Kavik is Under My Ownership

So I have recently reclaimed Kavik although his rights never left me.
If you see him anywhere else someone else, they received a stolen character.
I still retained all rights over him since the artist failed to deliver their half of the trade.
Artist agreed to release Kavik back to me the rightful owner.
Simply put:
Artist offered me art and a design for Kavik.
Artist failed to produce artwork.
Agreement void since unfulfilled terms.
Kavik remains mine.
The Artist design remains theirs.

So I did a trade for one of my characters to a FA artist who's part of their
trade was a character + art and it's been OVER a YEAR and a half since
the trade was made and still never got art. Mind you I have waited
longer for art but I mean over a year is pushing it for anyone. : /
I'm not sure if I would be able to do an A_B in regards to this artist
since they ignored my Note about it and also have been posting on
FA actively, latest post from them just being within the last hour or so.
Advice? @n@
I mean part of my seeing it from a business aspect:
They are a customer that never 'paid' for the 'product' and just walked out.
Their art was to be the 'payment' and my character the 'product' as a few people
advised me. I have been advised to make a A_B as well if the artist is unresponsive.
I have take screenshots of the orignal Note chain and also the recent note I sent
and also a recent shout I did.
Would it be wrong to finally take my character back since they NEVER completed
their half of the trade (I still have the original files) and told them they
could keep their character?

So yeah, for those wondering why I haven't been really
active past couple of nights on SecondLife and Skype. . .
I'm kinda stressing. The full amount I'm in debt is $923USD.
I'm trying to get fees removed because my bank royally
fucked up my account. Proof for those who need it.
I'm just. . . Overwelmed at the moment, like I'm suffocating.

off. I currently have my PS3 250GB and 2 controllers up for
sale for $250.00 with a ton of games including Payday 2,
Borderlands 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Soul Caliber IV, Hitman

I also have 2 Balljointed Dolls up for sale and reducing them

So me and 
LoneFiltiarn are cleaning and organizing the
living hell out of the house today. Also reset my laptop to
factory setting and re-installing some programs ath the
moment. I'm thinking of making my laptop just for commissions
and travel. I used to use it for gaming but . . . Honestly my
desktop has a waaaay better graphics card. lol
Found a LOT of art supplies I forgot I had. So I might do some
traditional art freebies later today or tonight, so keep an eye
out for a journal!
Also I have a ton of old characters I'm selling. If anyone buys one
tonight I'll be throwing in a freebie sketch.

Okay I'm actually curious on this one. . .
How many of you are interested in the
Canon story with Kuu-chan? I was either
thinking of writing up the story or do a
comic if it got enough interest. X3
For a comic I'd probably do it as a donation
comic where a new page gets done after
$xx.00 gets donated. I'd also like to do
guest artist as well. I'd start at either
doing a new B&W page every $5 donated
or flat color every $10 donated. Every
chapter completed would have an Omake
bonus comic in between.
I was also thinking of holding auctions
for people to appear in the comic as special
guests. How many pages/chapters the
guest would go by how high a tier the
auction goes to.

*weezes* FINALLY got my tablet to work again. For
some stupid reason every time I tried to draw it kept
randomly zooming in or loosing the pressure and
kept trying to spazz out n me. ╥_╥ I've had this tablet
for about 3 years now. . . Maybe it's finally time to get
a new one?
Anyone out there know of any good tablets that are
currently out there? I'd be looking to spend under
$150 for one.
Now off to finish one more commission and to do some
experimental art to try a new style. Trying digital painting.

Renaming your Fursona?

I'm not renaming Void just yet but. . . The original origin of
Void's name came from my sever depression.
Has anyone ever done this? I was mainly thinking of changing
Void's name to be more of a nickname.
Originally when I designed Void I had used her name as Nacht
Voidheart. Void for short.
Void is also her English name.
Void's name is actually Kū or Kuu.
Some of the meaning is depressing but the spiritual meaning
is what still draws me to the name.
So I may just called Void by her Rōmaji spelling, Kū or Kuu.
I'm more partial to the longer Kuu.
Japanese Meanings
Rōmaji: Kū, Kuu Kanji: 空 Hiragana: くう
Verb:
(vulgar) to eat; to make a living; to tease, to make
light of; to bite or sting
Noun:
Sky
Empty air
Shunya
Meaninglessness

Health
So my eyes are doing much better! I had to do
the treatment over two days but DAMN! The difference
is soo noticeable. I didn't wake up with my eyes in
pain this morning.
Also started part of my personal counseling. A family
member has a friend that was willing to speak with me
and help me with much need topics such as how I view
myself, my past self harm, current mental state/issues,
and other topics I currently won't get into.
Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive
the past month! ;3; I will still be raising money if
I need to be put on any needed medications.

So happy at the fact I found how many furs live by me!
I already knew two from the Walmart I used to work
at before going to a new job, and a thired just learning
about the furry community. That's who Filtiarn belongs to.

MIDWEST FURFEST 2014!

IRL|| Eyes Update

So after having problems with my eyes for two weeks and talking allergy eyedrops
and meds with nothing working, I finally found out what is wrong with my eyes!
I found out I have Blepharitis, which I am able to do a easy self treatment of!
Apparently it was caused from all the cleaning at home I've been doing and
getting dust in my eyes and stress induced hormone imbalance that effected my eye glands.
So I'm doing the treatment today and see how that goes so I can get back to all
the free arts and draw a name tonight.
