Not Fair, Something Must Be Done!
Posted 16 years agoToday I hear that a few SGA (Studen Government Association) as well as some people in my trade were caugt drunk at the dance on saturday (we aren't allowed alcohol on center of course ). That isn't what pisses me off entirely. My friend Nichole Tonsil informs me that they got away with it but our close friend and sweetheart of Tiff's 'Tigger' got termed just for having his cellphone out during the training day...last time I checked whenever we are caught with any electrical device (ie. cell, mp3, ect) it just gets confiscated into the security building up the hill until the end of the day where you can pick it up. The worst I ever see of that of repeating offenders is maybe a peer court. Something doesn't seem right about this. I can't believe we lost Tigger so soon. He just completed! He was talking to me the other day about how excited he was to be walking with me and the others in January for graduation. Tiffany is gonna lose it when she hears about this.
Lost my Temper today

Argh! I normally grit my teeth when it comes to getting angry, but today I just totally lost it. Most of the day was a drag up till lunch. I usually don't go but due to this weather freezing my tits off just isn't an option anymore. I am not used to winter in the north states after living so long in the south. So anywho I go wait in line as everyone else does everyday. I go to check to make sure I have my ID before I reach the end of the crowded line and two girls start shoving their way through, expecting us to make a path for them. I had already been waiting 15 minutes to get in and I was not about to let them through before the 2nd one knocks me into the wall and has the nerve to look at me like it was my fault for not getting out of her way. Grumbling I go about lunch as usual and head back to class, which was also slow and boring cause our instructor wasn't in so people inside were chilling out and watching a movie. Works for me, while they're all glued to that I can work on my artwork on the computer in the back and listen to my mp3 in peace. Then I had to use the bathroom. The other medical class across the hall is Ms. Ziggy's and her class has the key to the ladies room downstairs. Normally not a problem until I realize as I enter the room that the 2 girls from earlier just started her class this week as CNAs Level 1. Attempting not to make eye contact with them, I grab the key and turn around to leave as I here one of them say that the next time I don't move, I will be sorry. Against better judgment I turned and glared coming back with saying that at least I am honest and wont get my ass kick the next time you cut off 20 people out of possible 600 students trying get into the cafe. Everybody but the 2 girls started laughing thier asses off and I took my leave to go back to my class. I don't even make it halfway across the desks when one of them came busting through our door starting shit. I attempted to calmly tell her to leave for the fact she is being rude barging in as the class is trying to watch a movie but she just kept yacking about nonsense only getting louder. Even my friends Shaggy and Tuku were glaring at this point as well. After a 3rd attempt I dropped my bag, jumped over a row of desks landing 4 feet in front of her and threatend her in the coldest tone I could do. I almost reached for her neck when she booked it back out of our room. Not realizing my display I immediately looked down and returned to the computer. Nikki, Tuku and Johnny came up to me later during break to see if I was okay. At the end of the day I was expecting both girls to corner me or do something to set me off the deep end but they booked it 2 minutes before the final bell rang. I explained to Ms. Ziggy what was going on and she will have a word with them tomorrow. The thing that gets me is the fact they made such a big deal over cutting the line at lunch and turned it into this. I don't like showing that side of me to others. It makes me look way too intimidating but immaturity is one of my major pet peeves and often can't be helped. Goddess forgive me.

Hello Solitude My Old Friend
Posted 16 years agoI guess I should be happy to be returning home and leaving the KJCC for winter break. I will be possibly seeing my goddaughter Jenova (not kidding, it's her actual name) and hopefully see my sister Maria who hasn't seen me since my departure for KJCC on May 12th. She is currently on medical leave from Kentucky's Job Corps so she will hopefully be in the area when I arrive on the 17th. A few problems however lay before me. One of them deals with me traversing through philly to get to a certain train station on 30th Street to get home at the Tullytown station. Being a country/woodland/bayou-bred girl, the city has never been a welcoming site to me...goddess knows what will happen to me while I am there. And when I do get home, from what I hear, my dad and stepmother might be out for most of the break, leaving me by myself with the 2 dogs. It's been so lonely lately with everything going on...I want to cry out and set these emotions free but something keeps on holding me back somehow. Why? Was this meant for me to be this way? To be alone? Everyone tells me there is someone out there for everyone...but....ah...nevermind...*grumble, grumble*

Celebrate!
Posted 16 years agoI am glad things have finally decided to calm down in class, minus the rallying of friends today. I just found out that my close medical buds: Leo, Joao, Anderson, Marlene, and Sharaunda all got accepted into the LPN program on center. I am very proud of all of them especially Marlene, she worked herself ragged for this moment. Other good news includes that finally my stalker Robert got termed today for said behavior. Thank the Holy Mother thats over...now I can enjoy my november break without dealing with that creep. Now I just need to deal with that new korean guy who won't stop hitting on me...I mean he is cute but I am simply not interested in him.

*sarcasm* Why I love Job Corps *sarcasm*
Posted 16 years agoWhere is that I start getting annoyed? When I happen to be a chapter behind EKG due to finishing my drivers ed classes (which I technically finished today) cutting into my trade time. So I figured, hey I usually don't go to lunch anyway so I will go back to class early before everyone else (if Ms. Oliver allows it, which she did) and catch up on my reading. A few minutes later, everyone returns as I am reading the last page on the chapter as they hear the above news stated about the projections....I swore there was a sentence that normally anyone could read and comprehend in a matter of seconds but once the class got worked up...I think I read it 20 times and felt like I was reading pig latin or something.
I am also being pressured to take a practice certification exam (which is 200 questions btw) to see if I am ready for the real deal on December 17th. More problems arise as I attempt for the last 2 days to complete it, being distracted every couple of minutes. Today was no exception either. I got fed up and took the test in the hallway....just to get interuptted by class cutters and visiting staff members talking outside of Ms. Kings' office...I so wanted to kill someone...a lust I haven't felt in a looooong time. I am usually patient with such distractions and immaturity but....lately....*punts stuffed rooster across her bed* Okay I feel better now. If it weren't for friends like Tuku, Sis, Ryuunosuke, Salina, Lakana and Kara; my art; and Kara's technorape music she recently gave me...I would probably lost my sense on reality and humanity would be fucked. End Rant...
In other news...I passed my drivers permit exam! Sometime after the thanksgiving vacation I should be getting scheduled for live driving lessons to get my license. I am really nervous buy my instructor comforted and encouraged me to go on and get past my fears. Its weird, I don't really associate with my family, but I sometimes wish my brothers and sisters could see me now, even my older sibs look up to me. I hate to disappoint them. Even more so my father, whose faith in my independance and strength rekindled. Too bad my mother will never see me in that same light...*sigh* I think I need to meditate more to get through this dilema, I can't seem to let go of the fact of how much my family resents me for the decisions I made...this is going to be one lonely graduation...just like high school all over again.

Sadistic Angels Disclaimer....
Posted 16 years agoThis is story that goes back almost 10 years when me and Ayane started working together on fanart and fanfics. Just a few things you should know before you start reading...helps to avoid obvious questions. Okay? Let's begin:
Races:
We all mostly know what elves are correct? Well there are several varieties involved including some interesting hybrids like the 'Dralva' which I will go into more detail about later.
Sun Elves and Moon/High Elves: There is a huge difference between the two besides their names! Sun elves are usually a tan to deep yellowish skin tint while the Moon/High elves have a paler silver or milky complextion. Personality wise from my research the Sun elves are a proud and vain folk often avoided. Moon is more disciplined and quiet, tends to live out of harm's way.
Drow/Dark Elves: For those who have heard of Drizzt or the Forgotten Realms series, won't have to read this part. For those that don't know, Drow are a matriarch society, often cruel and always conspiring thier way up the power ladder, and a very much hated enemy of most other races humanoid and non. Not all Drow are like this as explained with Drizzt earlier, they appear with ebon colored skin, white hair and most common accepted eyes are usually red, gold, white and I believe black as well. They are so strict that after having a 3rd son they must kill any future sons being born and if the child reguardless of gender is born with any abnormalities. ie Drizzt being born with violet eyes, could get executed on site. I have a House/family highly involved in the storyline that is at constant conflict with itself. They eventually get exiled and some even hunted down due to the cruel traditions of the Underdark. They are also very sensitive to the light, not like vampires their eyesight is so particular that even the moonlight could possibly blind them.
Dralva: This should be easy to explain given the imagination of the artists on FA when it comes to crossbreeding. According to my friend and co-author Ayane a Dralva is a pure gene strand of Elf mixed with dragon. The formula common goes as seen in this example of her character:
Ayane Ryuuza is a Dralva. She is 3/4 High Elf and 1/4 BlueWater Dragon. Primarily her entire bloodline is based on this dragon. Though there can be misshaps like with her half brother Keiya who was a product of a Drow raid in there home. Ayane's mother was raped by a Drow and therefore when the bloodlines mixed/tainted depending on your point of view he ended up 1/3 Drow, 1/3 High Elf and 1/3 Red/Fire Dragon befitting his temperment.
The Dralva thrive in Clans/Tribes as follows in this storyline:
The Glimmer Dralva:
Vanessa's bloodline that of Sun Elf and Gold/Dawn Dragons
Mostly a royal family of paladins.
The Ryuuza Dralva:
Ayane, Naomi and Keiya being the main members of this bloodline. Keiya being the exception as noted earlier.
There are also certain beast tribes around the world as well. So far we have several Neko, Inu and Ikami tribes and a city of Anthro Basilisks.
All other common/well know races will be making appearances as well. Like Humes, Dwarves, Halflings, Orcs, ect, ect. There will be however other crossbreeds which will be explained as they come up. And before I forget, there is some fursonas involved too like Kitsunes and such.
The world this is taking place is called Makrios. In ancient times it was once a pancea that became a stage for the two dieties seeking to claim it. The God of the Skies Simurgh a wise, egotistical bird with the the head of a handsome wolf and the Goddess of the Sea Sallune a beautiful and mischievious serpent dragoness. Both awakening from their slumber they find the unclaimed land and beging their war. The source of magic on that land depended on who was in control of it. After centuries of going back and forth we return to present, the 12th Age/Century is coming to a close. I series of events awaken the war yet again and now a selected party of individuals will journey against all odds and diversity in order to put an end to the chaos that may ultimately put a ceasing to their existance. Simurgh sends a strange vision to a chosen Drow maiden about to become high priestess and sends her on a mission to awaken his 12 disciples he left as statues throughout the world. Traveling above and below ground, even to the depths of the sea itself to retrieve the blessings and tools from each one of them. Little does she know as others get attracted to the same fate including a swordmage high elven woman. Both born as natural enemies they are forced to work together against this fate.
