First and foremost, I want to apologize for the flood of characters that I'm putting up for sale. I'm currently having to hunt for work as my current employment as a graduate research assistant comes to an end and my savings are running dry. Therefore, I've decided it's time to start cleaning out my gallery of unused characters to help cover the bills so expect to see a few more characters crop up between now and 2021.

In addition to that I've decided to open up story commissions to help make ends meet. My rates are $12.50 per page and I can write sci-fi, fantasy, modern, historical, and horror, both SFW and NSFW. Only things that I can think of off the top of my head that are off limits are watersports and scat, but there may be other topics that I will find that I'm uncomfortable writing about and will be addressed during the planning stage.

I can come up with stories based off of basic prompts such as characters, themes, and locations. I can also craft stories to accompany pictures that you already have, giving them an extra dash of flavor. Here are some examples of my work. So I've decided to take the plunge into doing art and got myself a drawing tablet. It'll be a bit before I'm comfortable posting stuff I've drawn until I've gotten the hang of it, but in the meantime there's been bases and linearts that I've been wanting to use for a while.

Now for some not so nice news. About two weeks ago I got my cat Dini back from my father and he was in pretty bad shape so that meant a number of visits to the vet. Things got worse this Monday when he wouldn't eat much and I had to take him to the vet Wednesday when he stopped eating alltogher so those bills are now piling up while he's staying there.

So! I've been thinking about making some adoptables using the bases that granted permission to do so to help offset the costs. I'll be adding my own spin sometimes by adding accessories and whatnot to help get in practice. I'll also be practicing adding NSFW bits to include for those that would be interested. So an artist I follow has blocked me for some reason and I do not know why. I have commissioned them several times before and was on good terms. Would someone mind doing me a favor and asking  IJdraws if he meant to block me?

My charizard Brand https://www.furaffinity.net/view/19748778/ is a bugger to consider. He's an attempt by a breeder to recreate a ancient warbreed. My question is how tall should he be? On one end he could be 6 foot tall at 430 lbs. On the other he could be 11 foot tall and weigh a ton. Is he just a wingless varient that is exceptionally sturdy while being a little bit smaller than the norm? Or is he a heavyweight giant comparable to Groudon, a whopping success at recreating the warbreed? Or a third option that is a combination of the two, where he normally is 6 foot but can mega evolve into the giant form on demand?

Thoughts and input would be appreciated greatly

I am quite ecstatic. This is one more step forward in equality and justice. There are many more steps to be taken, but at least the US is headed in the right direction.

As some of you may or may not know, I commissioned an artist some months ago and they disappeared on me. Now they are back and offering commissions and they have blocked me from commenting on their submissions or user-page. They owe me $200 worth of commissions. I have accepted that I may never get my money back, but I am worried that other people will be scammed by this artist like I was. Any advice on how to ensure this? I have heard of sites like Artist-beware, but I am not certain of how up to date or effective they are. Anyone know good up to date sites?

The catch? one or two of the party may be traitors and working to foil the other knights in an effort to bring about Camelot's destruction. I am getting a two character commission with a background from  kin-cishepholf and am looking for a second person to share it with. What it will cost you is $25. The idea for the commission is that a shaman [my character] is tasked with the protection of the sacred grounds catches an interloper [your character] and decides to teach them a lesson. However, rather than just letting people volunteer their characters and willingness to pay, I am also creating a bid thread where you can bid to have me write a story to accompany the picture. If no one bids, then the selection of the second slot will revert to a Random Number Generator to select who takes the slot.

Bidding starts at $30 ($25 base pic plus $5 for a minimum 500 word story)

Even if you don't want to bid but do want a chance to be in the pic, comment in response to the RNG comment where the selection will default to if no one bids

Do you ever start something expecting it to be a chore or hassle and it turns into something enjoyable? That as you work on it, you accomplish what you set out to do but see and pursue ways to improve it? That you could stop and be satisfied but choose to continue working to make it better?
