I want to practice drawing more animals so I thought it might be fun to make a list of animals and draw a different one each day for the month of December.

please give me links to character reffs on this journal. i just wanna draw but i feel aimless soooo i figured sketching other peoples awesome charaters would be a good way to get the art gears in action.

one character per person, unless your giving me a reff for one of your characters and a reff for someone else's character. surprise art for others is always cool with me.

yes: tell me your characters personality if you want.

no: don't tell me you want me to draw Jill doing jumping jacks while sky diving and making out with a horse. I just want characters to draw not something complicated. if you were hoping for something specific i am open for commissions.

remember last year when i was gonna draw a bunch of ghost pokemon for the month of october but i only got to day 11? This year i picked it up where i left off on the 12th of October and i have been drawing ghost pokemon each day since.

I was watching some of my friends doing pay what you want streaming and I really like the idea.

I didn't get the tests he needed done because i didn't have enough for them. this includes general blood work for well being and tying to find out what is causing his heart murmur. i did have enough to pay his visit though so i wanted to thank Taliesin for commissioning me.
turns Tobey's out his ears were worse off than originally thought because now that some of the wax is gone it was discovered his eardrums are ruptured in addition to the tumors we already knew about.
Toby has another vet appointment on December second so i will have till then to raise money for him.

I have a spot in the artist ally for all three days. you can find me by looking for the color orange. i plan to wear my orange bandana.

what will i be doing there? hip up character commissions. :3 sketches done with watercolor pencils, coloring with copics and details pencil and gell pen. maybe even sparkle markers.
How much? prices 10 monies for a sketch, 15 for flat color and 20 for more detailed color

I wanted to thank the people who commented on my last journal.

I have decided that I will draw my commission examples using character references given to me by those people as my thanks.
I will draw something for the first four people who post a reference here.
I will decide what type of commission example to draw. so that means of the four people whose references I use, one receives a sketch, one receives a line art, one receives a flat color picture, and one receives a full color picture.
this is only for the people who have commented on my last journal.
after I finish the example I will open up commissions

Shaded 30$
additional character +5$

These are the prices I came up with last night after a long chat with some close friends of mine. I will probably kick myself for this decision later but these prices will NOT vary with character complexity.

i don't have examples yet, but i was thinking i could start off with dirt cheap commissions to use as examples for each.

I just recently got a paypal so I was thinking of trying to do commissions. it wouldn't be anything too fancy, just 600X600 sketches on the computer.
if I get comfortable enough I might try doing line art and coloring.

Additional characters would be $3 extra.

What I will and wont draw:
I like to think I'm pretty open about what I will draw so all you have to do is ask.I am most comfortable drawing pokemon, animals and anthros. I wont draw porn and I am afraid of fetishes. I also have trouble drawing existing characters interacting with original characters. what I mean by existing characters is a character from anime or game. pokemon don't count.

Payment:
you can pay before or after i sketch but you wont see the finished sketch until i receive payment.
If you decide to pay after I sketch, I will let you know when its done and then email it to you once I receive payment

Other info:
*I would prefer you had a picture reference, but I am willing to work from a detailed description. If you want me to work from a description I would suggest payment first so I can work more closely with you.
*I usually sketch in blue with a white background but that is easy to change if you ask.
*all finished pieces will be posted here of FA unless I am asked not to
*if you have a certain style in mind let me know, otherwise you leave it up to me
