Anything exciting happen while I was gone?

I had a malfunction last night while writing the interview Journal,

Merry Christmas, everyone.
I'd like to take this time to thank you all for watching me and giving me support over my 2nd year of arting online.
I know I don't update much anymore since I don't draw a lot of naughties, but I would just like to let everyone know that you will be seeing a lot less of me, unfortunately.

As it turns out, one of the fans on my laptop is completely busted.
It's not functioning what-so-ever.
This makes the simplest of tasks (like browsing, posting, etc.) an extreme chore,
so you can only imagine how it is effecting my ability to draw on Photoshop...
That being said I will no longer be able to draw on the computer.
This means no frequent updates (although I was not doing them), no streams (or even attending them, for that matter), and no commissions.

Until I am able to get my computer fixed (which will probably be never since I'm always broke due to having to give all the money I make to my parents -_-) I will not be able to do much...

Yes, it's been a year and 9 days.

Looking back, I'd like to say some "thank you"s, and show you what I like that I've posted within the year.

First of all, thank you to ... he doesn't know this, but he is the reason that this all happened for me.
If I hadn't stumbled on his drawings, became inspired, and finally found him on DeviantArt a year ago... I would have never joined DA or FA.

Secondly, , because if I hadn't met you, I wouldn't have found the courage to post on a regular basis.

, when Jon invite me to your stream for the first time I was instantly awe struck by your art. At first I was nervous. I have a tendency to scare people off with my high energy and randomness, but as I grew to know you, you've motivated me, inspired me, and have become a cherished friend.

, you've taught me to take some time. To sit back and look at what I'm drawing. That detail is something that shouldn't be shrugged off.

All thanks to my awesome Parenting and Fashion classes I took in high school!
"But, VB, what does Parenting and Fashion class have to do with this?," You may be asking.

Well...
I'll tell ya what it has to do with this.

In my Parenting and Fashion classes we ordered plush toys from a company here in Canada that sells them.
The plushes are sent to you with the pattern all ready printed on the material side of the pile.
This way you just cut the hell out of the furry fabric and sew it together while following instructions.

BUT HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING, GUYS!!!
Students were told they were only allowed to order and sew one plush toy.
But I'm a rebel, so I was all, "LOL! FUCK THAT! I'MMA ORDER 5!!!"
Because apparently, back in the day, I had the money to blow on plush toys ._.
So, most students spent a month sewing ONE plush...
I, however...
SEWED SO MANY, SO FUCKING FAST, THAT I CAN LOOK AT A PLUSH TOY AND KNOW EXACTLY HOW IN THE FUCK IT WAS PUT TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
Seriously, I ordered, like seven of those plushies,
and helped other students sew theirs, too...

Since I'm moving to the city, I'll be able to get my hands on better fabric than I was stumbling upon here.

Because there's a chance that my style might not be what people are looking for, and blah, blah, blah, whatever.

IRISH VAMPIRE CHICK
I thought I would start off with the female because none of you want to read through a few paragraphs of me talking about my new male characters.
So, I'm not sure what to name her yet, but I'm thinking something kind of "bisexual". You know, a name that could be used for both sexes. Like... Dillon... yeah, I like Dillon. We'll see...
Anyways, the reason why I want her name to be "bisexual" name is because she pretends to be her deceased brother in WWII. Since her brother was the last family she had, and he was shot during a random store robbing, she figured she had nothing to lose, and took his place in the Army. So, basically, her name is going to be the most masculine thing about her.
Even when she's disguised as her brother, the fellas make fun of "him" because "he" looks girly.
She's thin, wears round glasses, has short curly orange hair (orange, not red, there be a difference in my head), and keeps her breasts (stop drooling, guys, they're not that big) hidden by using a large tension bandage.
How did she manage to go undetected? I don't know, honestly, in the army she would have been caught very quickly. Let's just say she got away with it my acting very insecure and hiding a lot when it was time to hit the showers. She gets found out when her closest friend, and love interest, fights with her to open her jacket when she's injured. He eventually tears it open and sees her secret. What happens after that, I'm not sure, but I assure you it is far from sexy.
She becomes a vampire when she's dying from grenade shrapnel and the same man saves her from death.

VAMPIRE DUDE
This guy is the one that' involved with "Dillon".
I haven't come up with a name for him yet, either.
He's rather stereotypical for a vampire. He has long, black hair, usually in a pony tail that rests at the nape of his neck. His eyes are green (I think I have too many characters with green eyes all ready, but whatevs) and narrow. His usual expressions are hard and serious. Yes, he has facial hair, but not a whole lot of it. I'm considering giving him some scars on his face, but that poses a problem, see, because I don't like drawing scars <_< I fail at them, and I don't know where to put them on his face... >_>
Okay, so how does this guy turn into a vampire? Well let's just say he's got some anger issues and chases down a bunch of Nazi soldiers (who were actually sent to lure him) to an old, German castle. While in said castle, he meets an old vampire. The vampire happens to be a Nazi as well.
*Sigh*... Vampire Dude really needs a name so I can explain this stuff... let's call him "Buddy" for now.
Anyways, so Buddy tries to kill said Nazi Vampire and ends up being held captive. A few weeks pass and they let him starve half to death. Most of the time Buddy is thinking about Dillon and hoping she's okay (at this time he knows she's a girl, possibly, if not it's like bro-love). Which is what bothers him the most while being held prisoner; knowing that Dillon is by herself and knowing he's the only person fit to protect her.
Eventually Nazi Vampire comes along while Buddy is inches away from death and offers Buddy his blood. At first Buddy refuses, but slowly gives in to the temptation (no, this scene isn't sexy, either).
But what Nazi Vampire didn't tell buddy was is that even though he changed him, he wasn't going to set him free! 8D
So basically they keep him captive for a few more weeks until he starts losing it and is even more of a psychotic bastard than before. Then they let him loose <_<
Eventually he meets up with Dillon. At this point Dillon thought Buddy was MIA or just dead, so she's surprised to see him.
Buddy recognizes Dillon because of the scent of her blood (once again, because she's injured, yeah, she's rather a damsel in distress, she acts tough and junk, but she really just can't avoid these things...) but has a problem communicating with her because he wants to... well... basically eat her alive (once again, not sexy).
So he takes off again, goes on another killing spree and eventually calms down after a while and goes looking for Dillon. He finds her in the midst of battle and tackles her into a trench seconds before a grenade explodes. However, shrapnel's a bitch and pieces one of Dillon's lungs. Terrified of death and struggling to live, Dillon tells Buddy she loves him. Buddy confesses his love for Dillon also and then uses the same technique used by the Nazi Vampire to try and turn Dillon into a Vampire, also. Luckily the siring works and Dillon lives.

WERE FOX DUDE
His name is Winter Zima.
I've been developing him for about a year or so now on Gaia Online and stuff.
Basically his an Antarctic Fox shifter.
Also, he's Russian.
He has white hair, pale skin, and blue eyes; all of these traits are due to the change. Prior to the change he had drown hair, brown eyes and wasn't so pale. He's not very muscular, and he is tall, however, not as tall as the rest of my male characters.
He's a very polite person. In contrast to all my male characters, he's the only one that's not rude or mean.
Winter's story is all over Gaia, and I don't feel like putting pieces together right now.
I'll do that later with his character bio and his Interview...
When he shifts he transforms into a fox. A bit larger than most foxes, of course, but there's no real "in between". Full "feral", no "anthro"

WEREWOLF DUDE
Yes, I like shifters, deal with it.
This guy's name is hard to pick out, too.
I'm thinking either Avery or Gauge.
Anyways. This guy's a mechanic/welder/fabricator.
He works on most vehicles and builds motorcycles for a living.
His hair is long and a tad messy. His eyes are gold, and like Buddy Vampire Dude he usually has a stern expression. He's very muscular.
Avery/Gauge is an asshole. He speaks his mind and hates most people.
If I could compare Avery/Gauge to anyone in particular, it would be Wolverine from XMen.
Yep.
Anyways, when Avery/Gauge shifts, his form is like that of the werewolves from Underworld or Van Hellsing.
Because they rule, that's why.
Avery/Gauge is also a W.I.P. all over Gaia Online like Winter.

They're a little on the larger size. A 'D', at least…

"One-on-one, I don't like it any other way.

"I guess when guys try too hard it's a bit of a turn off.

"I don't mind cuddling with my girl friends… but I could never imagine… you know… doing… stuff… with them…"

"Right now I'm a secretary at a company that handles special law cases.
Mostly involved with paranormal things… it confuses me a little.
I just answer phones, forward calls, make coffee, keep the office tidy and schedule appointments.
I try not to be nosy and get in to cases too much because I wouldn't know what I was doing if I tried..."

"Well when we go out, it's usually for supper right after my shift at the office, so I'm usually in my business attire.
If we go out for some drinks, though, my girls always make me dress a little… revealing.
In my shortest skirt or dress, or with my most tightest, slinky shirt.
I feel a little awkward, especially when some guy tries to pick me up."

"Well… I like to document all the things that go on in my life, because I like to treasure everything that's memorable, so I do scrap books in my spare time.

but I would have to say Mushroom Egg Foo Young is my favourite.

"I guess my best personality trait would be I'm a hard worker?
I don't like leaving any job unfinished… it really irks me…
that's usually why I stay late at the office..."

"My most negative personality trait would be my nervousness.
My fear of people.
I try to over come it as much as possible, but it still proves difficult for me."

"Not very often, if ever.
I try to keep my heated opinions to myself so I don't cause conflict…"

"Not much, I get flustered, stutter over my words, and don't make much sense.

"I'm not sure I have one, to be honest.

Name: Alayna Olwen
Name Meanings: "Fair One" "White Footprint"
Age: 25
Height: 5'0"
Weight: 100
Eyes: Very light violet. Like a Lavender or a Lilac.
Hair: Gradient from a light brown to white. Her antlers are a few shades darker than the darkest brown in her hair. Hair is usually up in some sort of messy bun (high up or around the nape of the neck, which ever) or ponytail.
The fur on her tail is white with small brown stripes on the top.
Skin Tone: White. Her skin feels as soft and as plushy as that of a rabbit's.
Top: Sleeveless turtle necks are her favourites. She likes to stay covered for the most part, but doesn't mind showing off her shoulders. Most of the shirts in her wardrobe are shades of purple, but she also likes wearing brown or lighter yellows/creams to compliment her eyes.
Bottom: Pencil skirts or capris are what she normally wears. Shades of brown and grey are common.
Shoes: While wearing skirts she likes to wear low heels, but with capris she prefers running shoes.
Undies: Mostly violet in colour. Tan and creams can also be found.
Personality: Like most rabbits, Alayna is a bit nervous; always on her toes and alert. She's shy and prefers to stay quiet. She's only very open and talkative with close family and friends.

+ How would you describe your physical appearance? +
"Wow… that's something you don't ask a lady… but whatever.
I'm short, but somehow graced with long legs and an 'okay' ass.
I'm not skinny, I'm fit, don't mix up the two.
I worked for these abs and toned arms, so don't take that away from me.
I wouldn't say my boobs are small, but I wouldn't say they're big, either.
Well… I THOUGHT they were big… until I moved here, to Archeopolis.

Kidding. I mean, with how small I am, I don't think I could handle having bigger tits.

"Well, I like them to be personal.

I don't really like sharing.

The kind of guys I can't stand are most easily described as douchebags, UFC fags, and manwhores.
You know… the kind of categories you see at the bar EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE!
I just grimace and flip my "bitch-switch" when one of them tries to talk to me.
After said switch is active, it's almost impossible to deactivate it until said douchebag leaves… and that usually takes a while…

"Well, to be honest; I'm interested in women, not girls.
Girls are bitches, and I hate them.

I get jealous of some gals if they're prettier than me, and unfortunately I have a girl brain, so in my head every girl is prettier than me.
Some chicks I can hate in an instant just by looking at their face or hearing them talk.
I think it's the nose shape?
Some chicks just look evil to me… and the voice thing.
If I can't stand a chick's voice, then I probably wouldn't be able to f**k her, let alone consider dating her.
I'm cautious with my female play mates.

"Well I'm currently under apprenticeship at a tattoo parlour.
My Master rules.
Also, I put holes with pretty jewellery in people."

"Mostly pretty stuff.
Like flowers, pin-ups, filigree, you know?
I don't really do much realism; like portraits and realistic animals.
I like the vintage style tattoos, so that's what I do best.
As for piercings, I don't go near people's junk.
I'll pierce nipples, okay, no problem, but when I have to go down on someone I refer them to someone else, because I really don't want to mess that up for someone."

"Uh… clothes?
I'm pretty well comfortable in anything… besides floral print… and American Eagle.
My wardrobe has a lot of black, grey, red, and army green in it.
Most of my pants are ripped, but I'm fine with that."

+ What are your favourite pastimes? +
"Well, I play guitar.
I wouldn't say I'm good, but I'm not horrible, either.
My problem is that I forget the tabs real easy, so I'm always looking back at them.
I choke when I play for people… stage fright, all that.
Alcohol helps.
Speaking of; I like drinking.
I like to bake.
Weird, eh?
It makes the apartment smell nice, and I like giving extra to my neighbours.
I also play video games. .
Then, when I'm feeling mellow, I sketch out some patterns and designs in my sketch book.
Gotta keep the artist in my head happy if I want to put nice art on people."

"Does Moshing count as a sport? *laughs*
Seriously, though, I like watching hockey.
I'm Canadian, so I would feel less like one if I didn't.
I don't even care who's playing, or who wins, to be honest.
As long as someone gets their blood scrapped off the ice, I'm a happy camper.
What I like to play, though, is frisbee, badminton, and volleyball."

"Umm… poutine? Crepes? Corndogs? Rueben on rye?
I couldn't possibly choose a favourite food.
I'm horribly addicted to food..."

"Oh, boy, that's a good one…
I guess my best personality trait is that I'm a loyal person… that's the only way I could possibly put it.
I hate drama, so I don't start it or initiate it."

"I have trust issues.
Also, I have a tendency to hate people longer than they're worth."

"Morbid?
I laugh at things that shouldn't be laughed at…

Maybe a little too sarcastic for my own good."

"Well, like I said before, I have a 'bitch-switch', and I can turn it on whenever I so choose.
I don't use it very often.
I try not to use it in fights.
My temper is pretty mellow, but when I start raging about something, it's like letting a bull loose.

"How I like to be treated.
I respect everyone, until they piss me off."

"With they're eyes?

Fake bitches see me as a bitch; because they know I know they're fake, and that scares them.
