Short answer is NO, not continuing it.

Long answer, basically I started it to tell a bit of my story with added feelings and stuff, just for fun, but it ended turing into a burden, and the longer I took to make the pages, the more I'd be harrassed.

PS: I might aswell remove all the already posted pages, so if you really like/care for it, go and download them before I make my mind about the idea.

First of all, hello everyone, sorry I've been quite away this month, reason was because I had a 10 days vacations in the south of Brazil planned for a while (happened from 12th to 22nd Feb), basically went to a brazilian furry con (Abando), furry bowling and hanging out with friends.
I had a GREAT time there, saw so many places, met so many people, it was a fantastic experience.
Next stop, Anthrocon!! \o/

My character is NOT called Nathan, he's called by either Wagner or Mutt.
Nathan is the name I chose (along with 2 others) for the comic and ONLY that, even though the story is BASED on real life events, I just wanted to make sure "certain" people won't find out.

I could finally rest a bit after so long.
Took 5 days off work and went to south of Brazil, both anime con and furmeet, the latter being SUPER great, could finally meet some of my great friends for real.

Q - Are the characters in the comic under aged?
A - All the characters in the comic are 18+, they DO look really young, but that's because of my style back 2 years ago when I started it.
My style has changed drastically, but I decided to do my best to keep the old style (changing to current style little by little as I go).

Q - Is the comic really based in a true story?
A - It was partially based on a true story, different place, different ages. Original story involved characters's parents and was quite boring.

Q - How many pages will it have?
A - I'm not sure, it'd be 40+ but I changed the script AGAIN so I can finish it faster (maybe less than 20).

Q - How often are you going to make pages? When is the next one going to be out?
A - This was the reason why I changed the script again.
I have a very demanding job and I can't also exclusively work on the comic, meaning I have NO IDEA on when I'm going to work on it.
The comic is 100% FREE, so please be patient.

Q - Why don't you make it a donation driven comic?
A - Because I REALLY wanted to tell a bit of my story, but it changed so much because of so many things that I really don't know why anymore.

Q - I don't know english very well, could you make a traslantion to my language?
A - I plan to translating it to portuguese and spanish very soon, not sure about other languages though.

So, I made something for a friend, supposed to be a joke. He liked it, but he doesn't wanna be exposed like that.

So instead ot throwing it away, I'm offering the left fur's spot for free for whoever come up with the best speech idea for this piece.

Rules:
- I's only a speech, so no long stories, just a few words.
- Speech can be SFW or NSFW, as long as it's funny.
- Character isn't cub, he's just small and bit skinny, so if you want you character there, you must agree your character will be just like that.
- Character can or cannot be wearing clothes, it all depends on the speech you've came up with.
- Only 1 entry per user, so no multiple replies/ideas.
- The contest is going on both IB and FA, so winner can be in one of those.
- If no speech is cool enough, the contest may also end without a winner.
- The art WILL take a while to be done due to other priorities (commissions), but won't take more than a month for sure.
- Contest ends in something between 1 ~ 5 days after this journal's postage date.

I've come to a dilemma on whether to continue the comic My Best Friend or not.

First of all, a little bit of current scenario...
My Best Friend is a comic based on true story about friendship and gay relationship.
The characters are all 18+ with teen look, the look was basically due to my drawing skills when I started it.
It's been nearly 2 years since I started it, and only 6 pages so far.
For each new page I've gotta do my best to keep the old style so pages won't look so different.
I -might- be able to upload pages more often from now on because things at work are doing VERY fine now, and will for months to come.

So the dilemma is:
1. Continue with My Best Friend comic with that teen look on the characters (even though they're not teen)
2. Start a new one, with my current style, a comic about romance and a bit of prejudice.
Please help me to decide.

So thanks to the sweet and awesome Salmy, I'm finally be able to get my hands on a cintiq 13HD, I really wasn't expecting it to happen anytime soon as I've tried a few times before with no luck.
I'm very VERY excited to put my hands on it, it's still going to travel the world till it reaches me, but for someone who actually gave up of buying it, waiting for a few days/weeks won't be a big deal.

As for commissions, I'll be opening a few spots this week, just enough to get what's left to pay the cintiq.
They're going to be cell-shading only (no sketches or full soft-shade as I usually do).
Price will be something between 35 and 40 USD, currently working on an example before I actually open commissions, will tell the price when I finish it.

So, tomorrow's gonna be a holiday in Brazil, and I decided to try something different.
I'm planning on spending the day doing streams. >.>
$30 per hour for now, might lower it, raise it or don't do streams at all later, depending on how the thing goes.
