(lots of dragons and cats especially!) I might even make a special edition lot of my scented products (candles, room spray, diffusers) just for this if I get a chance!

Yearly Update

Still closed for suit commissions for the forseeable future, but considering opening up for some art ones;...
Looking to maybe to some badge work for Furdu peeps if anyone is interested!??
I have not worked (for pay) in over a year...starting to feel it now...so hoping to rectify that with some little art commish's now that I CAN find a little more time with bub being able to entertain himself more these days haha
Finally got to start playing BOTW and it is AMAZEBALLS <3 I am keen to do some fanart soon too!
Not much else in the world of me beside full time mum work haha ~

Another year!
Posted 8 years agoWell technically it's been over a year since my last post haha
In that time I got married and had a son.
So I am a full time muma these days and have stalled all commission work until I get the time for it again :D
In a couple weeks time we'll be off to Supanova again and I CANT WAIT! I had such a ball last year and have been longing to go again ever since!! EEE!
Cosplaying again as Bulma, and my boy of course - Trunks!
I really don't do much in the way of anything furry anymore - I really enjoy just general stuff preferably these days. The community is still amazing and still keep in touch with my awesome friends within though!
At some point I'll start drawing again and hope to submit at least something to show!

FurDu Approaching! + Supanova

Can't believe I've only updated here twice in a whole year! Ooops! Anyways, life adulting as always, most of the time is spent working... as an adult normally does haha. But I have been busy on suit commissions still, Down to 1 and a half to go before I'm finally done with this batch! YEY!
After I'm done with this lot I'm taking a well deserved break from suit making for a while to catch up on my own hobbies and projects I've wanted to do for a couple years now ^_^ I'll still do quotes and art commissions of course, but suits will be put on hold for a bit =P I usually come back to it sooner rather than later, as I do enjoy it alot!
SO Furdu is fast approaching and I'll be there with a table selling all the THINGS! annnnd of course doing art commissions =) Come poke me and say hi! Looking forward to seeing peeps again! Weeoo!
Ummmmm Also going to my very first Supanova this year too! I'll be cosplaying as Bulma from Dragonball.....why? Weellllllll the super awesome epic voice actors of GOKU and VEGETA <3 will be there!!! EEE!! I'll be fangirling SO HARD X'333

Confurgence Commissions!
Posted 10 years agoIn about a month, Confurgence (AKA Midfur) will be on in Melbourne Australia!
I am doing a limited run of water colour custom badges (see latest art submission! > http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18429999/ )
I'll also be doing on the spot watercolour commissions while I'm there along with selling various other odd and ends...some handmade thingies, LED collars (as usual!) And some other bits and pieces!
Will also aim to try get a few ears and tail sets made in time to sell aswell!
Other updates;
Fursuit commissions list is getting long! Currently working on 5, with another 5 already lined up for next year! =) Busy times ahead, but I look forward to each and every one, I love how totally opposite some are to others, the range of detail and colours...love it!
Speaking of which, I'll also be on the fursuit panel at Confurgence! Come along if you're interested how all the suit makers have totally different ways of making their suits!

Japan, Commissions and stuff
Posted 10 years ago2nd post in a whole year! Well as you can see I don't visit all that often like I used to....I say I'll try change that, but you know...life and the outside world is a little more fun than the internet =P
A few things!
First off... did the Japan trip and it was AMAZING!! Started up north in Hokkaido snowboarding at Niseko, then headed to Sapporo, took the train to Aomori then the shinkansen to stop by the famous Fox Village in the middle of nowhere! (I'll have to post some cute photos we got!)
Then down to Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and back to Tokyo before heading back home! 3 weeks of AWESOME we hope to go back again and see more places, stay longer in the ones we liked and I wanna buy more toys =P haha
Secondly, commissions! Got 4 WIPs at the moment, I opened up and the spots filled quickly...I am a one person army here, so I Can't do too much at once X"D SO far I have 2 and a half heads done, will get ALL the heads started and finished first so all my commissioners have something to see and keep being excited for ^__^
Also 3 months ago we adopted/rescued a cat! The poor girl was from a place where the owner needed to be institutionalised...a relative of the owner took the cat to the vet to be adopted or put down, my sister over heard and instantly rang me to see if I could take her... and I did =) She was a petrified kitty riddled with fleas and flea dirt. Over the course of a few days I was able to calm her down, de-flea her and even wash her. She got super friendly after that (to me) I think being flea free was the best feeling she's had in a while! She eventually warmed up and now she's a big sook, flop cat who loves to play. Still scared of new people but she is 1000% better =)
We named her Marceline =) A crazy hiss cat who turns into a big softie ;)
Other than all that... just working my regular job most days a week while working on commissions, fun fun!
Next con I'll be at will be Confurgence (previously known as Midfur) for my 10th year! Doing the thing, selling stuff at my table and on the spot commissions!

Art plans and update!
Posted 10 years agoI don't come here much, I tend to check in every now and then when I have some new art to share...which lately isn't really all that often.
Over that last year I think the majority of art I've been doing is on the spot watercolour commissions at conventions! But this year I am going to try and push some boundaries and get more art done, and share it more often.
I aim to do some more water colour and traditional style arts, I enjoy it much more and it also doesn't give me a crook neck like digital art tends to do (no matter how I adjust my posture, chair, monitor or if I move and get up often, it just keeps happening. Thus why traditional is much more pleasurable to work on.
This year I hope to get some more sculptures done aswell, I haven't made one since 2013! X'3
Other goals and thingies.
5 weeks we're off to Japan! Been planning this trip since 2012, so its been a long process! We finally bit the bullet and starting booking and paying things mid last year, and now its so close its scary! We'll be travelling all over starting from Hokkaido at Sapporo down to Honshu to as far as Osaka.
After Japan, it's heads down and save save save for a house house house!!
It'll probably be around mid year that I will think about re-opening for fursuit commissions again, I am yet again planning a new technique to hopefully create heads for a range of head sizes (like one size fits all sort of thing) and for them to be more comfortable and durable. I will of course make a test head first before opening to be sure it goes to plan =P
Besides working my ass off at my job this year, I think these are the main things going on! Gunna post a few arts up in a moment to share a few things I've done this year =)

Posted 11 years agoI haven't been on FA in MONTHS! Looks like I think April since I was last active!
Still alive, still working and still doing commissions. I closed up for the year though in hopes to finish up everything and pursue possible career and use my schooling for a real reason for once!!
So most likely not going to be all too active at all for a while..at least until i have time again to art things! =)
RivFur is just a few short days away, hopefully it'll be nice and warm!! Be good to escape the coldness for at least a weekend ^_^

Post FurDU/Gold Coast write up!
Posted 11 years agoSuper delayed post Gold Coast write-up!
Wednesday 26th March we head off from home in the Wookie mobile! Stopped by Sydney to pick up BC and Spence and then headed north up the coast in the endless rain. (ended up with a windscreen wiper fail and took of the broken wiper)
Stopped at a neat little camp ground somewhere North of Newcastle, but south of Port Macquarie. Luckily it had sort of stopped raining where we got there to set up camp!
Spotted what we thought at first was rat, but on closer inspection was a Bandicoot! Come to eat up Spence's nasty Mac n Cheese. I think this guy was used to people, didn't seem too phased with photos or us being near it
Thursday 27th Got up to make the rest of the long epic journey north to the Goldcoast. Stopped in Port Macquarie for brekky, fuel and a new wiper blade so we could have both wipers on again! Stopped again up in Coffs Harbour to visit the Big Banana again
Upon arriving into QLD I was sooo happy to find out that they were an hour behind NSW, so instead of being sort of late to the hotel, we were early! and had time to settle in and get ready to go to Dracula's Cabaret!! (which ended up just being myself and Q)
Dracula's had to be one of the most amazing things I've done in a long time! The people were characters and they played them so well! The inside and bar was fantastic with super awesome cocktails! The lame train ride to the stage and dinner area was hilarious! (NOT scary at all, just the cheesy horror ride!) haha The show they put on was SOOO GOOD, I really recommend this to everyone!! It was just WOW. Also the food was quite delicious and presented very well! It was certainly worth it, I had such a great time! We even got some (actual) blood bags with cocktails inside and jelly shot syringes XD
That night was pouring very heavily with rain and was very windy, I wasn't expecting much for the day after. But to my surprise the next day showed patches of blue sky and actual sunshine! YEY!
Friday 28th we had a great brekky and then went for a trip to find jaycar and kmart before heading back to get into costume preparing for registration to FurDu!
The plan was to 'sort of' re enact the scene from the Fifth Element to board into Fhloston Paradise! MULTI PASS!! It was awesome to see everyone loving our costume I worked so hard on X"D I really appreciated all the comments from everyone!! We had fun!!
Hung out with loooots of awesome people and tried the fursuit video dance thing...I couldn't get very well takes me ages to learn choreography X"D later had dinner noms with some awesome peeps and then went to watch Fox Amoore's charity show! Then we stayed to watch the game night stuff after that
Saturday 29th we got up early to try and find a brew shop for Q to get a tap for his keg we mysteriously couldn't find (at the time) we ended up finding a pretty cool brew shop, but with a guy who talked endlessly and made us late back to the hotel...
Got dressed up and headed down with my gear to set up my table! (late) But that took a while with again more amazing comments and photos with people Also had a professional photoshoot done by Atpaw! WHICH WAS AMAZING!
Left Crazy to man the table for me while I did the Iron Artist!! There was 3 'artists' and 3 'challengers' who had to decorate a victims mask and shirt...it was fun but hard at the same time with only ONE bottle of glue between us! haha! it was great fun! Twig was particularly hilarious!
I went back to my table while crazy went to the Motofurs panel and then I packed up to go into the cosplay contest with crazy...and...it was us, Ray and Juz! No audience showed up, so that was a bit disappointing, I was really looking forward to it! But we all got a 'champion' ribbon and Crazy got the mini Trophy X"D
Later on we got a group together to go have some 'Old Timey' photos done, we had Victorian theme and half the group got Gangster (because the Victorian stage was too small...) But it was fun!!
Rocked to some epic TRAP at the dance night thing for a bit
Sunday 30th went to have another epic brekky of pancakes XD and set up (late again had to dress up in our new costumes this time!) my table! Was good, I did well and met lots of awesome peeps and had lots of photos! Met a dog I think was called "Mr Clooney" (?) from the Big Brother house, he was pretty cool
This day was a bit wet and rainy so the beach walk for fursuits was held instead inside the foyer of the hotel, and in the "abandoned apocalypse mall" with no shops
Dinner early and then preped with Carni to go be Auction item presenters!
Thennnn dead dog dance! yey!
Monday 31st OMG WE WENT TO DREAM WORLD!! Dream world was fantastic!! So much fun, but there's so much there we didn't really get to do EVERYTHING but we went on everything that was awesomely worth it!!
So much awesome!!
Afterwards back to the hotel and went to Dracula's Haunted Mansion That was fun, been before, but was good to see a few new things. It's such awesome cheesy 'horror' that is in no way scary...it's hilarious that it does actually scare some people! haha!
Then we packed up the car and headed off to Oz's place to crash the night!! Super mega thankyous to Oz for putting us up and his parents aswell!!
Tuesday 1st Nice sleep in and chill out day! Went to the land of IKEA for the first time ever and it was amazballs..oh god! I think we were there for like 3 hrs or something! Pretty much decided I want my house to be made of Ikea stuff hahah! SO nice!
After that was the Brisbane meet in the park...a park that was all lit up in the ground and trees and walls and amazing playground area! Such a cool place, had snags and Cold rock icecream Good fun!
Wednesday 2nd Packed up and headed off to Coolongatta to go for a swim at the beach! Was pretty awesome, and was nice...(after you get in ) haha Then we had to dry off and start the epic drive home!
On the way we stopped off at the Macadamia Castle....reaaally expensive macadamias though, so just looked and got a mini mag of choc coated macadamias
Then epic long journey home, but got home safe and sound. Another awesome Gold Coast holiday, love going! Special thankyous to all involved with Furdu and all you awesome peeps we got to hang with and such! Had an amazing time guys!!

Tuesday 1st Nice sleep in and chill out day! Went to the land of IKEA for the first time ever and it was amazballs..oh god! I think we were there for like 3 hrs or something! Pretty much decided I want my house to be made of Ikea stuff hahah! SO nice!
After that was the Brisbane meet in the park...a park that was all lit up in the ground and trees and walls and amazing playground area! Such a cool place, had snags and Cold rock icecream Good fun!
Wednesday 2nd Packed up and headed off to Coolongatta to go for a swim at the beach! Was pretty awesome, and was nice...(after you get in ) haha Then we had to dry off and start the epic drive home!
On the way we stopped off at the Macadamia Castle....reaaally expensive macadamias though, so just looked and got a mini mag of choc coated macadamias
Then epic long journey home, but got home safe and sound. Another awesome Gold Coast holiday, love going! Special thankyous to all involved with Furdu and all you awesome peeps we got to hang with and such! Had an amazing time guys!!

2014 Life and fursuit creation updates!!
Posted 11 years agoHello all! It's been a while since my last update and it's a new year! So I though I should share some current info for you all! =)
I guess the first thing I should do is say..no not leaving FA..I honestly don't really know whats going on (avoid the drammus)..but it's none of my business, so it does not concern me.
I do however have a Weasyl if those who prefer, would rather watch me there! =) I havent used it since 2012 though...it needs a good update...I just created it pretty much when it started and then forgot about it until all this recent 'drama' started up...so yeh. I can be found here > https://www.weasyl.com/~vixen and of course over on DA as: vixen8387 (although, I try to keep DA less furry orientated ^^; )
Anyways! LIFE!
2014 so far has been good! not too hot, not too cold...no major bushfires here yet nor extreme flooding! (last 4 years one or the other tends to happen around about now) *touch wood*
Went to Confurgence! Was good! Although didn't do so well in the den this year, not as many people poking around ^^; (but also many awesome artists where there..so people spent money on them rather than buying my crap hahah) I did sell my resin head puppy dog head I made though! (I havent even posted up photos of my recent work yet! woops!)
Been busy busy busy slaving away at my sewing machine making costumes for Furdu!! Only 9 weeks away!! The theme is Fhloston Paradise!! OMG BEST THEME EVER! <3 Can't waaaiiiittt!! ^o^
Also working on my new fursuit construction techniques! Resin based heads! I have a toony and realistic form for canine complete, ready to cast the feline version shortly! Then I might make a dragon or something...whats the next popular fursona after canine/candid and feline? Bird maybe? *shrugs*
I'll have to post up my recent working on my fursuit account soon! (

Other than that, working to improve my art style/skills this year..hopefully do a tonne more airbrushing stuff and maybe some pinstriping =) Also reeallyyy want to do more sculpture work!! but so much busy! ugghh!! X"D
RL work has been epic...school holidays/summer = our shop (major tourist attraction/beaches) meant TONNES OF WORK..tiring, but good!! Only a week to go until it should die down a little bit X'3 The only down fall of this work is..not much chance for holidays when everyone else has time off >.>
Ummm...can't think of a hell of alot of stuff else to write about...but hope to post more art soon! And some photos from Confurgence aswell! =)

It'll finally be able to feature a moving jaw!! There'll be options for toony style with 3D follow-me eyes, or realistic with follow me eyes... anyway... if all goes good with it, fursuit orders will be officially back open by next month! =)

Arts! Been trying to draw as much as I can lately to build up my art skills again, you probably noticed it changes from year to year... but I think i have found the most comfortable style...as seen in most fully finished YCH's ^__^
Also wanting to develop my sculpting skills and hand painted lettering and such like I do currently at TAFE..lots of fun!
Been MID- construction of some epic planning for costumes coming up for both Confurgence AND FurDu!! *can't wait!!* and SOOOO MUCH SEWING AHEAD! But should be pretty cool! =)
Not much else happening except that the whole country is fire and the sky is red... but you get that in Aus =P

I, however...am not. I am not at all interested in it. I do however draw it.. I did loads about 6 years ago..pretty much only for my awesome partner ..cause he loves it, so I draw it for him =P hehehe (I still also owe him alot more too)
I am currently going through all my old submissions that are Adult rated (all in my scraps) and moving them to a "porn account" (all old art from here will be in that accounts scraps too) however newer stuff from when it opened onwards will be in general submissions gallery (which right now isn't much)
If you are one of the people who like my art and like the porn/naughty stuff aswell.. please feel free to check it out and watch me there aswell! There will be adult YCH auctions going up soon too!

FURJEEEMMM and also delayed (short) Rivfur post up!

Yup Furjam was pretty damn epic! So many peeps! It just keeps growing and growing! ^_____^ Although, the more it grows, the less people i know X"D haha =P
But before I get into that too much, I'll first do a very delayed Rivfur post! X"D
So ... what was it about a month ago? Rivfur in Brisvagas was on and it was much fun!! I flew up there all on my lonesome (as crazy-fu had to work) and I made my way around with ease, wasn;t too hard to navigate Brisbane (first time in the city itself!!) unloaded and checked into back packers then off to the con! ^_^ I set up for selling mah stuffs at the table in the dealers den..and pretty much stayed there the whole time X"D haha! I had fun though! Lots of new peeps came to say hello and buy things, lots of commissions done! and mistaken (somehow) for Jeneara many many times! X"D (Surely I am not THAT pretty! ) hehehehe! X"D
Enjoyed watching a bit of the nerf wars, had fun drawing for the art jam comp while watching the most awesomely spoken panel ever by
pistolpup who did a DJ panel! He REALLY knew his stuff and it was well spoken, compelling and drew me in the whole time!! (I've never had interest in DJing... but this was just so good to watch!) X"D =P
Also (somehow) won the art competition too! And scored some neat art pens and shiz!! ^o^ (thankyou!!) ^____^ The furry band... B& was pretty entertaining also X"D some of it reminded me of Flight of the conchords kind of stuff X"D
Laser tag was so epic too! I went in thinking of how much i suck at laser tag, but love playing anyways... and i actually WON some of the rounds (when in colour team mode) Weeeooo!! It was certainly an awesome highlight for sure!
Over all, GREAT CON!! I really look forward to next years!! ^o^ Weeooo!! ( I could go in depth more...but trying to keep this shorter than i normally do for a post con report!)

ANd last week was Crazy and I's "AFSW - Aussie Furry Ski Weekend!" Which was SOOOO much fun! ^__^ it was WARM and very slushy at the bottom slopes, but we stayed up high in the awesome parts the whole time anyways =D Heaps of great jumpy areas for crazy and some blue run park course to cruise along (which even kiba had a crack at on her second day ever snowboarding!) X"D awwrr yeehh!! Over all, weather kept up awesomely and we will be sure to have all the info for next year up nice and early for anyone interested!!

Then straight after AFSW was Furjam! yey! Friday I went to 'work' with Dustan and helped him and his friend meg with an epic cow puppet thing! I had a great time!! and I can't wait to see the finished result!!
Was great to catch up with all the fuzzies that night! and met a few new ones aswell! =) The bar meet was packed!! The day event at the park was HOT, but good! And the Dance night thingy was epic! Mosky did a GREAT set!! <3 I drew some arts and I drew the raffle tickets! ^____^
All in all was amazing! Sunday was also awesome checking out the city's china town for anime awesome, seeing Lupie's work of the 'Halo' was very interesting and awesome to see up close! And then going to check out the White Rabbit gallery! Some really neat stuff in there.. and some gross stuff too :| lol
But all in all epic as always, with wonderful hosts...sometimes I wish I could just hang about just a little longer and enjoy the city and company while I can ^_^

I flew up there all on my lonesome (as crazy-fu had to work) and I made my way around with ease, wasn;t too hard to navigate Brisbane (first time in the city itself!!) unloaded and checked into back packers then off to the con! ^_^ I set up for selling mah stuffs at the table in the dealers den..and pretty much stayed there the whole time X"D haha! I had fun though! Lots of new peeps came to say hello and buy things, lots of commissions done! and mistaken (somehow) for Jeneara many many times! X"D (Surely I am not THAT pretty! ) hehehehe! X"D
Enjoyed watching a bit of the nerf wars, had fun drawing for the art jam comp while watching the most awesomely spoken panel ever by
pistolpup who did a DJ panel! He REALLY knew his stuff and it was well spoken, compelling and drew me in the whole time!! (I've never had interest in DJing... but this was just so good to watch!) X"D =PAlso (somehow) won the art competition too! And scored some neat art pens and shiz!! ^o^ (thankyou!!) ^____^ The furry band... B& was pretty entertaining also X"D some of it reminded me of Flight of the conchords kind of stuff X"D
Laser tag was so epic too! I went in thinking of how much i suck at laser tag, but love playing anyways... and i actually WON some of the rounds (when in colour team mode) Weeeooo!! It was certainly an awesome highlight for sure!
Over all, GREAT CON!! I really look forward to next years!! ^o^ Weeooo!! ( I could go in depth more...but trying to keep this shorter than i normally do for a post con report!)

ANd last week was Crazy and I's "AFSW - Aussie Furry Ski Weekend!" Which was SOOOO much fun! ^__^ it was WARM and very slushy at the bottom slopes, but we stayed up high in the awesome parts the whole time anyways =D Heaps of great jumpy areas for crazy and some blue run park course to cruise along (which even kiba had a crack at on her second day ever snowboarding!) X"D awwrr yeehh!! Over all, weather kept up awesomely and we will be sure to have all the info for next year up nice and early for anyone interested!!

Then straight after AFSW was Furjam! yey! Friday I went to 'work' with Dustan and helped him and his friend meg with an epic cow puppet thing! I had a great time!! and I can't wait to see the finished result!!
Was great to catch up with all the fuzzies that night! and met a few new ones aswell! =) The bar meet was packed!! The day event at the park was HOT, but good! And the Dance night thingy was epic! Mosky did a GREAT set!! <3 I drew some arts and I drew the raffle tickets! ^____^
All in all was amazing! Sunday was also awesome checking out the city's china town for anime awesome, seeing Lupie's work of the 'Halo' was very interesting and awesome to see up close! And then going to check out the White Rabbit gallery! Some really neat stuff in there.. and some gross stuff too :| lol
But all in all epic as always, with wonderful hosts...sometimes I wish I could just hang about just a little longer and enjoy the city and company while I can ^_^
Thats all for now... I have plans for some arts, big and small!! re-designing website for fursuit commission work and hopefully get ALL this done before I re-open!! X"D woo!

CBRfur meet re-cap and OMG RIVFUR
Posted 12 years agoSo last weekend Crazy and I ventured back to our 'old home' the wonderful Canberra! ^__^
We left pretty much on time and got to Queanbeyan super cheap auto to get some things Crazy wanted to buy while EVERYTHING in store was 20% off =D Only got a few things and while instore the weather turned from awesome to pouring down with rain -___- Got out to the car and had a quick snack at HJ's before heading off to the meet.
By this time (12.30pm) we figured everyone should be leaving the first meet point around same time as us! But when we arrived at meet point 2 turned out they'd been there for ages before we were! X"D Talked to a few peeps, took some photos... wasn't as 'car orientated' as we both expected more of a 'drive your self to a furry meet' than 'furry's into cars meet' not sure exactly what it is..but yey meet! ^o^ But was still good to say hello to some peeps we don't see very often! =D I wanted to cook up some bbq too... wasn't until i did that we noticed everyone already had eaten..so i was cooking (and keeping warm on my own!!) as it began to pour down with wind and rain..again!
By the time food was done everyone but the one who owned the spatula i used, was gone! We thought we'd be missing on the car photoshoot out at tidbinbilla.. so I threw my freshly cooked food into a bag and we rushed off.... only to find out it they abandoned that idea..only crazy and I and the spatula guy (sorry.. can't remember who it was?) turned up for the photoshoot..so I took photos anyways! =D woot!
Then headed off to the hotel the evening meet was being held in..had one of my sausages now that i could eat! And then went inside only to scribble a picture..talk a bit and have some wwiiiiiineee in a room =P We decided to head off and have some dinner at the Hellenic Club with a couple school mates of ours and hang with them for the rest of the night. Twas so much awesome =D..gotta visit them so much morree!
Sunday morning LOOKED great outside..but the wind had to of been -2 or something..was like being at the snow..without snow! X_X we skipped the brekky meet and went for cheaper food instead then went off to the international flag display. found easy enough and we wern't last there! X"D (also thought we'd be showing off more cars this day.. oh well.. =p) I wondered off and did some geocaching for a bit when i couldn't get people to move for a photoshoot of the cars =P lol I think everyone wanted to get into fursuits to avoid the cold winds than care about car stuff X"3 hehehe =P
Then I thought it was time to go to Questacon (was looking forward to it allll day!) mainly 'cause i had limited time as i had to be home to work that night! We rocked up and moments later everyone else did X"D (yey! avoided mega line!) lol
We started down the bottom and worked our way up while the large group strated up top and went down...thought it'd be better (less crowded) that way! =D It was so much fun! I hadn't been since primary school! Mostly what i remembered it to be and more! (glad it wasn't lame..i had worried i might have thought it was cool as a kid and it wouldnt be now..but nope! super awesome still!) =D One of the most amazing things was the talk in the japan room about SPACE stuff and mars and the landings and photos and ALLLLL the awesome! (only me and crazy went to this) and it was epic..I reeaaallly enjoyed it sooo much!!
After that we headed off home..detouring along the way to some wind farms trying to see how close we could get to them for a photoshoot with betty (the car). Couldn't get too close, but close enough for some mad shots ^__^ then quickly home and only just made it in time to get changed for work and go! X"D
In other news.. only a few more days until I head off to RIVfur!! Looking forward to some *hopefully* warmer weather X"D And can't wait to visit Brisbane (never been to the city itself!) =D and I am super looking forward to the con and selling mah wares X"D Weeoo!! I'ma gunna be staying El-Cheapo only a short walk away from the con at a backpackers X"D Shall be selling stuff..trying to go to as much stuff as i can aswell. And going to the laser tag tournament! (I am super sucky at it..but i have loads of fun anyway!) lol
I'll most likely be in some sort of odd outfit..probly even steampunk get up from furdu again too! =D And Ima bring a suit with me too..but who to bring?...still working that out! =P

Art, fursuits and general stuff!

Although I do expect a box of fur to arrive possibly tomorrow... putting me back into extreme work mode X"D hehehe
I uploaded a bunch of fursuit work I've done over on my fursuit page >> whitechocolateandraspberry =D A much needed upload!! Please go check them out!! ^o^ I might even upload one or two here of shot's I really liked!
Also managed to do ART aswell this week! *weeoo!* uploaded here ^__^

Needed to update with something!

Anyways... most who follow my twitter read just about anything that's going on =P sooo. sorry if it seems like I am repeating myself!
I got the 'top student' for outstanding achievement at TAFE for last years course (2nd year) ^_^ totally surprised! I didnt even know until the night the awards was on! I even got a tool pack, $50 voucher for special signwritng brushes and chunk of glass with inscriptions.. also known as a trophy! =P haha!
My teacher (the awesome one out of them all) has always wanted to meet my other half (crazy) he's been pestering me as to why my left hand is bare! X'D lol and wanted to note it to him! but I think my teacher chickened out.. crazy didnt seem to be in a happy mood.. being dragged there and all ^o^
Also been working on fursuit commissions.. hoping to get them knocked over very soon!! I REALLY need to spend time on the house again.. and really want to work on my own things for a change X"3 haha! I'd love to do more sculptures.. more detailed and intricate than my normal ones!
Not much else in the happening... we still havent settled on exact dates for the Furry ski weekend yet.. thats up to crazy this year X"D Snow season officially starts in just under 3 weeks too! FurDu 2013 write up!
Posted 12 years agoWeeeooooo!! FurDu was AMZAING!! As always!! ^o^ Loved every minute of it!!
Thursday:
Anzac Day! We had Shy-Cry and Kaz cougar stay with us and I stayed home to keep them company while Crazy did the March of awesome =) We then made sure everything was all packed and awesome and finally headed off at about 2.30pm!
Headed to Sydney to pick up BC and Spence to take with us on the long journey up north! Our 4WD was insanely full and packed so much you wouldnt even fit another small bag!
We headed up to a place near Port Macquarie called "Swans Crossing" to camp the night! Arriving at about 11pm, we drove around a bit and couldnt find the actual camp ground, so we stopped at a picnic area and claimed it as our own! >:3
Friday:
Got up fairly early, was awoken from the sound of a truck going by (tis a big logging area) and I thinkwe headed off around 7am ish? Stopped in Port Macquarie for brekky and then headed off! Next stop was Coff Harbour and we stopped at the BIG BANANA X"D There was had a break and the guys had to get the leaf spring back into Shy's trailer (it'd popped out after an epic bounce at the crossing!) lol
On the road again and we made it to a small place near ballina (can't remember what it was called) that has terrible service station service...so we opted to find the local public toilets instead X"D
Driving forever longer we eventually made it to the gold coast!! Was about 3.30pm X__x And I had missed a panel (i was supposed to be doing.. but did not know about!) But it was alll good X"3 checked in filled up one of those bag trolleys to the top and took it to our room and unloaded! Crazy parked the car down stairs for us =)
Once unpacked we headed off to collect badges and check out what was happening at FurDu!
Crazy went to have a rest while I Just hung around with a few peeps and talked for ages until it was almost food time! Went and grabbed crazy and went off with a whole bunch of awesome people for dinner at a nice Italian restaurant (I think?) it was good! ^__^ Then after all that we headed back to watch the Furdu inro and Fox Amoore, Kaz, and Darky's charity show!! They were all SOO amazing!! I am baffled at how these guys just mesh into one I loved everything they all did!! Weeooo!! ^o^
After that was the dance, but we decided to go chill and hang out for the rest of the night X'D
Saturday:
We went off to Charlies for an epic brekky!! SOOO good!! <3 Wondered around for a bit before heading to the dealers den a little late! Set up and such sold some wares.. Not a single soul was interested in my pony raffle for a bunch of free pony stuff X"D lol how times change!! (yess!) Sold almost all my collars too! Will have to get mOAR! X"D haha Nearing the late arvo I packed up and went to see the peeps at "pool con" X"D I was all dressed up so no pool for me =( just retrieved the ball a few times!
After that was the Matt Hollywood magic show!! Alot shorter than last time, but incredible! I'm just gobsmacked at how he does this stuff!! wow! Was awesome when he got purtz up too! I'm not sure if he was purposly put there for it, but the whole time i was wondering if he'd go up to purtz and remember him from last year XD LOL that just made the WHOLE night!! Also kinda hoped he'd remember Kraden too XD
After that was the furdu game show!! Awesomely funny as always!! WeeooO!! <3
Then off for food and chill con.
Sunday:
Went off for brekky before fursuit walk!! It was SO HOT >.< I don't know how those full suiters did it! X"D lol, but it was fun, tried to get out of there asap.. I thought I was going to get a blood nose >.O (I get from over heating) But I didnt! I quickly got dressed and headed down to the dealers den to sell things! This time crazy got me to put out all my stickers to see if more would be noticed.. and yup! lots more interest today! Only had ONE entrant to my raffle, soooo KIBA won X"D hahah! X'3 Watched a bit of the games tourney through the door where I was sitting... wish i knew it involved Super Mario 64!! OMG LOVE IT <3 Then packed up while the iron artist was on so i could go watch!! Always soooo funny and entertaining! X"D weeoo! Dustan and stucat made an epic madona tinfoil bubblewrap 'fursuit' X"D ALL THE AWESOME!! ahaha!!
Then I had to run off and get suited up for the fursuit games!! I JUST made it in time! lol it was all good fun!
Then it was time for the closing ceremony and charity auction! Kaz, Darky and Fox Amoore where all 'busking' for charity out int he lobby while we waited for it all the begin ^_^ This was when I finally sorta got to meet Fox Amoore for the first time the whole con! ^o^ The charity auction was awesome with Kell the great presenter! Makes it so much fun! X"D it was amazing how much things sold for too!! wow!! Just as we thought about leaving, there was a last minute auction on for a t-shirt (straight from Fox Amoore's back!) signed by himself, Kaz and Darky! I couldnt help myself.... I had to go for it!! X"D Had a few peeps hand me some extra $$ to make it up!! (thanks to all of you!!!) and I got it for $200! X"D *squee!* (its right now living on my mannequin!)
Quickly after that headed off with Kaz and others to go to timezone!! slightly detoured for a bit to the beach, where we quickly bailed to get as much timezone fun as we could!! It was AWESOME fun!! We stayed until pretty much close time, getting in all the included deals, trying to win points for prizes, lazer tag and dodgems. Then joined buy stucat and foxamoore near the end playing the 'unlimited' games until we left X'3
After we got back.. dance time!! stayed until the end and then hung about with peeps until 4am X___x
Monday:
Had to get up early to be checked out by 10am ....gyaaahhh. but we made it. car was allowed to stay while we ventured around surfers paradise most of the day! Looking at shops, getting food, chilling by the beach.. and I even got me a tattoo! yup! a REAL one (not the airbursh ones i saw lots of people getting! lol) I managed to get in *just!* tis a small eagle on my foot, was going to go behind my ear, but was a bit too big for that. So I went for foot XD to take my mind of the the epic pain I was looking at all the art on the walls.. but alot involved some weird Pink Floyd-esq intercourse that was not very appealing X"D So I just watched the needle do it's work. The guy who did it was really good, super neat, nice and quite fast too! I think it took about 10-15mins! It did cost about double i was expecting.. but... was an awesome souvenir! worth it!
Then when it came time, it was journey to Brisbane!! We stayed at Drake's so we dumped stuff and then soon after it was food noms time! Had dinner at Grill'd with a whole lots of peeps.. I think 40 in total? X"D and then we all went to watch Iron man 3!! ^o^ IT WAS AWESOME!!
Tuesday:
MOVIE WORLD!! <3 First ever visit to a theme park!! first ever roller coasters!! OMG SO MUCH WIN! Did Green Lantern 3 times, super man escape once (epic line! and OMG scary as all hell!! X"D) but awesome!! Batwing once, watched the stunt show and ice age 4D, the scooby doo ride was NOT what i expected! I was a bit bored for the beginning... then OMG THIS IS GREAT! Also did the wild west twice! ( no lines!) lol SO much fun...!! GYAH!! <3 Sure hope we can do dream world next year!! <3 Also bought a cute little phoenix from the harry potter shop XD
Went to RSL for dinner that night aswell..good food!! =D
watched Zombie land before sleep time too! =P
Wednesday:
Home time!! took 14 hours X_____x why does sydney have to be in the way on the trip!! boo sydney!
Over all.. HAD SO MUCH FUN!! Thanks to EVERYONE involved with FurDu and the days after!! You guys are all so much WIN! ^o^ WeeooO!! Can't wait for next year!!! =D

X"D haha Nearing the late arvo I packed up and went to see the peeps at "pool con" X"D I was all dressed up so no pool for me =( just retrieved the ball a few times!
After that was the Matt Hollywood magic show!! Alot shorter than last time, but incredible! I'm just gobsmacked at how he does this stuff!! wow! Was awesome when he got purtz up too! I'm not sure if he was purposly put there for it, but the whole time i was wondering if he'd go up to purtz and remember him from last year XD LOL that just made the WHOLE night!! Also kinda hoped he'd remember Kraden too XD
After that was the furdu game show!! Awesomely funny as always!! WeeooO!! <3
Then off for food and chill con.
Sunday:
Went off for brekky before fursuit walk!! It was SO HOT >.< I don't know how those full suiters did it! X"D lol, but it was fun, tried to get out of there asap.. I thought I was going to get a blood nose >.O (I get from over heating) But I didnt! I quickly got dressed and headed down to the dealers den to sell things! This time crazy got me to put out all my stickers to see if more would be noticed.. and yup! lots more interest today! Only had ONE entrant to my raffle, soooo KIBA won X"D hahah! X'3 Watched a bit of the games tourney through the door where I was sitting... wish i knew it involved Super Mario 64!! OMG LOVE IT <3 Then packed up while the iron artist was on so i could go watch!! Always soooo funny and entertaining! X"D weeoo! Dustan and stucat made an epic madona tinfoil bubblewrap 'fursuit' X"D ALL THE AWESOME!! ahaha!!
Then I had to run off and get suited up for the fursuit games!! I JUST made it in time! lol it was all good fun!
Then it was time for the closing ceremony and charity auction! Kaz, Darky and Fox Amoore where all 'busking' for charity out int he lobby while we waited for it all the begin ^_^ This was when I finally sorta got to meet Fox Amoore for the first time the whole con! ^o^ The charity auction was awesome with Kell the great presenter! Makes it so much fun! X"D it was amazing how much things sold for too!! wow!! Just as we thought about leaving, there was a last minute auction on for a t-shirt (straight from Fox Amoore's back!) signed by himself, Kaz and Darky! I couldnt help myself.... I had to go for it!! X"D Had a few peeps hand me some extra $$ to make it up!! (thanks to all of you!!!) and I got it for $200! X"D *squee!* (its right now living on my mannequin!)
Quickly after that headed off with Kaz and others to go to timezone!! slightly detoured for a bit to the beach, where we quickly bailed to get as much timezone fun as we could!! It was AWESOME fun!! We stayed until pretty much close time, getting in all the included deals, trying to win points for prizes, lazer tag and dodgems. Then joined buy stucat and foxamoore near the end playing the 'unlimited' games until we left X'3
After we got back.. dance time!! stayed until the end and then hung about with peeps until 4am X___x
Monday:
Had to get up early to be checked out by 10am ....gyaaahhh. but we made it. car was allowed to stay while we ventured around surfers paradise most of the day! Looking at shops, getting food, chilling by the beach.. and I even got me a tattoo! yup! a REAL one (not the airbursh ones i saw lots of people getting! lol) I managed to get in *just!* tis a small eagle on my foot, was going to go behind my ear, but was a bit too big for that. So I went for foot XD to take my mind of the the epic pain I was looking at all the art on the walls.. but alot involved some weird Pink Floyd-esq intercourse that was not very appealing X"D So I just watched the needle do it's work. The guy who did it was really good, super neat, nice and quite fast too! I think it took about 10-15mins! It did cost about double i was expecting.. but... was an awesome souvenir! worth it!
Then when it came time, it was journey to Brisbane!! We stayed at Drake's so we dumped stuff and then soon after it was food noms time! Had dinner at Grill'd with a whole lots of peeps.. I think 40 in total? X"D and then we all went to watch Iron man 3!! ^o^ IT WAS AWESOME!!
Tuesday:
MOVIE WORLD!! <3 First ever visit to a theme park!! first ever roller coasters!! OMG SO MUCH WIN! Did Green Lantern 3 times, super man escape once (epic line! and OMG scary as all hell!! X"D) but awesome!! Batwing once, watched the stunt show and ice age 4D, the scooby doo ride was NOT what i expected! I was a bit bored for the beginning... then OMG THIS IS GREAT! Also did the wild west twice! ( no lines!) lol SO much fun...!! GYAH!! <3 Sure hope we can do dream world next year!! <3 Also bought a cute little phoenix from the harry potter shop XD
Went to RSL for dinner that night aswell..good food!! =D
watched Zombie land before sleep time too! =P
Wednesday:
Home time!! took 14 hours X_____x why does sydney have to be in the way on the trip!! boo sydney!
Over all.. HAD SO MUCH FUN!! Thanks to EVERYONE involved with FurDu and the days after!! You guys are all so much WIN! ^o^ WeeooO!! Can't wait for next year!!! =D
