Im so happy warmer months are coming. My garden is in bloom <3
Lately we have been struggling a little bit. Our ends are met but we are on a shoestring budget. My commissions are open.
Id love to work on some nice summer month pieces for the change of seasons.
All my standard commissions and high detail paintings are 10% off. Please consider me when finding an artist for the project you have in mind :)

Been keeping busy. Work has been a little rough lately but hopefully that will change soon.
Family is all doing well, summer is nearly upon us and we have been prepping our garden.
I am open for commissions! As you could maybe tell from my recent uploads I have been enjoying these black and white/monotone style commissions.
they go for $45 per character.
Right now it is May, surprise!
I want to do some fancy furry mermaids. Im offering Mer-May commissions!

Yuletide Update
Posted 3 years agoHope you all are keeping warm and enjoying the winter holdiays with as much happiness as you can!
We have been busy over in the dragon house.
I recently attended a veterinary conference. Im working hard to reinstate my license.
Work has been going well, I really like this new company I am with and feel respected.

The kiddos are great, growing like weeds!! And obviously loving the holiday festivities.
Windy has been doing great. We are back to playing WoW and enjoying the DragonFlight Expansion.
Art happens, albeit slower. Im enjoying the work Ive been producing however. Thank you all for always leaving nice comments and supporting me.
As far as the twitter debacle goes, Im not going anywhere yet. You can find me here, of course, and still on twitter.
I wish I had the mental stamina to keep up with multiple socials but I really barely have time to think about all that.
Have a cup of tea or hot cocoa, make a nice pot of soup and stay warm friends!

I have been enjoying my new job quite a bit and spending my off days diligently clearing off my commission queue.
I am going to be opening for a few commission slots.
Depending on content these can be completed for the upcoming holiday season.
What I am offering right now:
4 Standard Commission slots.
One or two character. $90-$150 +/- depending.
2 Paintings/High Detailed Commission Slots.
One or two characters, BG potentially $165 and up

New Job Opportunity, Life Update.

Over the years you all have been incredibly supportive of my art here.
From attending my streams, commenting on my work or even commissioning me.
I cant express how grateful I am, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
The past few months I have noticed a gradual decrease in the amount of art being bought. Im not totally sure if it is just the economy or if my art just isnt hitting the same way it used to.
It has been a little more snug budget wise than I like, this might just be due to the fact that literally everything costs so much more.
With a little bit of soul searching and consulting the husband and such I came to the conclusion that I would seek employment outside the home and attempt a job in medicine again.
I had requirements the employer had to offer and a schedule that I needed to work around Winddragon's work schedule.
But I took a job as an ER/ICU Veterinary Technician at a local up and coming specialty hospital.
I am really nervous, but really excited to jump back into helping animals and people again. I took a full time position, Friday-Sunday from 8a-8p.
The benefits and pay are great for the industry and the schedule, which I know seems intense, is fairly average for an ER.
What does this mean for the art you owe?
Well. I plan to continue to work on my existing commission queue.
Tentatively I will be working Monday and Wednesday evenings on my art commissions.
When will I expect mine to be done?
I am not exactly sure. I believe I will be able to get pretty much everyone's work done in a timely manner.
However if you wish to discuss a refund or get in touch about a timeline please drop me a note here, or a message in telegram.
Will you be taking commissions still?
Short answer is Yes. But I more than likely will no longer stream. Or if I do, it will be rare/ once a week.
The income is good but I will probably take on a slim handful of new commissions each month, to supplement our grocery budget and the kid's school tuition.
In the interim while I wait for my paychecks to kick in I might open up for a few discounted commissions to help tide me over while I wait for the paychecks to begin.
I dont think this is the end of my art career here! I love the fandom a bit too much to ever quit it. But I think this is a solid change up that will benefit my family and help refresh my mind.
I also wont deny the fact that working from home has left me pretty devoid of much of a social life. Perhaps I can find other nerdy folk to chat with!
In any case, than you for the good run y'all!

I am looking for a few reference sheets
I am looking for up to 2 high detail paintings
I am looking for up to 2 tiny nature portraits.
My standard (flat color) commissions are always open.
Please note, there has been a very slight increase in prices, although nothing overly dramatic.
Turn around time is a few months but I am easy to reach and happy to get WIPs to you as soon as I have them.

I will be out of the office from 7/7-7/15 but I am bringing a sketchbook and some work material to get some WIPs done for folks.
