RIght now, I'm working as Technical Director for student media organization. We hired four camera operators and editors. Every night, my job is come to check the office to make sure it's clean before go to dorm.

Every day, someone left the office on. Someone left camera on the table and plugged to computer while no one is around. Someone left the camera on and I felt it heating. Someone left water bottle or few food on the table that I told them no food or drink on the table with the computers. Only table without computers are fine to have food and water.

Also, director come to me and asked me to shooting the interview tomorrow because two camera operator didn't respond (other two is scheduled with classes) and I should have a meeting with Video Productor in college technical service. He was willing to give me the intern to gain more experience for media organization. But now, I have to postpone that meeting to do shooting for the interview. AND I will do editing after shooting.

We will have all crew/officers meeting this Tuesday, I want to yell at them for being not responsibility. Mostly for camera operators and editors. But that's not my role to yell, what will I do? Set up the paper to sign in and sign out for film equipment? Being there to make sure crews are doing their work? I'm pretty disappointed in them but they are...inexperience.

Yes, they are getting paid for work. That's why we MUST to be serious with our work, even if academic come first.

If anything don't change for week, I might talk to Productor to fire them, or not get them paid for not do great work. What do you think about its situation?

I was immature. I was angry at myself, not you. I shouldn't drop the bomb on all of you, all of you don't deserved that. I do.

Last night, one of my friends invited me to party on Thanksgiving evening because all of us didn't go to home for thanksgiving. So, we drank alcohol and beers. We played games. I won a match of Dart game. Once I becomes drunk last night. But I had good time, went to my room myself and safe.

That night, I realized that I have a purpose. Not just ASL for furry book....but there are more than one purpose I have for my goal. So, I'm not going to give up and I will continue to work on my ASL project.

I have fail to achieve a goal with my furry life. You also fail me too.

Do you know what my goal is? Well, it don't matter anymore. It is shattered and gone from my mind.

Do you know I am one who founder of deaf fur group? I am one who had someone come out of closet that they are deaf. I am one who united the deaf furry.

I'm trying to work on the special project to make an ASL book for furries/fursuiters. But I am busy and sometime I have no motivated. I asked few to draw ASL alphabet spelling. No one draw. I fail.

I fail myself, I fail my dream and I fail you.

For now, I need supporter....who will always being there for me. And be my friend forever.

P.S. Don't give me that "I will be your friend," "I will be here for you, buddy" craps. Many furries come and gone and I have enough of it. I have fallen often than go up because no one is there to hold me up.

Today, I found out Media Department chose other candidate.

My gut telling me that's ok, I have back up plan by go back to the college this spring but....I'm disappointed because after many interviews with different companies, I'm not hired.

Am I not good enough? Because I'm deaf? Is my skill nothing to them? There are cloud and heavy rain (Issac hurricane's) on way to my area tomorrow...that's when I will feel like that.

*cloud all over his head and raining to wet him* T.T I need to try to keep think positive as I have back up plan if I'm not hired.

Last month, I moved out of apartment and then my family asked me to stay with them at their summer house for many weeks, I did have good time. But I don't go online for month because my cell phone nor laptop don't connect to internet server. So, yeah I don't check internet for long time until today.

Now, I live with my parents house because I might go back to college to work for BA degree, major in technical. (Thinking about Network manager)

After meeting with my job and financial counselor, they suggested to go back to college to get BA degree in major for Web Developer, also I will have minor what I want to learn for future.

My financial will paid all for college tutor, dormitory, and supplies. But I have to decide sooner before I turned 25 or they will stop supporting me and will be on my own.

They recommended Galladuet University since I won't go to National Technical Institute for the Deaf (I went there for four years and graduated there early because their english system keep me down and unable to get BA degree until I passed english....College english while I passed all major courses.) or Southwest College Institute for the Deaf (it is pre-college.)

I found out Galladuet University's student enrolling deadline is this July 1st 2012. I have to act and make a decision soon as possible.

I want to find a job but most of job required BA degree, so is going back to college good diea? Or I still have to looking more for a job for my life?

I will talk to my family and ask for their opinion and I would like to ask for yours too.
