Basic Terms of Service

Payments must be made in USD.

After you get a slot for any kind of commission type you must pay up front for the slot to be sealed. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours after you claim a slot your slot will be reopened you can however reclaim the spot if it is still open after another 24 hours.

I can and will refuse your commission if it is homophobic, transphobic, heterophobic, racist, or any hate speech in general.
I can and will refuse your commission if it is pornography that I am not comfortable drawing.

Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for your commission to be finished.

If for some reason I don't get it finished in the given time I will give you a full refund or I can finish the piece and you'll be refunded a partial amount of what you paid depending on how long overdue it was

You can repost the art you buy from me to any site as long as you credit me. But you cannot make any sort of modifications to the artwork itself.

Purchasing Custom Character Commissions or Adopts

You are allowed to post all the art of the characters you buy from me. Sometimes I sell characters that belonged to me at one point and have lots of art, all of that art is repostable if you bought it.

When you repost the characters you buy from me you must credit me for the design on any character sheets you make of the character but you don't have to credit me on any other art.

Please do not repost my adopts to other sites unless you bought the character.

Please do not sell my adopts for your own profit unless you bought the adopt yourself but you cannot sell the adopt for more than you payed for it if there is no other art, if there is other art of the character you may raise the price.

When you make design changed to a character that you have bought from me they MUST be recognizable. Don't adopt something if you're going to change it completely.

No matter how much of the bought character you change you must ALWAYS credit me.

You MUST notify me if you sell a character that was bought from me. I keep up with the owners!
