So yeah, seems like that new update to their rule bans birthing. Seems weirdly targeted for no reason. Was there some kind of problem or something...?

Sure am glad I decided to swap Second Iteration to egg-laying instead of birthing like the original story, but it does create a problem for Third Day & Fourth Trial when I get to making it. Not sure what I'm gonna do about that...

With everything going on with Patreon, I've decided to start a SubscribeStar that way its in place in case my account ever gets bopped. The benefits will be exactly the same, and if you're a supporter of me on Patreon, you can switch if you want to, but for now, I'll keep both running until something more happens. That said, I will be swapping all the Patreon links in my new uploads going forward to SubscribeStar, just to hopefully get new supporters to start there instead of on Patreon.

The only issue is that SubscribeStar doesnt seem to have an option for an automated Welcome message like Patreon, and Itch doesnt have account verification with SubscribeStar either, so the free 2022 comics for Patrons will just need to be shared via coupon bundle each month along with the new comic link. A little less convenient and little less secure, but oh well.

I got back the response to my second ticket. This time was the more serious check, I was checking all the small characters on my account, rather than the pokemon specific ones, because the rule against minor-looking characters had been enforced on short characters as well, such as kobolds, so I needed to make sure I wasn't going to get bopped out of nowhere, since shorter characters appear a lot on my account. In the end, all of the characters I checked passed, so hopefully I shouldnt have anything to worry about.

So, I'll keep posting here. It is regrettable that I need to easy off feral pokemon TFs in a NSFW context (in fact, recently, I did an Eevee UDTF that I was unable to post here, or on DA or Pixiv), or at least the ones with small pokemon. And lalafell are... tricky. Its weird, surely, a lalafell drawn with the same proportions as Blair or Ambri should allowable, but its difficult to know for sure.

When received my last Trouble Ticket, I asked for clarification on whether SFW TF is fine or not, because their FAQ says it is, but them saying Second Chance is in violation contradicts it. They responded back, saying that the image was linked in error, and is actually fine. So... SFW TF gets to stay. Glad I asked for clarification >_>

So... My complaints from the previous journal still stand, but the list of removed submissions is now just:

Got the reply back to my first trouble ticket I submitted two months ago. I basically need to delete almost every bit of Pokemon art Ive ever done on here, which is some kind of bullshit. The exception being, apparently The Blue Trinket is fine??? No specific details, just, these need to be deleted. I didnt submit everything, of course, but I can extrapolate based on what they said. Okay... So the submissions being deleted are:

Kind of wild to me that these rules are more strict than deviantART's????????? Like hello?? Especially the pokemon ones. I try to keep my pokemon art pretty SFW all arounds, no genital shots, shots of nude breasts kept to absolute minimum. And yet its the most vulgar one, The Blue Trinket, that gets a pass? Im so confused. Im also confused about the lalafell ones, because I knew that drawing them on model would be banned, but theoretically, drawing them like a shortstack should be fine, but Im not so sure anymore. Weird to have a race of characters that youre banned from draw outright, no matter what. Im getting clarification on when SFW TF of "minors" (or what FA considers to be a minor anyway) is okay, because their FAQ says it should be, but Second Chance was still flagged anyway. So the SFW ones are staying for the moment, but Experiment, To the Brim, and Infinite Supply have been removed.

Also very disheartening, though not entirely surprising, to see that FA did nothing with the feedback they got. I dont even understand the point of it. Why'd they even take responses in the first place if they were just going to completely, wholly, and utterly ignore every shred of feedback they received? This site has gone to hell and the only reason I havent left is because there are just so few valid alternatives. Feels like every social media site is collapsing around us by the minute...

Regardless, all the soon-to-be deleted artworks will be on sites, namely deviantArt and Pixiv, if youre trying to find it later and cant. Alternately, you can join my discord and everything I make is always posted there first.

I have a second Trouble Ticket open, not in regards to pokemon, but instead the base-line UP 2.7 policy in regards to my short characters, namely Ambri, Mellie, Aryth, Luane, Tahlia, the plush cat, Blair, and Sorox's goblin OC. Cuz if those characters get banned, I may as well just leave the website entirely, cuz thats like half the account.

I'm reopening commissions! Rather than opening for a specific number of slots, I'm going to accept what I think I can handle based on the size of the comms I get. As always, these are not first come first serve, I'll just be taking the ones I like the most. My goal is finish them by the end of February, but depending on what I get, it might bleed into March. I just want to give a heads up now ahead of time that although the free comics are always posted starting on the 14th of each month, the January free comic will be delayed until the 22nd. However, I will be posting all 5 pages of it together rather than one day at a time to make up for it.

My commissions for July are closed! I got several quite large commissions, so in an effort to regain control of my schedule, I will not be opening for commissions in August.

For those of you that don't know, starting in July I will be updating the way I do Patreon.

I will be creating a 5-page pay-exclusive comic each month. Everyone who is supporting me for that month at the $5 tier will get a free download link to the comic in your patron inbox on the 7th of each month, provided that your payment has cleared. Once the comic is sent out to patrons, I will have it posted to my itch.io page for everyone else for $10. This means that by supporting me on Patreon, you effectively get half-off of each pay-comic I make! Then, I'll post a preview of the comic publicly (Generally, the first page or two, with the spicy stuff blurred, if there is any). Please note, by then, it will be too late to support the Patreon to get the comic for free, and it is merely a preview in case you want to buy it from my Itch page.

On the public side, I will also be doing free comics, ideally one per month as well, provided that nothing goes wrong. These will be posted to my normal accounts as usual, starting on the 14th of each month, and posting one page at a time until the comic is complete. At this time, if I plan on opening for commissions that month, the 14th will be when I do so, and I'll hold it open for 2 or 3 days depending on how many slots I plan on taking (usually 5-10).

Now that Marri's Downfall is completely finished, I am finally free to do just about whatever I want! So, I'll be taking about a month to work on some style practice - Ive been meaning to mature up my art style a little bit, you can check my discord for my progress on that - but once that's over, I plan to reopen for commissions. Im setting June 13th as a tentative timeline for that. If youve been meaning to comm me, keep any eye out for that date!

Two nights ago, my roommate's heart ruptured, and we had to call an ambulance. He is at the hospital now, and is doing okay, it seems, but my other roommate and I need to be there for him and we're spending all of our time at the hospital. So drawing is going to be slowed to nothing until he's back home. Sorry folks.

Just to give everyone a heads up, my drawing table has failed, and so I have to send it in to Wacom for repairs. Thankfully, it is under warranty, but I wont be able to draw for a few weeks. Sorry about that!

Ill be going on a trip today. Wont be back until next wednesday. I wont be at my computer, but I can still respond to stuff on my phone.
