BIG ANOUNCEMENT
I'll be on hiatus for all of September and a good portion of October.
All open YCH slots will be "frozen" and comms will be closed.
I just have too much on my plate right now, both good and bad. Sadly art and streams were deemed the lowest priority at this stage. I luckily have two YCH sets to post later tonight, but that is all I have for now. When I come back I will be working through a backlog of gift arts. I will also be spending some of the free time while on hiatus to update my streaming software, ToS, YCH disclaimers, and build a few templates for posts.
For those I'll be seeing next week at SAFC, I can't wait to give you all hugs. I hope we can make even more memories this year XP
On a final note, I am sincerely grateful to everyone that has played a part in making the last batch of YCHs so successful. I appreciate every like, share, comment and shoutout, I wouldn't be able to do some of the stuff I'm working on without everyone's support. Thank you 🫂💙❤️💙!!

update on absence

Sorry for the absence / quietness as of late. Life has been super busy and work very stressful, so my weekends have been used just to recover from the week enough to slow down burn out.
but yeah ... this has impacted my drive to create ALOT, be that content (streaming) or art.
I know I should take leave from work and recover properly and I intend to do so soon enough. For now though ... I'm taking a nap XD

Heyo!! Update time!!

Big life update : As many of you know, I started my first job this week! While I'm excited about this new chapter, I'm going through some adjustments - mainly that I'm pretty much drained by the end of each workday. Don't worry though, I know this will get better as I adapt to the new routine!
Now for the stuff you're probably most curious about:
🎨ART : Don't panic! I'm absolutely not stopping art - I'd honestly go crazy if I did! 😆 However, I'll need to scale back a bit since my free time is more limited now. You'll still see commissions and YCHs pop up alternately to keep things interesting.
🎥 STREAMIN[color=#1A0EE1]G[/color] : December's going to be a bit tricky with the holidays and family visits, so I'm pressing pause on streams until January. Silver lining: this gives me time to fix all the technical hiccups in my setup!
I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support throughout this journey. I genuinely wouldn't be where I am today without this amazing community. You all mean the world to me! *sends biggest virtual hugs* 🤗lil update

No stream on Tuesday (03-09-2024) as I have a interview scheduled for the next morning and need to prepare. As well as no stream on 13 September as I will be at SAFC 2024.

Posted a year agoI was at an event hosted by my uni where we, the students, could talk with and gauge which companies we would like to work with for our internship/certification year.

One company reached out to me before I could reach out to them and they want to schedule an interview. And I seem to only be one of six candidates.

Should I get the job, I will have to move into an industrial area and art will be put on an hold until I can find my bearings again.

Posted a year agoI'll be moving to another province at the end of May. This will naturally mean that Ill be absent for a while, while I get everything settled.
This is going to be rough for me as Ive lived in my current house for all of my conscious life. Not to mention that my classes will be switched to online and Ill be losing many local furry friends.
The place Ill be moving to is very rural for my city bum xD The closes proper town is 40min drive away. Needless to say internet/wifi will be an issue as the area doesnt have a fibre link and is barely within a Fixed LTE zone. Sadly streams might be impacted.
Because of these Ill have to open my comms sooner than I wanted, tonight to be exact, and start filling them as soon as my exams are finished.
Stay safe, cute and hydrated everyone!

2 week hiatus
Posted 2 years agofor the next 2 weeks (ending 1 dec 2023) ill be unreachable and not working on any art. If art is being posted on any of my accounts its a scheduled post.
I will be getting ready and writing exams. December 1st is the day Im writing my last exam for this year and after that Ill be back at constant drawing and playing of video games XP

I feel that I should ask this while I don't have alot of watchers. So the question, What would you prefer, I post everything (sketches and many WIPs along the way) and the Final Piece; OR, just post the Final Piece?
I like posting the WIP's as it shows my way of doing things, but I do also understand that it can get on some peoples nerves.
Anywho, thank you for reading!

I'll be changing my ref soon™. Vladzight as is feels like too complex of a design and has little to no "lore" behind the design.
For a few months I've been working on the lore part. I'm writing Vlad's lore as a DnD backstory for a PC. (If any of you want to read it and possibly give some constructive criticism, I will post it)
The redesign will have Vlad's background in mind and I will try and simplify the design ALOT! Furthermore, even though Vladzight is by all accounts a DnD character, like DnD he won't be set in a specific timeline or universe XD
