Much better than last. Got to go out and be a part of my family again, BBQ was good, and got some gifts i both needed and wanted.

With my new pc, new wardrobe and new games. It is more than makes up for last year and I hope to be able to try VR before the year is done...counting on the world not being set on fire that is.

Well not how i wanted my 30th to go. originally planed to do something big this year but covid killed that last year. was going to go paintballing like i did during my teens. well at least i got to have a large takeout and got around to watching the sonic movie at home.

Side note: Fuck Covid 19. every year i went to a nice bbq grill bar without fail for the last 6 years. now i not even sure it will still be there when this is over..if it will be over. Hope i live long enough to see the labcoats send covid to the foot notes of history.

To anyone who has lost people to Covid. my heart goes out to you.

This birthday was much better then last. the BBQ outing had more people who care about me and had a lot of good gift, including a much need New GPU for my pc. but honestly It's frankly scary that i nearly 30. soon i will no longer have the "I'm Young". I think i may do a few more doodles soon as i still am living frugally in order to save up. so as a cheap birthday gift for friends i may dust off the scanner and get the muse rolling again.

At least i don't have to handle late last year and this alone as i got two new pups in my life. A German Shepherd/Border Collie mix called Carl and a mutt named Freddy.

I just got the devastating news that  Warren passed away recently. this hit pretty hard as he was a great inspiration to me when i first got really in to FA. I wish i could say i knew him personally but i didn't. i was just a lurker who sometimes he gave positive comment to and faves some my fan art of his works. His Superhero BearForce and the Free Ranger helped inspiration for my final version of my childhood super hero persona of Cyber Knight. I admit i did so at first in some small hope of a cameo in one of his free ranger comics. but CK grew into his own in tabletop rpg character leading to much fun both as to play in mutants&masterminds and to draw. None of that would of happened if not for him and i remember taking part in his interactive art battle game War of the Wands. Now that he is gone i feel like grim reaper himself sucker punched me in the gut. know that such kind, well spoken, talented rabbit is no longer with us. I want to pay some kind of tribute to him. but i am not sure where to start with a freehand sketch and I'm near broke so i can't really pay for a commission. If anyone see this and knows someone with more talent then me and willing to do a freebie this once. please give Warren the tribute he deserves. after that all said all i can put to end this is...

A quiet party with BBQ and a few gifts. I'm humbled that people still remember me as friends and family have spread out over the years. i may not be young but i still feel loved.

I Lost another companion today. Izzy my beloved husky dog passed away due to genetic conditions i wasn't told about when i got her. She was the first dog that truly mine and it hurts knowing she is gone. this one has hit me the hardest. i lost of true friend today.

Yup another birthday. for all snow that we has lately. i still had a good day.

After a 2 year long game, my loyal players managed to beat my campaign! Woohoo!

They went from lost in a mine to beating a demi god. i'm so proud of them all.

The issue with having alot of pets is you will one day lose them. the last of my 12 rat male colony pass away today. he was 3 and a half year old. rest in peace lil buddies.

last night i last a dear friend and companion. Oliver the Labrador, forever my beloved puppy for 10 years. he may not been my whole life, but he made my life whole. Rest in Peace.

And i have a new artwork and two more in the pipeline.

well i will lose my net tomorrow and won't get it back for 2 week. hopefully i will have some art to post when i return.

We today i hear that a old sl group i was once a proud member of has been disbanded, alot of time and heart went into that and it sad to see them go.

tho i left during a sad drama filled time i see remember the good time and the good people there.

Happy New Year! 2013 was a hard year for me, moving, loss and my doctor retiring. But it's a new year and the moving lag is behind me so starting off 2014 fresh.

Today i lost not only a grandfather but a role model in my life. Old fashioned in the ways of do it yourself and roll up your sleeves. I will miss him greatly as he was always there growing up and i am somewhat glad that he went in the way he wanted as he was starting to become unable to live on his own without support and sending him to a old folks home would have destroyed his spirit. He died enjoying his life in his home.

Rest in Peace Granddad. Rest well.

what was meant to be a week or two moving in turned into 5 months.

But all the hardship, all the the crap that comes with moving from a town to the big city is finaly over and i have returned.

I've missed FA. for starters i will check my box....Wow. 507. i have been gone for awhile.

Time to move from the little town to the big city. I hope all gos to plan. be back in a few week and hopefully i have a few more sketches done to upload.

Hope everyone has had a good year and look forwards to this new one. I will be started a fresh in a new city soon. My hopes are high.

Today i lost a dear friend and love family member Blossom, my 19 year old tabby cat. She passed away peaceful and lived a full and good life without any troubles. I miss her greatly but strengthen by her memory.

It's sad when things have to end. Oh no do not think i am am leaving here, no way! But today i had to leave a sl group i was apart of for nearly 3 years and treated like a extended family.

but when it's leader take a little criticism like it's disloyal and stamps down, lies and engineers sides of drama when there is no sides to speak of. Ya it's time to leave it before Rome falls. at least i am free to do more art and post it here.

Well things have been going well but not much of it was noteworthy until these last two months.

Also to note now I'm a big DnD nerd. But with it came incentive to draw my Knight Errant and what happens to him. His naive side makes a lot of laughs in game.

Also i had to take care of a family member's zoo called a home for a week! in her backyard is over 100 (Not kidding! One, Zero, Zero) pets. mostly Rabbits, Ginnie-pigs, Hamsters and two cats. Overboard? Damn right and i used to work at the Kennels! need less to say i was glad the week was over as the sound of over 50 Ginnie pigs wanting food in the morning was driving to the loony bin.

And Recently i chose to sit in a streaming of one of my favorite artists on FA. crocdragon89.
Needless to say i felt honored even throe anyone can sit in and comment. i am glad i did so and Croc and those also in the streaming were real awesome Guys and Gals.

Well my very first Journal and i think i have much to fill out.

To start i am glad Swift managed to talk me into starting my FA page, thanks bud! As not only have i seen many of my favorite artists all in one place but managed to see much more. for years i put of making an account out a feeling of being unsure, i have seen myself as foolish in that mark as even in two months felt like i've had it for years. i should of joined years ago so thanks again Swift.

My main views at this time gos to Warren's Free Rangers Comic, Not only his style of art but a great sense of humor and life into each page. of which i found by mistake and sines became a fan, my favorite of the Free Rangers is Bearforce. the invaluable bear of steel (Steel wishes it was as tough as her), this comic even got me inspired to create Cyber-Knight. Not sure what i will do with him but i look forward to finding out.

Also Today i got my own Collectors Edition of the Deathwatch 40k RPG Boxset (Yes i am big 40k Nerd who likes D&D like games.)

Now all i need is a good icon. better get sketching.
