I'm house-sitting for Kay's family, currently, and I'm taking care of her sister Beebe. Problem is, I can't sleep.

I'm going to go out for one last Halloween. I'm 19; I've got one year left. I don't give a damn how anyone else feels... Halloween is one of the only holidays I still love. Just because someone thinks I'm stupid... well, that shouldn't affect me.

And boy am I exhausted. Massachusetts was great! Kay and I hung out just like old times, wandered around campus and went to the Holyoke mall.

I got Volume 1 of the Hetalia manga. I'm sooo glad that it's out :D

Overall, once I got into the swing of things, staying out of state on my own was nowhere near as nerve-wracking as I thought it would be... in fact, I enjoyed it immensely. Massachusetts is quite the beautiful state, especially now that it's fall and all of the leaves have begun to change.

Although I must say, they can't compare to the foliage we have here at home in Connecticut.

Now, if you'll all pardon me, I've got a mug of apple cider and a sketchpad waiting for me in the living room! ^.^

I love movies, and I'd like to get to know my watchers a bit more... but not in a weird, creepy way :C

Personally, I have a few favorites, and they're all quite varied. It's kind of odd seeing them all juxtaposed! ^__^o

Anyway, my all time favorite films would have to be: The Professional, No Country For Old Men, Dune, Donnie Darko, and To Kill A Mockingbird. Some childhood favorites that still hold a place in my heart are: The Lion King, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Neverending Story, and Peter Pan.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys! I'll be off in Massachusetts this weekend, but I'll try to drop in and see how everything's going!

But I did. I looked through my yearbook... and it made me kinda mopey. Everyone's gone off to college or they're still stuck in the high school. It gets lonely around here. Honestly, it does.

SO, Halloween's coming. I've no idea what to be, but the idea of costumes has made me think about cosplay for the con this summer. I'm absolutely gonna go as Freya Crescent this year. I've gotten the hang of our sewing machine, so the costume doesn't seem that hard, other than the hat.

Hm, I actually feel sorta cheerful today, which is a tad surprising. Anyway, good morning everyone! Hope you day's going as well as mine is so far! ^.^

It's been great. I had the best damn time with Aaron and Kay on Wednesday and Thursday, omg. We always have fun, but this was even better.

We went to the mall and shit, and then we spent the entirety of the night watching Invader Zim and eating ice cream and shit X3 Suddenly, Aaron realizes that we don't have any whipped cream... and proceeds to drag Kayla and I out into his car in our pajamas, barefoot, and carrying his dog, so that we could drive all around town and up and down the Berlin Turnpike to find a store that was still open and selling it... at 1:15 in the morning XDD We found a 24 hour grocery store, though. It wasn't all in vain.

The next day we went out driving and shit, and we went onto the highway... and got lost in some town called Poquanuk(sp? idk). Well, we traveled from there to Windsor Locks to god knows where... and ended up in Agawam, Massachusetts XDDD Eventually we made it home.

God I'm in a great mood.

Aaron's jerk of an employer wouldn't let him take the night off, even though he had told 'em repeatedly, and with more than enough time's notice, that he was doing something very important on Friday and required the day off.

We didn't get to go to the furmeet. Instead, we hung out where he works, and then we went to the diner by ourselves. The problem is, Aaron works from 5pm to 11:30pm at the gas station... and the meet began at 7.

Maybe they just don't like Furries :C

ANYWAY, I got to see what the town actually looks like after 3am. I've gotta say, it looked dead. No, seriously, I wondered if the Rapture hit and we got left here.

I registered to vote at Town Hall just yesterday, and I hafta say I'm kinda excited about it :3

Also, there's a furmeet at our local diner this friday, so I'm hangin' out with a friend, then he and I are gonna check this thing out~ I'm shocked that there's something so close to home!

This is kinda weird, but, I went into Dunkin' Donuts today and the cashier called me "sir". I know I might have short hair, act kinda boyish, and be a total tomboy, but... I'm a chick ._. She didn't even notice when I ordered my coffee that I lacked a manly voice. Wtf.

Guh, I need to get off my lazy butt and register for college... I'm taking a semester off so that I can save up some money, but even so, it's best if I got a head start on this shit.
