I've been thinking.
Posted 3 months agoWhat if there was a version of Story of My Life from Shrek: The Musical, but starred Warner Bros. characters complaining about Zaslav's actions?
Here's a line from it.
(The original from the musical)
Mad Hatter
They ridiculed my hat!
Three Little Pigs
They said that we were fat!
Big Bad Wolf
They tore my cotton granny dress, and called me a hot and (T-slur) mess!
(The new version)
Mordecai and Rigby
He took our show off Max!
Batgirl, Gary Goodspeed and Josh Singleton
He wrote us off for tax!
Victor Van Dort
He said stop-motion was a chore, so they don't make films like mine anymore!
What do you think?

I used to consider this term offensive.
Posted 3 months agoYou know, I used to consider the term "gringo" offensive to my kind (I'm a white United States citizen).
But now, I realize that's just what Latinos call people from The United States.
Or in Brazil, people from any different country, even the ones that are part of Latin America.

I'm giving my series Retrodawg a makeover.
Posted 4 months agoI've decided to sort of give my series Retrodawg a makeover.
The overall design of the series will now be a combination of Y2K Futuristic and Modern.
The series will still take place in the present day, complete with modern references, but the overall style of the town the characters live in looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. Touch-screen phones will still exist though, along with laptop computers.
Oscar Pittieman's design will still have the giant blue afro, but he will most likely be given a blue and silver puffy coat and a pair of headphones.
Whitey will now resemble a grunge singer, complete with a greasy shirt, and Vanilla will now wear a crop top, baggy pants, and drink lime slushies.

An idea of mine.
Posted 5 months agoIf my series Retrodawg ever got a comic adaption, the covers for the volumes would be homages to different movies from the 90s and 2000s.
One volume's artwork could be an homage to The Parent Trap (1998), while another could be a homage to Old Dogs (2009).
Hey, if Me & Roboco can have their volume covers be homages various Shonen Jump manga, Retrodawg could do something similar.

Fun fact about Inkenpaint City.
Posted 7 months agoWhen humans enter Inkenpaint City (the town Chappy and his friends live in), they need to undergo a transformation to become animated.
And when the humans in Chappy's world do become animated, they are rotoscoped, similar in appearance to all the characters in Ralph Bakshi's film American Pop.
Why? It's because if they were in their human form, they would stand out too much, and look unnatural. They need to blend in.

Fun fact about Thug Kitty.
Posted 8 months agoMy genres for my series Thug Kitty are a combination of hood, such as Don't Be a Menace, and urban, such as Downtown from MTV and Hey Arnold!
Gang violence, mixed with relaxing city life.

Something about RetroDawg.
Posted 8 months agoTBH, the title of my series RetroDawg can fit into the "I Am Not Shazam" trope.
The main character's name is NOT "RetroDawg". It's Oscar Pittieman.
The title refers to the fact that Oscar is obsessed with 90s and 2000s media.
Why is the title one word? IDK, I just felt like doing that.

A little lore about the RetroDawg universe.
Posted 8 months agoUnlike the real United Kingdom, where the pit bull dog breed is banned, the version of the UK in the RetroDawg universe does NOT have a ban on pit bulls.
I'm saying this because Oscar, the main character of RetroDawg, is a pit bull himself.

I think I have a crush on this character...
Posted 8 months agoI think my new favorite black-coded female animal character might be Bertha from Fritz the Cat…
I love sexy, fat black-coded animal characters, especially her! I also love her sassy personality!
But I would not want to have sex with her, since I'm still A-sexual, meaning I have no sexual desires.

Currently thinking...
Posted 8 months agoI'm currently imagining an episode of my series RetroDawg where Oscar, Whitey and Vanilla look after a baby without realizing it's a short criminal in disguise, a plot inspired by the 2006 film Little Man, which itself is a ripoff of the 1954 short Baby Buggy Bunny.
If Bunny Maloney had a movie adaptation
Posted 9 months agoIf Bunny Maloney ever got a movie adaptation, they'd probably cast a celebrity who can do a convincing New York accent for Bunny, like Danny DeVito, or even Chris Pratt doing his Mario voice.
Kristen Wiig would voice Candy.
I don't know who'd voice Jean-François or Charlotte, though.
Oh, and they'd probably name it something simple like The Bunny Maloney Movie, like with Super Mario Bros. or Garfield.

Posted 11 months agoWhenever I think of the term "Latinx", I think of a Hispanic version of Twitter.
Yes, it's Twitter. Not X. I refuse to call it X.
Just say "Latino". It's already gender neutral.

I've come up with the name for the city Chappy lives in
Posted a year agoI have finally come up with a name for the place Chappy and his friends live in.
Inkenpaint City.
It's a play on words, referring to how some cartoons are made from ink and paint.
The city itself is populated with traditional toons, anime toons, stick figures, stop-motion clay characters, toons made with the corporate art style, video game characters, and many others.
