In other news, I posted a new demo on my SoundCloud. ^^; It's pretty epic. Starts as a chiptune, then turns to symphonic rock, then dubstep, but it's progressive enough not to feel long and boring before the bass drop at 2:17(!) xD

That's right! My first official release is due tomorrow afternoon, to be released via [FURFORCE] on their BandCamp profile around 6 or 7 PM EST! To any remixers who haven't sent me their entries, this is your last chance to make the EP -- I need a lossless (WAV, AIF, or FLAC) render of your completed mix by 5 PM EST (GMT-5) if you want it featured on the EP.
Everybody, spread the word and build some hype in any way you can! It's all horror-themed electronic tracks, releasing just in time for Halloween playlists and DJ sets!

Keep an eye out! Ectoplasm EP will launch on October 26th, 2012 via the official  furforce BandCamp on a pay-what-you-want basis -- meaning you can have it for free, but we'll happily take a tip if you think it's worth it :D

I'm so excited! x3 I've been signed to fledgling label  furforce :D

I've been kinda out of it lately, but I'd really like to get back into the swing of things, and I think a collab would be a great way to go about that ^^; The only DAW I'm really familiar with is FL Studio, so it'd be most convenient if you use FL as well, but if not, we could try working with rendered loops or something ^^;

Also, I'm still holding a remix contest that I'd like to get a few entries for before Halloween, so please look into that! The remix packs are rendered in WAV format, so they're compatible with any DAW :D

Soooo, here's the deal... I've finally got enough completed material to put together a full album. However, I'd like to test the waters with a free EP, and I'd like that EP to include a couple remixes if possible. That's where you come in! :D

Blaaaagh. I really hate to ask for charity, but my best friend Sarah's Blazer is making less than happy noises at her and she sure as hell can't afford to fix it... I've offered to help her with the repairs if I can, but at this point we don't know what's wrong with it or what it will cost to fix... I think I could afford it myself, except that I'm leaving for AnthroCon in two days -- she wouldn't even LET me cancel that for her sake -- and I've been putting off my own car payments... that all considered, I might NOT be able to afford to fix er Blazer... so if anyone can help, even just a teensy bit, I'd appreciate it more than words can convey. If you want some art or a short story or a copy of my album when it's done or something like that, just ask and I'll do it. I dunno, I'm in the middle of making a ReverbNation page for my stuff... They can sell my MP3s and I supposedly get 100% of the profits, which is pretty neat... but then the question becomes... if I put my music up for sale, would anyone buy it?
Would YOU pay for my music? I'm thinking about throwing together a digital EP, maybe 5 or 6 songs, and charging $5 for it. Granted, every single song on the EP is already available in lower quality for free here on FA... >.>; might swap out those MP3s for preview clips....
