WILLS AND WON’TS
*Here’s what I WILL DRAW:
--Anthropomorphic furries/animals
--Nonhuman characters
--MLP-style pony-sonas/characters
--Fanart of existing anthro/pony characters (with permission if within furry fandom)
--I am open to doing kink art for most kinks, let me know what you'd like in your initial message and I'll see what I can do
*Here’s what I WILL NOT DRAW:
--Human characters
--Hyper-realistic art
--Gore
--Any kind of hate speech or other blatantly bigoted art
--Any character under the age of 18
If you’re unsure whether your commission idea is doable or not, please contact me! I’m always happy to hear what you want, even if I may not be able to do it.
BASIC INFO
--When you contact me about a commission, please be clear about what type of commission you are interested in and what you want it to look like!
--Reference images are highly encouraged, but I will work with a descriptive paragraph if you do not have any reference images whatsoever (it doesn’t have to be a ref sheet, it can be any sort of drawing of your character!).
--If you’re going to provide me with a paragraph, please include as many details as possible.
--If you provide me with a descriptive paragraph, I will take some artistic liberty with the design. Minor changes will still be allowed, but not as many as would be allowed with a reference image.
PRICING
--All prices listed are in US dollars and all Paypal transactions should be in US dollars.
--I have the right to decline your commission if I feel I cannot complete it in a timely manner or if I deem the commission too far out of my current skill level.
--You should receive a Paypal invoice the day work on your commission has begun. I will contact you when your commission has been started.
--You may either pay upfront or after the initial sketch has been approved. I will not continue work on the commission after the initial sketch if I do not receive payment. If I do not receive payment within 48 hours of the initial sketch, your commission will be canceled.
--I would prefer full payment upfront or after the initial sketch is sent and approved, but you may pay 50% of the total then and the other 50% when the commission is finished.
TURNAROUND TIMES
--Check my Trello board to see where you are in my current list of commissions. You will be notified via the account you messaged me at when your commission has been started.
--Once a commission has been started, you should receive the initial sketch within 3-5 days, depending on my current college workload. Once payment has been received, you should receive the final artwork within 7-10 days.
--I am a full-time college student, so it’s possible that a commission takes longer than the timeframe listed here. Should --I need extra time to finish your commission, I will contact you to inform you of the delay. Commissions should never take more than two months to fulfill.
--You will receive two WIP updates before receiving the final artwork: the initial sketch of the piece and the lineart before coloring.
--With sketch-only or lineart-only commissions, you may request minor changes should a detail be incorrect (like a missing marking) free of charge. With flat-colored or shaded commissions, you may request most minor changes free of charge. I will not make any major changes not previously addressed during the initial sketch and lineart phases of the drawing free of charge. I have full discretion over what major changes I am willing to make and how much I charge you for it.
REFUND POLICY
--Once a piece is completed, you cannot request a refund.
--You may request a partial refund anytime before the final piece and after the initial sketch is approved. Partial refunds are at my discretion, but you should expect to receive about 80% if I’m in the sketch phase, 50% if I’m in the lineart/coloring phase, and 20% if I’m in the shading phase (where applicable).
--If I have not finished the initial sketch, you may request a full refund.
--If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
RIGHTS/CREDITING
--I, as the artist, hold all rights to the finished drawing, but not the character. I will post the finished artwork to my DeviantArt, Instagram, FurryLifeOnline, and Twitter accounts unless previously asked not to.
--You, as the commissioner, own the rights to the character, but not the finished drawing.
--You may post my artwork on your social media accounts, so long as you:
don’t alter the image in any way with the exception of cropping to make it fit on platforms like Instagram,
provide a link back to either my Instagram page or my Linktr.ee page (clicking on the hyperlink will take you to both sites) in all posts, and
post the image with my “Vynilla” watermark unaltered, intact, and visible.
--You may not sell the artwork or otherwise profit off of the artwork. Self-promotion, such as using it as a reference image for a different commission, is allowed, but my watermark must be unaltered, intact, and visible. Contact me if you’re unsure about a use.
OTHER
--You may contact me about the state of your commission at any point, but please don’t bombard me with messages about how close I am to completing your commission. Check my Trello before asking.
Terms can be discussed with me prior to commission acceptance, but I won’t always budge on them.
~~~ Thank you very much for your interest! ~~~
