Posted a year agoThe ViciousTyrant form will remain open for any stragglers who forgot to or were holding off turning in their patreon pledge requests rewards because they were worried about me being overworked. Same for Boss Avatars and Emoji Sticker rewards and One-Time color upgrades. Patreon will be suspended permenantly next month and once the form's queue is empty, that's it. Posted 2 years agoA new utility has made itself known, speeding up my process and making smaller comms more consistent time-wise.
The plan was to do comics, and I am still interested in them, but they're a large, long term investment I'm not sure how many people are open to committing since they require a lot of planning, referencing, scripting, and so on which I found overwhelmed and turned off a lot of people.
I figured it would have been easier to work on one project over a long period of time then take on a lot of smaller projects like before. The issues that made me apprehensive of that are moot now.
I am officially and properly opening up the commission form again.

Posted 2 years agoFor those who might be interested in commissions, here's the kicker. I'm looking for long term projects made with the intent for resale.
It's not just something you'd like to personally collect but an investment such as a comic, animation, or game.
If you're just looking for a one off pic or a small private project, I am currently not available for those kinds of requests.
For comics, I will do in color a 12 pager for $600 and a 24 pager for 1200. Cut in half if B/W, but double if I have to do the script-writing and pre-planning/ref-gathering myself.
and the final product you are free to resale, like on your own patreon, subscribestar, or through gumroad, etc. Yes you can go ahead and profit off your own investment.
That's how I want to do 2024
I haven't determined animation or game production assistant prices yet.

Posted 2 years agoThe good news is I got my account back. The support ticket went through and discord reverted my email proper so I could sign in. I enabled 2FA and taking measures to re-secure it.
The bad news is that the server is lost. After taking my account, they gave themselves full administrative powers and stripped me of my own. I don't think there's any coming back from that so we'll just have to start fresh.
How I got hacked was simple, a client I had done business with and trusted apparently got hacked themselves and asked me to review a game they and some friends were working on, looking for feedback. I was convinced well enough to fall into the trap.
Apparently it's the newest scam running rampant on Discord and I wasn't made aware of it until it was too late.
So let me make the warning now: If anyone is acting strange and asking you to review a game and download a file from MEGA, do not download it, it WILL steal your discord.Discord Account Compromised

Posted 2 years agoGood morning everyone. I will be streaming later today but before I do I have some announcements to make
I've been doing this for a while now, and three days ago I hit my 10th anniversary with admittedly not a lot to show for it. I will confess to having one long term desire for this business, for Patreon: That I would produce high-quality creator-driven work that would be accessible and affordable, in exchange for a modest support sum.
That sum is $1.
I had expected that as everything grew and evolved, gaining more followers this would become more secure and consistent. When that didn't happen, and I found myself leaning on a very small but very supportive core group, I spread myself out to make up the difference with multiple streams of revenue and reaching out to new audiences. I don't regret it, the new experiences have helped a lot in many ways. Just not in the one way I was hoping for. Splitting myself in two is pretty exhausting.
My reasoning things didn't work out as planned is because of how people have not subtly hinted at over time, is that I heavily devalue my time and my work. It took me a while to get to a price range I'm fairly satisfied with, but that is not the issue. The issue was me and my "No paywalls, just benefits mindset."
Generous to a fault. I put my work everywhere I could and offered as many high value incentives as I could to make your experience and support worth it.
Logically, it was sound or so I thought; Reality however has a cloud cuckoolander sense of humor.
But enough preamble, lets get to the point already.
We're closing the doors on openness and accessibility. My completed work, whatever it may be will ONLY be accessible on my Discord server and Patreon. Only sketches and cropped thumbnails will be posted to social media including FA.
Streams will be permanently made private. I was already experimenting with it before and I've decided to commit.
I will no longer be offering my commission services to anyone who is not a Patreon Pledge.
Patreon pledges at the $5 and up levels can now be applied to sponsorships. This will not affect current Patreon reward offerings for the top-tiers, you will still get your monthlies.
The $25 and up tiers can now direct the production of future sponsorship items via polling, selecting from a collection of curated series so for those who liked the Goof Troop stuff and wanted to see more of it, you can. Or perhaps Pokemon, Digimon, Final Fantasy, One Piece, what have you.
and I heard you people, I promise to make a greater effort to draw more of my OCs, expect the return of Aubrey, Jess, Nova, Regina, Lara, Boochuu and more.
I know for a very small handful of people would appreciate this, I've been more introspective lately about the direction of my work and I find myself wanting more intimacy, eroticism, as well as more fun and wholesome work to contrast all the hardcore stuff I've spent my time doing the past 10 years. So more Softcore and SFW stuff.
I think you can only draw so many in your face tiddies and ass and dicks before it gets boring, so it wouldn't hurt to mix it up just a little just so people can have some palette cleansers.

Posted 2 years agoGood morning, it is June 15th, 2023 and ViciousTyrant is officially declaring the opening of full commissions. These are the rules.
I.You are required to fill out a form using the link below.
II. I will automatically delete forms that are not properly filled.
III. When a form is filled, contact me via discord, or FA PMs immediately.
IV. I will determine if you get a slot or not if the form and request is reasonably non-tedious, well-thought out/planned, and a fairly good offer overall.
V. If accepted, you will need to pay either a portion of the total or the full payment up-front. If the former, a payment plan can be arranged that you are obligated to adhere to.
VI. You will not receive the final result until all payments are met.
Other things to keep in mind is that an abundance of commissions means there will be a fairly long wait period for updates up to completion. Please wait a minimum of two weeks before requesting an update and understand that I may not always have one when you request it. Still, do keep in touch. I will give you my discord to keep me accessible when arrangements are settled.

Posted 2 years agoI've been in what can be generously described as a state of dormancy for the past year or two. Yes I have still been working on commissions for clients, mostly on my discord server but have otherwise kept my distance from most social media platforms, including Twitter and here.
Don't mistake dormancy for idleness though because a lot's been happening really quickly in a very small window of time and the result is...
Now I live on my own independently, and it was possible through the long-time support of my patient clients, and grinding my ass off.
The newfound freedom came with greater expenses and less safety nets as one would expect and so I will have to work harder and be more active including posting more art here. No free rides, the grind goes on.
Before I tried to be a bit more thoughtful in what I posted up, best foot forward for the best impression and only post completed, color works. That's not gonna work from here on out.
Now my goal is to just get as much stuff out there as possible so expect to see a LOT of rough sketches and linework. It's a more accurate reflection of my output.
It's been about 3-4 days since I settled in and wanted to wait until everything was finalized, and it's real.
Hard work...works.

Posted 2 years agoMajor purge coming the 1st of March, not just of inactive members on the Discord server, but artwork prior to January of 2022 in Dropbox, Fur Affinity and Twitter. We will also be deleting and refreshing old channels, especially the NSFW channels. It will not be archived but deleted.

They will be in-stream sketch comms, in the three slot format as before, at $25 a slot. You will need to prepare your idea/s in advance and book your slot the day before the stream.We now return to our regularly scheduled streaming.

Booking will open with 5 slots on November 26th at 4 PM Pacific Time, with the stream the following day on November 27th at 10 AM Pacific Time.
