Terms Of Service
Posted 9 years agoI thought I could finally need them - so here they are. Please read thoroughly.
Terms of service
Payment and Prices:
- I accept Paypal and bank transfer!
- Payment has to be made in EURO!
- Payment is required after the first rough sketch unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive a full res .png but no .psd or other working files.
- Prices can be found under the commission tab - if you have any special ideas, drop me a note for more information.
What I need:
- I need at least one clear and updated visual reference of your character - I won't draw characters without clear references unless you're commissioning me for a reference sheet.
- I can work off descriptions regarding backgrounds but it's easier for me when you hand me reference photos (e.g. from google). Please keep in mind that I'm NOT a native speaker.
- I will stream what I’m working on from time to time. Please tell me if that's an issue for you.
- I do NOT work with deadlines, unless it's really far in the future, as it stresses me out. I have a life outside of art. So DON'T ever rush me or otherwise it can end in cancellation of your commission.
What you get:
- You will get an initial rough sketch free of charge before your payment in order to check whether I can realise your idea and if I understood everything correctly. Please keep in mind that my inital sketches often look like a 3-year-olds drawing.
- After the inital sketch and your payment I will work out the sketch and you can make last changes.
- You will receive WIPs from time to time and I'll contact you if anything is unclear, please check your inbox regularly!
- You get a full res .png file when finished! No working files!
Important:
- I do NOT refund. Please make sure that you have enough money and no financial problems when it comes to payment. I do commissions to stock up my wage sometimes. Therefore I cannot return money I already received.
- I have no regular work schedule. But you can mostly catch me drawing during week days starting from 8 p.m. (CET) to 12 p.m. (CET) and sometimes on weekends (mostly Sundays). Normally I'm out on Saturdays. Please note that I live in Germany so streams may be unavailable for you due to time shift.
- Completion of your commission can take 1-6 months, depending on complexity and how much time I can spend. If you are really impatient - please do not commission me at all.
- I will turn down your request when I think that I can't manage it (time or skill).
- I ALWAYS give 100% but if I really like the idea you can expect me to give 120% - so you get more for your money. c; I will add extras to your commission if I have an idea and you're fine with it.
-You are welcome to repost your commissions anywhere as long as you credit back to me.
-Do not alter my artworks - never. Also never pay another artist to alter/color my work.
A quick overview of what I'll draw and what not.
Attention: I'm a bit picky so some of the following things really depend on my mood.
You can always ask me for exceptions.
NO
I won't draw humans or humanoid looking species. I'm not good at drawing human faces and still need a lot of practise with that.
Also I'm not drawing any kind of fetish or porn in general. I'm a SFW artist.
I will try most other species - just ask me. I'll tell you if I think if I can manage to do it.
For example I'm often struggling with wings of any kind and would consider animals like anthropomorphic crocodiles as hard.
Furthermore I'm not much into couple stuff. Exceptions can be YCH's or if your idea convinces me.
YES
I really like drawing stuff related to the following topics:
- Oriental
- Egyptian
- Nordic mythology
- Fantasy in general
- Videogames
- Seasons
- Soft Gore

My Mate and I have been in a long distance relationship (between Germany and the USA) for a few years now, but a lot of you already know that. Well in June we made a big leap towards being together by finally getting married! We've been working on getting everything together to live with one another, but there's been a bit of a snag... In order for my mate to stay here, he has to have a permanent place to live, and this would be easy if my landlord would let anyone else but me stay where I live now. SO in order to remedy this, I have to find a new apartment, and moving is expensive! Can't pay in pineapples! So in order to help out with that and get us on our way, I'm opening up for commissions. I'm off of work the next two weeks, so let’s make the most of it and rock out some commissions!
Thank you guys for all the help and support, every bit counts! Even if you just share this journal or tell a friend, thank you. ♥

Shout out to underappreciated artists!
Posted 9 years agoHey guys!
I just wanted to let you know that the following artists are waaaay to underappreciated in my opinion.
I reeeeally love their artworks and I would be glad if anyone here could support them a little more! c:

She does some really cool sketchy artworks. I love how she got SOOO much better in like NO TIME.
Go visit her! NOW!

Go - look - at - it! Akumu does really lovely gore stuff and has a really cool yet cute style.
Also, she earned so much skill in the past months, it's soo amazing.

I only know ger vaguely but I'm so in love with her cute style. She's mostly drawing kinda semi-realistic in my opinion but combining it with cuteness like... duh - I didn't even know that was possible! xD
So go an check them out!
And watch out for their commissions!

Commenting on others Artworks is IMPORTANT!
Posted 10 years agoHello my dear readers!
Today I wanted to talk about two things that are recently and more often crossing my mind when thinking about community stuff.
At first I wanna present you my Facebook page:
CLICK ME CAREFULLY
For now it's only in German as I know that most of the people who actually know me and my small gallery are German. So if anyone is reading this right know, please let me know if there are some Englishspeakers that follow my postings on Facebook. Thankies!
IMPORTANT PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME
Second thing I wanted to address, is something personal and somehow at the same time general, in my opinion.
It's about comments and likes on several platforms.
To me, comments mean A LOT more than a llama or a like on Facebook, you know?
And I don't think, it's just me who thinks like that.
Yeah, a like, llama or favourite shows, that you really like the artwork or that you like it and want to use it for color studies or something different. Maybe you just wanna show the artist that at least somebody has seen his or her effort or progress. And that's really, really nice! Sure thing.
But as I said, a comment means a lot more.
It means, that you sat down, put an artwork to your favourites and at the same time gave it another look just to highlight something that you noticed what's really cool about it - and not stuffing it in one of your fav folders and forgetting about it as soon as another cool artwork is popping up on the home page.
And that's so important!
There are so many artists e.g. on DA which think their artworks are crap because people 'only' give them a llama or a single fav. That's such a shame.
I myself try to comment on pictures I really like on a regular base, whenever I noticed nobody commented below it eventhough it's worth it! And guess what? Most artist are sooooo happy about it. And that makes me happy, too.
You don't have to write a book as a comment, sometimes a simple "Oh, this is so nice! I like [put something special here] a lot!" or "WOW, you have improved!" makes someones day.
So please remember this for the future and try making someones day whenever possible!
Tell me your thoughts about this topic as you wish to!
I would be happy about it because I can see who really read this journal like that. ;)
Have a nice day!
