of that horrid Yellow glow. I have been rather curious if anyone have any experience in finding any LED lamps that are affordable.

I just netted 5 Free Movie tickets by taking advantage of my cap-grabbing, so I'm going to be able to see all the movies I was hoping to see for free. MyCokeRewards had an ad up for getting free movie tickets by using the codes on certain caps that I found out about yesterday and was able to get all of them. I've already made a promise to max out the free tickets to the other cap-grabbers under me, but I do at this moment have enough codes to give 3 people that is or will become a MyCokeRewards members so they could get one as well.

But don't hold back on asking for one. The promotion runs until the end of the Month, and it's guaranteed that I'll possibly have more Black MCR caps before then.

Back in January, my General Manager was terminated from his job for no reason at all and with false information being laid against him in that regard. I kept a lookout for new employment for him since he was pretty much the head-of-the-household and needed money to keep his family and his failing health Mother intact. The best I was able to manage for him was getting his backstabbing known to those that worked at the stores on the grounds and a lengthy & thoroughly detailed Recommendation Letter.

Didn't know how much that R. Letter would help.

My Former Gen. Manager ran into me yesterday as I was working on the grounds with this son and told me that he was now doing well and that his Mother was in a Nursing Home being cared for. He told me that he did take the company to court and won the case against them, but then told me that I was the one that did it.

A little coverage about the crap that went on... (You can skip it)

He told me that the company had the gall to say that he did nothing and that the contract with Tanger was supposedly in Jeopardy because of his decisions (and/or lack of) and what he chose not to do. The only person that seemed to have a shaft up their a** was only one person, and he was for the Contract company. And as far as I'm concerned, his words don't mean Dick when he's not on the grounds where the work is done and doesn't understand that the area is in a far more different atmosphere than others to do things as done elsewhere. Doing things their way has slowed progress on everything that was normally done and made it even harder for others to manage to get things that needed to be handled cleaned.

Long-Story short: Lied about his performance and made him out to be the lazy reject, that they ironically stupidly hired after they dropped him, only to fire in less than a month since he wasn't there and made the AM staff do stuff that was not in their contract and was work that the Outlet hired professional groundskeepers to do.

And now to the conclusion of this tale...

He was asked for any information that would cover the allegations of this case, and he suddenly remembered my Recommendation Letter and handed it to his Case Worker. It was concrete and enough to end it all. Netted him a large sum and is still getting more.

AC Roll Call & Room Space Offering

AnthroCon '15 is in a 2-Month span and normally I would have posted about it sooner, but Comp issues and 2 work schedules clashed something fierce this time around to the point of actually draining me.

I don't have a solid count on roommates as of yet, so I'm openly taking to screening for roommates until certainty is established and Fillers in the case of fall-outs. As usual, I'm always offering immediate spots for those that I've roomed with in the past.

I've been meaning to make a Journal back in October, so I better first bring things up to speed. Might want to skip down this first wall of text if you're more interested in the title.


Laid-off by Greed & Hired by Republicans

PFMI (Now means PRICKS F***ING MY INCOME) pulled a B**** move on the last week of October by calling Bankruptcy out-of-the-blue and leaving all their employees (all 1297) unemployed & taking our final paychecks for themselves. What I later learned is that they were originally going to pull it off in April, which would have been close to 2 months after they took over the Payroll from another company that was doing it. This truly would explain the piss-poor pay-rate, lack of real benefits, hand-me-down equipment, and horribly dense higher-ups that complained about minor crap but did nothing to make things better.

They even took my Supervisor without giving me any direct or solid reason, and gave it to someone else on staff that has a strong penchant for being lazy. From what I was told, it was all s/he said nonsense that was far from the truth and assumptions. I'm far from typical and predictable in behavior, so it was more than likely assumed that my nonchalant personality was aggressive. With the amount times they have come across me since I started the stupid job, they should have picked up on that immediately. Just because someone lacks emotional enthusiasm and doesn't display emotional content (If you watch MLP: FiM, think Maude Pie) on their caliber on a constant doesn't mean they are bad or negative, only that they prefer to be seen as how they are and not how others wish.

Well they got just what they all deserved, or at least is still in the process of getting royally served by the Judicial Branch of Government. They are being forced to reimburse everyone that they screwed over. Everyone that was employed under them was sent a letter on their dollar ($1154 per letter) that had an enclosed amount for reimbursement that was practically double its value of the rightful paycheck owed. So in short, They already spent almost $1.5 Million sending letters to everyone they screwed and will be paying everyone another $1.5 Million once the Court case is concluded.

The Company known as St. Moritz (Who manages the Janitor staff at other Tanger Outlet locations) took over our contract and kept us employed, plus reimbursed the pay we were denied. Despite them taking the reigns, I figured they would interfere with our setup after hearing from one of there representatives and pitching what I refer to as the "George Bush" Lie. Only one person complained about how we did things, and it was Head of the company being nit-picky about really small and insufficient things, like cigarette buttes, small fragments paper from straws and gum. If he paid more attention to all the facts, namely that this location is NOT like others in any fathomable ways, it would have been well-known that what was seen is inevitable. A lack of a full staff and sensible equipment can easily screw things up, the other factor being the area and the people within it. His mentality is/was "This is how it will be done".

The bastard fired my General Manager without a good reason at all. He could have demoted him at best, but the crap I heard was pretty much on the lines of "We aren't doing things their way" and "We don't have time to train him". Big, Royal F***ing joke when they have someone come in as his replacement that didn't even come to work (Being in for a half-hour and leaving, sitting around talking on the phone and listening to music is not valid for a Leader) because he says he won't and/or at his OTHER JOB, stay long enough to do anything and only sat around forcing others to do HIS JOB things that aren't their responsibility that Mall Office have people come in to do, and ends up being fired before a month was up. Now they have a temp until they get a new Site Manager, which they wouldn't need if they would have simply trained our General Manager in the first place. They want to take the time to train some random person, yet they had one and kicked him over the cliff. Only shows the true level of their ignorance when it comes to having intelligence.

Their cleaning methods are stupid, restrictive and insane. Sure it would work if the staff was in full and this was a different area, but this is the true Tri-State Area plus Tourist hotspot, the National Harbor. There's always hoards of people to deal with all the time, even when it's small. There are constant events that happen down at the Gaylord Convention Center (MagFest & KatsuCon Hotel) and those people go to all places that has the National Harbor Logo on them. Despite this Tanger being a year old and relatively new, it will gradually begin to fester the more people become aware of it, especially once Spring kicks in. Last year was packed as it is and managing with a short staff at that, but the staff is even shorter and the methods they want to use will limit getting things done on a faster scale. The Male/Female ratio of the staff is way off, and it's what made it difficult to work with last year when it comes to bathroom cleaning since the female bathrooms are always the worst to deal with. The people are so quick to bust their wallets, but not so smart to get the info on the place before they come or after they get there, so they are always quick to assume there's only 1 bathroom on the property and beeline for it if they don't ask. A bigger outdoor Mall has nothing on smaller one that is in the literal center of a real Tri-State (DC, MD, VA) area, in Tourist Central at the Nation's Capital that's hit with International and Global visitors on a constant.

The proof of their method being a failure has already been proven by the slower handling of the trash and upkeep of the bathrooms, which we were originally getting high praises on constantly. I was always committing myself to playing Double-Duty (Sometimes even Triple) just to keep things in check, but now it's more of a royal pain to do far more work for a pay that is not suitable for the efforts being committed to currently on the daily.



I'm employed at Nationals Park

My Aunt informed me of a seminar that was being held at her Church for a job fair at Nationals Park in February and said that I should go so I would have a great chance at getting a job at Nationals Park. It was pretty short & sweet (Less than an hour) and seemed more like it was for people that never been to an interview before, but I took notes of somethings and even shortened my resume enough to what they considered to be a more compact style. I applied for 4 positions based on my experience and was still able to make it to work on time. I got a call on the last Thursday of February a few hours before work that new hires were expected to come in on Monday or Tuesday of the following week since it was cancelled for that day due to the weather. I still find it rather odd that I didn't get a call until that day, since I would have missed the class because of the timing. I won't be starting until April, but I'm pretty sure that I'll be able to tolerate what comes my way.

I'll be working for Levy Restaurants, so I'll at least have a chance to be working at other places they happen to have their companies at, like the Verizon Center. It's only a Seasonal Part-Time job, so I'm still working at Tanger Outlets. However, I'll be more than happy to push more of my work time to them since I know they will pay me much better and probably provide me with better benefits.

I normally never post about my Birthday until the actual day since I hate it when others do it with the obvious intent on getting gifts, but I feel this is an exception I'm willing to make. I was at InterventionCon Saturday and was having a conversation with a representative from MagFest's staff and he informed me that they were going to have a limited attendee Con on the second weekend of September at their previous location before it went to the National Harbor. I feel that's a perfect way of celebrating my B-Day by doing something I enjoy instead of being at home doing nothing interesting.

They already have 1400 attendees Pre-registered, so I'll need to make haste when I get my next Pay. If anyone else happens to live in the MD/VA/DC area and liked it when MagFest was at the Hilton Mark Center in Alexandria, this would be a great opportunity to relive that time. Also, I wouldn't mind running into any that do come.

I'm serious. At AC this year, I found that they had put in new Coke vending machines that areMCR (My Coke Rewards) friendly. This is how I was able to get free sodas throughout the Con while others did not. My Coke Rewards is a Coca-Cola rewards program that lets people build up points either from doing minute tasks or inputting codes from Coca-Cola products on the website to get free stuff and entries into raffles. What I found out when I started my most recent job is that members of MCR can get a card that they can use on specific machines to get points and free sodas. The issue I had at the time was that they didn't say how you were supposed to be able to get the card and the machine had no dispensers for it.

In March, I got in contact with the company and they informed me that there was an issue they were having with the website in regards of setting up the link to get it and did me the favor of giving me a direct link to the page.

What I'm willing to offer to everyone that's interested in spending as little as possible to get their fill of Coke drinks from a vending machine is their first 30 points. Coke seems to be a sponsor for my job, so accumulating a lot of points is relatively easy for me. I've gotten 13 people on the program and most of them have been taking advantage of it.

AnthroCon Day (An Official Day)

I'm pretty certain most journals about AC was geared about the experience, but how many actually covered what was mentioned during Opening Ceremony? The Roach King said that he got a package from the Mayor of Pittsburgh that in-short was a Notarized Document stating that July 5th shall be recognized as AnthroCon Day. I was most honored by those that I had the pleasure to room with this year: . Though I didn't share the same room with , he did stay in the second room and I'm glad to hear that he enjoyed himself quite well and was found to be a most respectful roommate by those within.

Despite not having the huge benefit of being at my former employ, I did still manage to bring and give some nice items out to my roommates and a select few in regards of their recently passed and/or upcoming Birthday ( got a good laugh of his new Wine Glass).

I do have to say that I visited more Panels than I have previously, so I didn't exactly spend as much time in the Dealer's Den as I would have wanted, but I'm not really too down about it. The only shame was that many of the panels that I wanted to go to happened back-to-back-to-back and during the time the other was going on, so I had to juggle panels. I made it imperative that I go to the Lee Tockar & Jim Cummings Panel and they were worth missing the Dealer's Den. I got Raj to join me for the MLP: FiM Panel only to find out that they weren't going to be showing videos this year, but we both lucked out in getting something from the Raffle (I got a Zecora Bag)

I've been asked by my Manager about taking the Supervisor position so I can get more hours & fewer days to work. It would help him out since he's always up here every day, gracious enough to drop me off. I'm the main person out of everyone that he wants to take the reigns because I'm the only one he trusts will actually do the work. He's already recommended me, so now it's a waiting game.

How do you like that? Been working here for 103 days, taken up 1 of 2 positions as Relief in less than 2 Months when asked by the remaining 2 Managers, and now being asked to take one of the top seats.

The room will be secured at the end of this month, so I figured to take this time to put out an invite for people to that are planning to go and need roomspace. Took me 3 years, but I finally cleared out every last Journal I got without Nuking them. There's a lot of important things that happened that I was not aware of and far more waste-of-space posts that were best left buried in the poster's heads. Now with that done, I can get started on the near 600K of Submissions.

She hasn't even been on this job for a full 2 months and she's been driven away. This company has done nothing but give her crap about everything as if it were her fault, and it wasn't. She wasn't the one stupid enough to have a group of 4-5 people during 3 different time period try to keep a mall clean when thousands of people are constantly making it a mess by dropping trash, crapping up the few bathrooms and leaving garbage in every place possible regardless of the obvious trash cans. I didn't see it personally, but I heard from everyone else and her that she was pretty much crucified and in front of her staff to the point of breaking down emotionally. These bastards are paying everyone, including the managers, so little that the idea of us being janitors for a mall is more like people working at a restaurant for the first time being paid minimum wage. No one other than Full-Time employees get benefits, and the only people that apparently ARE Full-Time are Managers.

Because of this turn of events, there's only 2 Managers on the job and they have to work 6 days a week with no real chance for taking off. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but I know that I have no plans to stay with them for a Full year after all this crap. I was already put off when I was told how much I was going to be paid and got further pissed with how poor their handle was for orientation, then became extremely hot when what I read in the manual I was given was full of more crap than a manure factory to what has been done up to now and the lack of new and decent equipment to get the job done. I've already proven I am the best out of everyone on the staff at actually doing the work, but I'm only doing it to keep busy and work towards my goal: to get out of Tanger Outlet and get something more beneficial.

I advise everyone now that if you ever are desperate enough to seek employment, only go to Tanger as a last resort or if you want to keep a small money flow until you can get something better. Don't even think about making it a Career. I'm going to consider talking to the Supervisor of the Shoppers Services to see if being in there will be better. It would mean I would have to deal with the idiots that walk the mall and aren't smart enough to use their heads more than their mouths, but I'm more willing to deal with it if it means I'll have a bigger paycheck with benefits attached.

2013 is by far worst than last year and I'll be happy when it's dead.

Tuesday Night/Wednesday Morning when I got in, I was really feeling like crap. I was so slow at work and energy drained that I seemed like I should be on an oxygen tank. This is unorthodox for myself because I never have this kind of thing happen to me, unless I was exposed to a massive amount of new germs at once (Being that I work now as a Janitor and seen how many bastards don't know how to wash their hands or know not to flush an entire pack of seat protectors/throw used ones on the floor instead of flushing, I'm pretty sure I can put my blame on each and everyone of them).

This all seems to have started Wednesday before Thanksgiving. For some odd reason, I end up getting the rare case of Laryngitis, just enough to gradually lose my voice just enough to still be audible if close enough. I'm trying to rest and recover, but my mother is constantly asking me the most stupidly obvious questions despite that I pretty much made it clear that I was trying not to talk at all so I could heal faster. It faded a bit later than expected due to how many people were constantly forcing me to speak.

The problem with that is that the Phlegm apparently did not want to go yet. I usually know when I'm fully over my momentary Laryngitis issue when I'm able to speak in my rightful pitch on certain words and when I can actually sing. The Phlegm seems to have yet again (This happened the last time) layered itself against my Mucous Membrane like seriously thick Peanut Butter. As a result, I've been having coughing choke fits throughout this most current week that it's literally drained my body of its Hydration so much that I kept releasing water instead of containing it.

Ah, but it turns out that part of my Hydration issue was the stubborn build-up of Mucus. My mother brought home Last Weeks Sunday (Dec 8) leftovers from a luncheon at her job and there was a good helping of Collard Greens in it that I knew would work well for the food I was eating...Until I found out the HARD WAY that the stuff probably had much more than the sane amount of Salt in it that should a person should eat in a day. Tuesday is when I had got seriously hit with it. I'm under the impression that I had a Sodium Shock to my system. The Sodium Shock was constantly draining water from my body to the point of seeming like I was having an Asthma Attack. As stubborn as I was to complete my job, I endured it to the last hour and I do give my thanks to my partner of that day, Monica, for doing the smaller things while I kept to doing the G. awful stuff...Which only made me cough much more. I tried drinking water constantly, but it seemed to bleed through me much faster than I could store it (For my body that's actually good. It means that I'm flushing out the contamination fast). The problem was that it was starting to happen too frequently, and when on break in what they call "The Office" the nearest bathroom has pretty much 3-6 minutes away because the retarded Architect didn't design the Janitor space to be a Reputable zone for the people that are forced to clean up the crap (LITERALLY) that every idiot retard that walks on the grounds make on-purpose for an insulting pay rate, they made it a large piss-poorly thought out storage room with nothing suitable for a real Janitor to want to ever give recognition to. Long Story Short: Getting rid of this form of Food Poisoning was a real pain, but was mostly gone by the next day.

I had 2 days off back-to-back was hoping that I could sleep off the rest of the effects and heal. F*** NO! Just as I'm getting ready to go to sleep, my mother comes out into the living room, comes to me and says "See about putting this together when you can." referring to a freaken copy of the same Flat Screen TV stand that I put together for her 2 years ago that's in her room. She knew that my health was far from normal and had the audacity to coin me about that as I'm trying to go to bed. I made the decision before I went to sleep that I wasn't going to do a darn thing with that stand.

(Dec 10) I didn't sleep well at all into the morning and wake to finding out that no one was leaving for work today, which just meant Constant Audible Chaos for the entire day. Since none of them could respect that I was trying to sleep and get rested, I constantly retreated to the Bathroom since it was the only place I could be away from everything and be at peace.

(Dec 11)Slightly different, but same annoyance flowed into the next day which made sleeping restfully impossible, add to that she wanted me to hook up the DVD/VHS to the Receiver so everything comes out in Surround Sound instead.

(Dec 15) Another Day-Off. My sister put that thing together today (I said I wasn't going to do it). Then I get slapped with a bunch of crap:

1. Pick up a mouse that was on the glue trap, roll it up throw it in a bag to be taken out
2. set the Tree on the Stand
3. Attach the TV to the stand
4. Explain that if she read the statistics on the box BEFORE she bought it and would have bought the TV AFTER knowing how much the attachment rails would be seen based on the TV size she could have yet again save herself from the same utter stupidity that she did with the last thing she bought and had me put together
5. Just after setting things up a few days ago, I had to hook everything up to the HDTV, then I had to figure out how I could get cable to properly run through it while dealing with her constantly getting in the way instead of just letting me do it myself.

I've been trying to play my newly bought games and regain my health and all I've been constantly doing is everything else but. I go to work again in 17 hours and I'm hoping that I can have some peace during this time so I can work without feeling like I need to rest after doing minute cleaning tasks.



Now my Healing thing happened Friday Night/Saturday Morning when I got home from work. I was drained, but not like Tuesday, and my body started to become sore and stiff as I got to the door. I was just going to slip out of my work clothes (I wear my lounging attire beneath my work clothes. Less effort.) and go to bed. My legs went numb from being in the kneeling position for barely a moment, and just stayed (despite what others say about not feeling anything, I felt everything as if someone pressed needles into every hair follicle from the calves down). My left shoulder's soreness kept slightly increasing with every action I made with it, yet didn't give me any relief when I let it go idle. My coughing came back fiercely as I tried to suppress the sound, and I was not even out of my shoes & slacks yet. I forced myself to get everything put up enough to not be in the way before I laid back and covered myself in my Snuggie, attempting to get into a Zen state so I could keep the sensations away for a while. Apparently, I somehow succeeded at doing something.

I REALLY hate to be one of the people to actually say "It's hard to explain" since I believe that to be the most absolute form of BS that any person can ever spit from their lips, but my case is far more different and far more tact. Everything was Dark, but I was able to see myself. Gradually, an image of the human body began floating around coming towards me. I think the color of it was a Solid Mahogany or my actual skin color. This is the part that I am having a hard time explaining, because it's like my memory of the act was fragmented......until just at this moment as I am typing

(Dec 16, 2:34am). I remember during that event that I specifically said "The world is the all, and I am the one!", which people that have seen Fullmetal Alchemist would understand. I believe there were more all around that had suddenly broke into pieces, yet seemed to do so as if willed to do so and settled just as calmly. They were like 3-D puzzles. The unorthodox part came when I actually mentally reconstructed one of them. The phrase soon came as I had realized that all the pieces were different colors and I pieced them all back together as if nothing happened. I then had this strange feeling of attachment then noticed that each character moved in perfect accordance to my own movement, and that's almost about when I was able to reconstruct the first one. before that, I had suddenly reworked my mind on how I perceived the physical plane to work and for some strange reason it made sense, regardless of the fact that I can't figure out how I came to the conclusion so fast with just some movements and what I was able to see and touch. It's as if I had tapped into my less active neural receptors and made them come to life. If that's anyway similar to how a Psychic or Spock have dealt with their abilities, I think I want some more of that!

After everything pretty much went away I opened my eyes and saw only a few minutes had actually went by despite how long that event seemed to have went on from my perspective. I also noticed that I didn't feel a thing at all. Despite that, I didn't move. I was still mentally mulling over what I had just experienced and that I was questioning my understanding of my body's physics in regard of movement. Strangely enough, I couldn't move at all. I pretty much acted like it was natural and not important as my mind kept thinking on how what I was exposed to should make sense with actual movement since I just used my mind to do what I know I can't do on the normal plane. I did come to my senses trying to figure out what the heck I was thinking of that made me think so deeply that I somehow managed to forget in most of its entirety, when I was trying to stand up. I never really had that kind of feeling before. I think I would have to describe it as it felt like just given new from the calves down. I immediately grabbed the armrest when that instant sensation hit me because I thought I was going to fall or giving way. Only lasted a moment as I walked to the Kitchen and then was gone.

I'm under the impression that this experience meant "We are all linked to the world, just as the world is linked to us all. However, that link is not necessarily seen through the Naked Eye."

For those that don't know, Smooth McGroove is one of the most well-known Acapella performers on Youtube and most, if not all, his Acapella creations are from Retro Videogames. I came across his work earlier in the year and was hooked. MAGFest (Music & Games Festival) will be once again at the National Harbor, which is not far from where I live and work. Since the area has been made more easy to access and they'll be opening up a new bus line at the end of December, it will be more convenient for me to go.
