The paradox of tolerance is that intolerance can't be tolerated. If you're okay with throwing minorities under the bus because you think trump will make eggs cheaper at the grocery store with a wave of his magic business wand, then you deserve to be ostracized, shunned, marginalized, and frankly, much worse.

It probably goes without saying but I'll say it anyway to make it perfectly clear: I don't want anything to do with fascists. Republicans are unwelcome here.

I know these kinds of journals are common and everyone is probably getting tired of seeing their like, but I want everyone to know that I don't abide that shit and that being neutral on the "is fascism okay y/n?" question is not an option.

I finished it last night in one sitting, it was a bit shorter than I was expecting. I really loved the first 2/3 or so of it but then it took a huge swerve and suddenly dropped most of the elements that I liked.

Also before even beginning to get into the themes and implications of what the story means, can someone tell me the basic surface level details of what happened in the ending? I feel like I missed something or a lot of important exposition got cut for time or something like that. I wanted to keep enjoying it like I loved all the dialog and snooping around in the first part of the game but then it seemed like it turned into a bunch of unfocused rambling about the nature of the self that I was too tired to really follow along with.

Hey, I wanted to ask you all about a potentially sensitive subject regarding kinky stuff.

I've got an idea for a comic sequence in mind with my usual weight gain shenanigans involved, but it would be a little bit darker than my typical stuff. It involves a character that's basically kidnapped and forcefed, and I didn't think too much of it until I realized the implications of it being a nonconsensual scenario. (It's something that I wish would happen to me, but that might not be relevant here.)

I don't want to focus on the terror of the situation or get too real with it because I don't like that part, but also more importantly I don't want to trigger any relived trauma for people who have gone through terrible things in real life.

I just have a kind of fantasy for this sort of thing happening to me and want to share a fictional comic story along those lines, but I started second guessing myself when I considered the implications.

So my question for everybody: is it alright to go ahead and illustrate a story like that or is this something I should just set aside and not do?
