I'm dying to get to my dream pet goal as I really want to start designing a character but their name will reflect their design and personality.
So I'm looking to trade up to a uc grey kyrii. The two UCs I have are not up for trade as they are permanent pets.
So I'm trying to trade up from Frozin the zombie draik, Udio the darigan draik and Biocidal. I also got Xekai the white draik and that unfortunately about it. So I'm trying to break into uc trading. I think once I break out my laptop again I'm going to start doing a lot more personal art in between commissions. I have the strongest urge to draw Billy Joe cobra. I also need to draw some art of me and my love. I haven't drawn us in a really long time and it's mostly because of well.... The gender stuff. And Jib isn't... Well for lack of a better word, he isn't gay or even bi. So I've been reluctant to draw us because I'm not sure how he will feel about it.
Also pertaining to that, I'm not sure what he will call me (other than. Volty) and if he doesn't want to call me his boyfriend even on here that is fine. Just so everyone knows. It doesn't make me any less male. Hehe I'm all giddy saying that. I guess considering he still loves me and is with me despite all this I wonder if this makes him pansexual.
I'm thinking too much.
Anyway I feel like I don't draw nearly enough for myself and that might be part of the reason I've been so stressed out. I got a lot of stuff I need to do both recent and I'm not gonna lie, I've got some pretty old commissions from back when I lived in Michigan. I accepted way too many commissions trying to get home and I lost track of them and more seem to keep popping up that I wasn't aware of. I don't intend to ever let this kind of thing happen again but I'm picking up the pieces. It stresses me out every time I even think about the stuff I still need to do so please bare with me.

The last year has really been big for me coming to terms with who I am. My gender identity is something I've struggled with my entire life. I've always known but was in denial about it because the world around me treated me like I was as girl as girl could get no matter how I dressed or what I was interested in. No one ever really got to know me. When I was little I loved hot wheels but no one ever got me any. I was always given barbies and princess toys meanwhile my brother got all the cool toys. He shared his toys with me thankfully but it didn't make it any less hurtful that no one really undertood me.
I do remember the first toy I got that I truly truly enjoyed. My mom's best friend got me a toy t Rex from Jurassic park. It was remote controlled and could walk and roar. It became my favorite toy and it gave me hope. I was devastated when her son sat on it and broke it...
In my teenage years I dressed boyish, never wore makeup, but didn't really wish I were a boy anymore. I would occasionally think about it but I shoved those thoughts to the back of my mind. I much prefer men and I was actively dating and it didn't make sense to me that I would want to be male but I like men. It is so much easier to date when you are the opposite gender. But it isn't me and none of the guys I dated would accept me for who I really am. At the time it seemed more important to me. But mid last year I finally put a stop to this inner war going on. I realized I am a guy mentally and I don't have to fight it. I kept it on the down low fir awhile in fear for how people would react and kind of told the people closest to me slowly and made the change online. It's been a pretty big journey for me so far and it's only just begun. I'm going to look into getting a therapist not only so I can see about getting testosterone treatment eventually but also so I can get help about other issues like my adhd and anxiety. And of course I need to make sure this is right for me. I don't ever plan to get bottom surgery for sure. As much aa I wish I could have the parts its bad enough I will probably be sticking a big ass needle in my leg entry week for the rest of my life. I do NOT like needles.
I'm also pissed because I read some stuff about ftms just being body mod extremists. I Won't EVEN GET TATTOOS OR PIERCINGS! It's definitely not about body nod, holy shit some people are so ridiculous. And one guy posted a picture of his top surgery (gone wrong) and these fucking assholes were calling him a girl saying shit like I can't believe this young girl would do this to herself. He is a guy!!!!!!! It's just so aggravating.... Also stuff was said that only cancer patients should have their breasts surgically removed and that it's fucked up that we would remove them when so many girls wish they could keep theirs or can't afford the surgery. It's not like I don't care about women with breast cancer, my mum's best friend is a breast cancer survivor. She actually has one fake breast that looks totally normal (not sure about under the clothes of course).
It just.... Really pisses me off. Might delete this journal...

That took WAY longer than I thought it would. Three hours and by the end there were only three people left aside from myself. So next time is gonna be a much shorter game. I'm not sure what the person whose FA is that won so I'm waiting on their note to claim their prize xD

I WILL be doing this again but like I said, won't be as long next time. And I'll probably only accept maybe 8 people. I don't know, I'll figure it out.

Why is life so expensive...$30 gets you freaking nothing at the store. My mom just got paid on Thursday and it's all already gone because of bills. We have even more to pay because the bankruptcy didn't go through and everything it took off is added back on now. So we have to live off of whatever I make for the next two weeks and then we get to do it all over again only a couple days after that. I'm so stressed out and I'm terrified I'm going to burn out and not be able to draw and then we will have to start pawning stuff and we don't have too much of value.

I'll probably delete this soon I'm just so stressed out and talking about it calms me down a little bit. I also apparently don't know how to keep private matters private. I just don't know what to do and we had to move cause or old house was going to be foreclosed and moving was ridiculously expensive. We also had a ridiculously high electric bill and we can't figure out why.

Just wanted to say that I'm still holding that contest, I'm sorry for lack of replies just been really busy. I will be updating it and making a submission featuring it and announcing a deadline as well as tweaking other info.

Alright so as a lot of you know I'm making a second fursona. He is a ferret with natural colors. I like the designs I came up with but I want this design to be PERFECT so I figured maybe you guys could come up with something better!!!

So yea basically all you gotta do is take my ferret lineart and color it.

Rules:
The design must be natural colors and must look ferret like
Unusual eye/nose/flesh colors are preferred
Do NOT steal anyone's designs
You CAN draw your own ferret if you would like but there are no bonus points for it

Details:
-You can submit as many designs as you would like
-Signal boosting this journal is NOT required but is of course appreciated
-I may want to combine multiple designs in the end and in that situation they are each winners
-Designs that did not win can be sold by their owners as I do not require that I keep them or anything
-The design(s) that I choose however would belong to me but I will of course give credit to the design makers whenever anyone asks and for the first few submissions of the character (I will never claim to have created the design)

So yea....I made a new icon and I tried my hand at wiggle animation. Its NOT fun. Its very tedious and stressful. I mean I'm likely to do animation occasionally but NOT in color holy fudge. I had to color the same picture quite a few times.
I say that now but just wait....I'll probably end up delving more and more into animation....

Terms of Service

This terms of service also applies to normal commission as well

In order to get a PWYW commission you must express your interest in the stream and you will be put on a list
This list is the order in which I will be drawing the commissions
I occasionally will ask if anyone wants on this list but it is your responsibility to tell me. If you do not feel comfortable asking me in the stream you may send a note with an appropriate title*.

Upon getting to your commission I will ask you what expression, pose and the specifics of what you want. Please have these prepared.
I will ask you to pay when I am nearing the end of the current picture to keep things running smoothly.
There is a $5 minimum

I do not do sketches or colored sketches unless the buyer specifically wants these things. Otherwise all pictures will be lined and colored.

I reserve the right to stop the stream at any given moment for any reason regardless of how many people are on the list or how far into a picture I am working on. In this case I will continue where I left off in the next stream. And the people still on the list will have priority*.
If anyone on the list leaves the stream they will be skipped but will have priority* when they return. This is to keep the stream flowing.
There will be a limited amount of slots in each stream and it will be first come first serve. This is to ensure that the list does not carry on over the next so many streams so everyone has a fair chance.

The commissioner does not HAVE to be in the stream for me to work on their picture but it is preferred. If they request otherwise I can work on their picture as a normal commission and send WIPs for approval by note.

I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any point in time and issue a partial refund.
The amount of the partial refund depends on how much work is complete. If any more then 10% of the commission is finished than a full refund can not be issued.
The amount of the partial refund is entirely up to myself

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.

An appropriate title would be one that briefly describes the note
When a person has priority their commission will be next regardless of who is next in line.

REQUESTING STREAMS

If you want me to stream at a certain day or time send me a note and I'll try to stream on that occasion. I will let you know ahead of time if I can not.


PRIVATE STREAMS

I will be offering private streams where you can pay for a certain amount of hours of art. These have to be on days where I know I will not be interrupted. These can either be public or private and are still PWYW but I can choose to decline if I feel the offer is too little for the amount of time the buyer wants.
