As much as I would love to delay the inevitable, I knew it would come eventually.... it just seems to be kinda soon to me.

Today I reach the big 4-0.

I guess I am (more) officially a grey muzzle, hehehehe.

Well... another year has come...

Today this Panda is another year older.. hehehe.

I really don't have anything planned, so I think this will be a pretty simple day for me. Try to relax a bit and see what I can do. I'll probably just eat a cupcake or something as a cake hehehe.

I am sorry if I have been quiet and not around much, but work has been keeping me really busy lately and the time I have left has been for either sleeping or doing other pending things, and whatever time is left hasn't leave me with much yearns to be social.

I'm sorry people, I'll socialize with all of you more in the future, I just need to get some time to be myself again.

1. Why did you join FA?
After looking at a video that was basically a slide of several drawings of animated animals and game characters, I wanted to know more of it and I followed a link to FA. At the begining I just watched was was going on in here. It took me several months to gather the courage to create my profile and join such a nice community. Is just that seeing how so many different people can gather together and feel like family and be so caring one to another, I couldn't resist to be a part of it.

2. What does your username have to do with you?
It is basically me. Vix has been a nickname I had since a kid, but since such name is used sometimes by other people I made it unique to me by adding something from a favorite anime of mine, so Vixmuyo was born and it defines me in mostly every place.

3. What is your current avatar of?
It is actually my first avatar and first drawing ever made in the furry fandom of my Panda fursona. It was done by the awesome  Knuxlight as a free icon on one of his firsts streams.

4. How many watchers do you have, and how many do you watch?
Hehehe I am a bit surprised I even have people watching me :P
I am watched by 150 people
and I watch 134 awesome artists and friends.

Nope, this is the only one.

Only five?? yikes.. There are so many great artists out there, but well...

 RrowdyBeast A.K.A.  UnshackledFenrir They way he has lived so many things in his life, and how he keeps himself down to earth and always so cool minded. His perspective of things is fresh and fullfilling.

8. Do you comment, fave, or both?
Probably more comments than faves. I only fave what touches some of my most precious feelings, when I love a lot of art from and atrist I just watch them, so I know where to get every piece of art that I like. As for comments, a long time ago I commented much more, now I only do so when I really want to make a point or to share a thought with friends.

9. What do you typically post on FA?
Since I'm no artist, my posts are the few commisions I get and mostly pics of me at conventions and such.

A couple of hours, mostly at night to check journals and submissions.

I am normaly not asked much so nothing I guess.

Well a little bit offended/frustrated when someone mentioned in one of my submissions that I reminded this person of Gaston from Beauty and the Beast >.<;; .

16. What/who inspires you?
I'm inspired by beauty, by different kinds of feelings and emotions. Anything that makes my mind float around in wonderful worlds and situations. Softness, power, lust, innocence.. so many things. As for who, some people close to me that means a lot.

17. Everyone has considered leaving FA once or twice. Have you? Why?
Never, I still feel FA to be my home. Sure it lacks many things and drama is always around, but is not the functionality in a web site what keeps me here, is the people and that feeling of belonging that will never go away..

Hi Everyone, I have been going through this idea on my head for the past couple of days, so I decided to try it out and see how this experiment goes.

I would like to know a bit more about my friends and watchers and learn what things go through their minds. This might be similar if not the same as many memes around so I apologize in advance if this is something boring or something you might not want to read or do.

I know that I normally don't upload much, or even anything. But I thought it was about time for me to finally upload some pending pictures I wanted to show from the past 2 conventions.

Again, sorry and thanks for bearing with me.

I'll take this chance to give a brief summary of those conventions, this since I haven't so far due to lack of time in my life for many things due to work and other real life stuff going on.

Anthrocon was amazing!, I spend time with some friends and met a few others there. It was long days and lengthy nights, such few hours of sleep, but it was worth it. Most of the time I spent it with my friend  Makaio and  Eziel .

I took several pictures and mostly a lot of video, I enjoyed the dances every day and the main events. Also I had the chance to meet two of my favorite artists,  foxamoore and  alectorfencer who are really nice people and very talented.

I won't go into more details since I'm pretty sure people really doesn't like to read my journals or know how things went.

This month I went to IFC, since I'm local, and it was amazing, probably had more fun in such few days that I have done in a long time, probably even had the same or more fun that at Anthrocon. I hanged out with local friends and also my friend  Makaio , who stayed at my apartment.

I had such a blast playing the Cards Against Humanity game, I definitely need to buy myself a copy ^^

Too bad some people I expected to be there couldn't go, and some others didn't have the time to stay more time. But there will be more chances.. I hope...

Hi everyone

I think it is time to just get rid of the previous journal that occupies a lot of room in my profile page (and to be honest doesn't look too well to have such a drama journal up there), so what better way to do it that to write another journal :P

First of all, I want to thank all the people that reached out to me and gave me support with what happened in the last journal. I really appreciate it. Thanks ^^

As for what happened after, my friend and I talked about it and we went back to be friends again. Things are going well since then.

I am doing much better now. Also as you might figured it out, I had a very good and close friend of mine visiting me here at Indianapolis all the way from Chile. My friend Kattze ( Transylvanian on FA) came to spend a few days with me, and it was a great time ^^ Too bad she could not stay for a longer time (But... if things go well, she might visit again later in the year ^^).

Asides from all this, I have been busy with work (as usual or more than usual >.<) and things with life. So I apologize if I have been away for such a long time and haven't responded to people as I should and as you deserve. *Big Panda hugs to all* .. I'm Sooorrrryyy.

Plans for the rest of the year (if nothing bad happens) is to attend AnthroCon in July (Got my room, flight and SuperSponsor membership ready). Then IFC in August as a local fur, and finally MFF in November (got my room already, the rest will depend on how things flow).

So, as you can see I'm doing decently well ^^ can't complain much (except for the amount of work :P).

I rarely do journals, and the few I've done are related to important things in my life. Well this is something very important to me so this might be the best place to do so. Even though I might end up deleting it soon...



This has been a terrible week.... full of stupid bad decisions... and what's worst of all, its that not only I am feeling awful and in pain but I hurt someone important in my life.

I'm an idiot, I'm an ass, I'm a jerk.... I earned what I got, this feeling that is slowly eating me.. that has kept a pain in my chest, that up to now it prevents me from focusing in anything else but this.....

I'm not looking for forgiveness because I know too well that I don't deserve it, I think this is just a futile and hopeless attempt to get some of this pain out of my chest... maybe by writing my thoughts would make some of it go away...


I lost a friend this week... not just a friend, someone very special to me, someone that means a lot.. one of the few closest to me that my fingers in a simple hand would be more than enough to count... someone that brought me joy many many times, having that special bond that I looked for for quite some time now and finally found it.. or are least some of it... we spent hours enjoying nice times together.. I miss my friend...

Despite our good times, I sometimes said mean words to you, and each time that you got hurt, I felt pain. I never meant to hurt you.. I care for you a lot... I wanted to see you happy... I wanted to provide you with happiness, that made me happy... and every time I noticed I was starting to hurt you I tried to stop... I clenched my hands, I bit my arms or lips, anything to avoid your sadness.. but still... sometimes I did hurt you.. and I felt awful...

With time.. we had great moments... you let me have the best moments of my life... yet sometimes we hurt each other without knowing so... and I kept silent of my frustrations and pain trying not to hurt you with them, and so did you... until you exploded and told me... I tried to change... I really did... its is hard for me.... is my nature... that's what I do when I'm not watching myself, when I'm not restraining me.. I hurt people... and I hurt them bad... I'm so sorry for the times I made you cry.. I really am.. it kills me to see you suffer...

I know what we were, that was clear.. good friends... we were clear on that... and everything said was true and honest...

Time passed... up to this week... when again... I made some of the worst decisions in my life, all in a few hours... and I started to fear for your happiness ... I didn't want to hurt you yet again... but the stupid of me... the ass... the jerk... did it again... I hurt you bad... even worst than before... I felt like a lightning stroke me when you walked away.. I was in shock.. Here I was, doing it again...

I started thinking, getting several emotions at once... good, bad, worsts... I had a mix of feelings like never before... I blamed myself.. I infuriated myself... I thought... and thought....

You shouldn't have to put up with me.. you don't need someone hurting you... what kind of a friend am I... a bad one... you came to me to share something important, and what is the first thing I do... punch you in the face...you really could do better without me... So I kept thinking... I'll apologize... but what if I keep on doing this?...

I don't want to loose you... you are important to me.... but then again... I am going to loose you anyway.. no matter what... our time together is short... as much I want to stretch it... it is bound to happen... whether you go... or I go... it was never meant to last...

Then this brilliantly stupid idea came to my mind... the best way not to hurt you, is for you to not be around me... and then it happened... you talked to me... and I spilled this magnificent crap of idea.... and things started to go wrong... and the more you talked, the more bullshit I said... and it went downward fast... a part of me begged me to stop... it screamed me to stop... but I didn't stop...

I finally did it... this plan to save you from me hurting you... ended up hurting you the most of all... beyond the point of no return...

Why????? WHY??? WHY DID I DO SUCH A STUPID GODDAMN THING?!?!?!?!?! you begged me to stop, and yet I didn't... you told me I was blind... and yes I was.. you said I was a jerk.. and you couldn't be more correct...


You wanted a friend... you were happy... and you wanted more of that happy time at least for our remaining time... and I killed all that...I'm a monster..... I hate myself so much right now... I lost something beautiful... I'm hurt.. and you are so beyond limits..

I know I won't see you or hear from you again.. I completely earned that... I don't want your forgiveness because I don't deserve any of it.. I'm not excusing myself, I totally blew it...

All I want is to apologize for all the pain I caused you... I still hope that you find happiness and that you obtain all the things you are looking for (which I hope that I am wrong and he truly cares for you), because I still care a lot for you.. and I want you to be happy. That was it... the whole thing that night... is because I don't want him to break your heart... heck I don't want anyone to break your heart again (*sigh* as I did).


There.... I got it out.. it is out there.. even though you are not going to see this.. and even if you do.. is not like it will change anything but maybe hurt you again... That time of the year is getting closer and closer...

Yup, I am referring to my Birthday... it is going to be a week from today.

Years go by and I realize now that I am really getting old, It could be due to all the events that have happened during the past year, or the amount of work I have been having during the past 8 months, who knows... My moods are not the same as before, my health is not the same, the things I enjoyed are not the same. I look around in so many places and I see people having fun, enjoying life, spending beautiful moments with friends and loved ones. And I look back and notice all the things I never did, maybe because of fear, because I was a fool and thought I would do that later or because I was just plain lazy. Now doing some of those things has become harder or probably even impossible. Which leaves me with more and more voids in my heart and soul, and they tend to hurt.

Now.. almost a year older... I used to look forward for this day, but for the past years it became just another day more, or sometimes even the opposite, one day full of deceptions and frustrations.

So... what's coming up for this year.. I don't know.. A part of me wishes this to be a great day, with surprises that will bring me some of the joy I long for, but the other part of me just yells to me to avoid hoping for that to happen, because it will only bring more frustrations and sadness,

Let;s see how this goes... whatever happens.... happens...

This past year brought so many good and bad things, but overall it was a great experience, we should cherish and learn from everything that happens to us and to the people we know, either good or bad.

Take some time to look at yourselves, see where you are, and ponder where you want to be and how can you achieve that state of happiness you want, and do something about it, either through small steps or big steps, whatever works for you.

Try to enjoy a life with the fewer regrets as possible. Cause in the end, the one that will have that sum of regrets for what you did or missed to do is yourself. And to the one that you should account for your actions at the end, is you (Either if you are religious or not) because once you are good with yourself, no matter what comes next, you will be at peace, and nothing can beat that.

I wish you all a much much better time in the upcoming year and hopefully everything that you plan will come true. Enjoy the experiences and have the best time of your life ^^

I know this is very late but just now I gave myself some time to talk about my experience at MFF 2012.


This year MFF is probably the best con I have been so far (not that I have gone to that many conventions though), unlike the previous ones, I spent most of the time hanging around with friends and meeting new awesome people.


I arrived on Thursday noon by plane to Chicago and then headed to the Crown Plaza hotel where I stayed only for that day. After that I went to the main hotel to spend some time with my friend  rikkulion and his roomates  ashdavarfox ,  expandranon and  demuto. Also I met  arctacia who became my roomate for the rest of the convention.


The following day I checked out from the Crown Plaza and checked in to the main hotel at the Hyatt, and went to Rikku's room where we were joined by  hotrodwolf and his mate  morphydarkstone and also met  foxloverh who flew by himself to the convention (isn't that cool?)


I have to say it was awesome to spend time with all of them, it really made the convention fun.


Most of the time of the convention I roamed around with them and also got the chance to meet other people that I know from FA as well as people that I have met before at other cons. I got the pleasure to meet with  kwipper ,  DMK ,  Knuxlight (who is going to do a sketch of my panda ^^),  pandez ,  gillpanda ,  maximus-ursus ,  fennechelix and some others whos names just slip my mind right now, but trust me I enjoyed meeting you all.


On Saturday I watched and filmed the fursuit parade, and after it, I got to watch and film the making of  revit music video featuring  dancingduke and so many other fursuiters. it was very cool to see all of it ^^


On Sunday a cool thing, was to go out on a small trip to McDonalds with Rikku and Arctacia on fursuits (Rikku was using a suit during the whole convention, which was made from  bycats4cats by Snap E. Tiger for his mate Thor) along with Hotrod and his mate Morphy. It was so cool to see people reactions at the fursuiters, they kept asking about what we were doing and taking lots of pictures. Also many of the cars that were driving by honked to us to say hi. Even when crossing streets we had an audience on their cars waving and saying hi. It really was a nice experience ^^


Returning form the trip we went to see Closing Ceremonies, which it was amazing, the ammount of money raised for the charity it was mind blowing, and seeing the faces and reactions of the ladies from the animal shelter hearing all the news it was just priceless, if anyone has a video of all of it, I would love to have a copy, personally I think people in the media should see what happened that night and how furries helped and accepted people from outside of the fandom with such warm and such friendly attitude, including the people that work at the main hotel, this fandom really is powerful.


That same night I got to meet and enjoy a nice chat with  racehorse56 at the main hotel bar. He really made up my night, thanks a lot for being so friendly, and for telling me about the amazing things going in your life ^^


On Monday I had to say goodbye to the people I met on the convention and stayed around a bit until it was time for my flight back to Indianapolis in the afternoon.


Definitely going back next year, it has been one heck of a good experience ^^

Sorry for taking so long to post something about FurFright.. but truth is that work has been keeping me really busy lately and I have barely had time to adjust to Indianapolis and pending things.

FurFright was really cool, with so many furries running around here and there. I got the chance to see lots of fursuiters and to attend a couple of panels. As many people told me so far, I believe that attending a furry convention like this one as a first time convention is a good thing. Since it tends to be very friendly due to its rather small size.

I traveled to Washington to meet up with  Furio , where he allowed me to stay at his place before driving together to FurFright, we had a nice time time and got some time to chat. After driving for 7 hours we arrived at Cromwell Connecticut and checked in at the overflow hotel. Later on we went to the main hotel and wandered around for a while, Furio met up with some good friends of him and I got to meet  Grisser and  Yara , I had a nice time tagging along with them and end up having a badge done by Grisser ^^, just hope they didn't thought of me as a bother or annoyance. anyways, I enjoyed it.

The next day the awesome  Mizers joined Furio and myself to be our roommate and we attended the convention during the following days. I took a couple of pictures and videos. Also bought a couple of things in the Dealers Dungeon where I met one of my favorite artists  Rukis from which I got a badge too ^^

Days went by and I saw many nice things at FurFright. Then Furio and I gave Mizers a ride back home and we continued back to Washington where I stayed one more day at furio's appartment and got to visit some national monuments at Washington D.C. (I got to see the brand new Martin Luther King monument!). Then finally I took my plane back to Indy.

So, if everything goes fine, I'm planning on attending Anthrocon next year to see the BIG one by myself ^^ (And most probably Indy Fur Con also next year since I'm going to be actually local.. if I'm still needed here at work by that time that is).

Here are some videos I took with my new cellphone during FurFright, I have the opening and closing ceremonies on film, but those are really long and heavy, and would not like to burden you with so much, hehe. So here are the 2 Fursuit Parades that were done at the convention in two separate ocations, if you are interested and didn't had the chance to see any of them. Hey there ^^

I'm making a journal (since I barely ever update my page, and probably lots of people think this is an empty account or something.. hehe... but I assure you.. it is not :P). to let people know about a few new things going on in my life.

First, after lots of months of planning, attempts and unfortunate events. finally... I'm here in the United States of America.. to be more precise, I'm at Indianapolis, IN. The reason for this, well... my company is relocating me to this city to work at one of our customers offices until the work is finished. As of now, the plan is that I'll be here for at least a year (until September 2012) and after that we will see if there is a need for me to stay longer or not (right now my working visa is approved until June 2014 :P) cause the contract that our customer signed with my company is for 3 years. So let's see what happens between now and then ^^

It would be nice to meet some furrys around here, specially if someone has heard of me at least.. hehe.. well.. just to be able to hang out with someone every now and then would be great, since I'm here all by myself.

Now for the second part of the news... I'm going to FurFright this year!!!!! Yeay!!!!!!!!! My first Furry Con ever!!!! I'm so excited and have so many expectations of how it is going to be.. if I'll be able to meet people I've seen here at FA. Maybe some of the popular artists that I watch will be there ^^

I'm going to FurFright with two dear friends of mine, and will actually meet them for the first time in person ^^. The lovable and nice  Furio and the awsome and sexy  Mizers ^^.

We are going to be staying at the Super 8 hotel near FurFright, since the main hotel was all filled up when I tried to do my reservations some months ago... but that's ok, the important thing is that we are going to attend FurFright ^^

Furio will do an Alice in Wonderland panel and he will direct a Just Dance tournament, in case you want to join them ^^ (I sure will). And Mizers will try to get a spot on the artist alley, just in case some of you want to go there and get a drawing from her ^^

As for myself, I'll be wandering around trying to enjoy everything that the convention has to offer ^^. Btw.. I'm thinking about taking my wonderful and fearsome Killer Panda plush with me ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4533175/ )... what do you people think about it?? Would you like to see it in person?? Hehehe.. It's so huggable ^^

1.- I've had long hair for quite a few years now, I think since the end of High School, hmm...so that makes... about 18 years now... maybe a bit more.. I never really liked how I look with short hair, I look too geeky.. too goody.. can't stand it.
2.- Music is really important to me, it lets me channel my inner emotions. When I hear music I can't help but to move along with it and got the urge to sing along if possible.
3.- Odd enough, I don't dance at all, never did or wanted to. I guess I'm pretty much scared of looking stupid (which I'm pretty should will happen due to my physique and my stiffness). Even when I'm all alone I don't dance, but my body sure wants to. hehe.
4.- I lack a lot on discipline, which is weird for someone that its very picky about things, for someone that likes order and focuses a lot on details. It's really hard for me to stay on something until the end of it, I get bored with things too soon.
5.- I have a tendency to always think about opossite things. Go against what people normaly do/think/say.
6.- My mind is a constant battlefield. Always thinking ahead, all the possibilities, pros, cons, always recreating scenarios over and over again. All the ways to help and to hurt people, take advantage of situations, seeking the best path, fighting over chaos and law, morals and ethics. But.. sometimes it is quite amusing to see how I get to convince myself with a series of in depth arguments about some situation.
7.- Even though I was born in Mexico, I don't feel much of a mexican. My parents are from Argentina, my grandparents and great grandparents are from Spain and Italy. I've always felt more as a free person, not really bound to a country. And I would love to see lots of places and find a place I could feel my own.
8.- Speaking of countries, When I was a kid I never thought I would live to see other countries anymore than what you see on TV. Then as soon as I got my job at IBM in a matter of 4 years I traveled and visited Belgium, Netherlands, France, a bit of Germany, the city of Toronto in Canada and finally lived in Los Angeles for 10 months. I'm so hoping I get to see other places that I would love to visit.. such as Japan or Greece.
9.- I'm really a boring person. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I don't dance, I don't do excercise. In conversations I either barely talk or if the right buttons are pushed I can't stop talking and get too cocky and know it all. Hmm.. I do play video games and I'm fairly sure I'm good at them or at least I like to think that way.
10.- I feel obliged to say this, cause many people don't seem to notice it... but.. I do take EVERYTHING seriously, even jokes, even when people tease or fool around. I understand when people joke around and I try to tag along, laugh, have a good time if possible, but every word I say is serious, even my jokes. And every word people say I do take it seriously, no matter if it was a non important comment to many. And before anyone says something, yeah i've been told way too many times that I should lighten up and change... I've tried, but it is my nature, it is hard... I keep trying though, but thanks in advance if you thought about commenting this to me, even if it doesn't seem so, I do apreciate it.

Well, another year has come, and here it is, another Birthday.

This time of the year has brought me many emotions along the years, and in the last ones, it was basically depression. Just a gently reminder of how from all the people i know, just a few of them trully cared to remembered what this day means to me.

I'm not going to lie, i really though this year was going to be just like all the others in the past. just another day more (well, not even that, since i tend to get depresed on this day more than any regular day, and probably cause i assume people will actually dedicate a bit of time to let me know i mean something in their lives). buuuuut... i received something today.

I went to work with the almost lost hope that people would remember and cared that it was my birthday and would actually do something for me. Well even though i already had it planned a few days before. A co-worker asked yesterday afternoon if i was going to go to the office today, meaning, i figured someone wanted to bring a cake or something for me, since noone ever asks if i'm going to the office or not, hehe. So, off to the office i went.

After some hours and with pending things at work, time passed. And my hope was diminishing and the small voice in my head kept saying "Told you, its just like all the years". When near noon a group of co-workers came along with a cake and started singing Happy Birthday to me. I was puzzled, even tough i imagined something might happen, i really wasn't expecting that they would do it. And there they were, like 20 people from work, all there. (yeah yeah, i know how things work out in the office in regards of birthdays, someone organizes it and send a bunch of mails to the others to make sure that even people who you might know or not goes to someone's birthday, and many go for the cake :P). Inspite of all that, what trully surprised me, is that they actually did it for me. And that many people whom i haven't seen in some time and most of the people i know were there. They took the time to be with me. And if my memory doesn't fail me. The last time i got a cake and people to celebrate my birthday at the office was.... over 6 years ago. This is what got me off guard... why now..? why the year i finally surrendered all hope and decided not to be depressed for not having people caring for me?.

It made me smile some, to finally be at least taken in account sometime. (Is not that noone never ever thinks of me or like i don't have friends at all, don't get me wrong. I do know people care for me and i got friends... is just that, it started to seem that people was happy to be with me when i went to them, but noone ever took the time or desire to look for me, or to remember days like this for me).

This year has given me a bit more hope on people. People came to say hi, wish me a happy birthday. i got a few messages on the phone. It was much better than others.

It hasn't ended yet, although i'm pretty sure that will be it, the only thing left i guess is to have dinner with my familly and enjoy another cake, and that's it for my day.

I feel weird.. I'm not bitter or depressed on this day, not everjoyed either hehe.. but it is a decently nice feeling. I guess it was a good day ^^

Hehehe, i was about to apologize as usual for the long note, but who am i kidding, i'd be amazed if one or two people even read this journal. So, what the heck. Happy Birthday to me ^^, hopefully things might change someday.
