Hello everyone!

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of those who have joined this group recently. Watersportsfurs is growing strong, with over 400 members and 30 new members in just the past 6 months, which is great to see!

It has been a few months since I posted an introductory journal, so whether you're new or an old hand why not introduce yourself below and get to know your fellow pee fans. It would be fantastic to get more activity on here so if you have any ideas for anything you would like to see, or any artwork, stories, etc. you would like posted here please let me know.

It would also be fantastic to keep this group growing, so if you love watersports why not show it by adding this group's name to your profile?

Please also check out our sister group  wetfun, who have an on-going interactive WS story, and for those of you who enjoy RP we're partnered with the #Watersports channel on anthrochat. Some of our members are on secondlife as well so if you're interested in meeting fellow piss lovers on there post below and you may make some new friends. :)

One of our longstanding members,  timon_b, is the founder of the #Watersports IRC channel on Anthrochat http://www.anthrochat.net/. It's free, doesn't require registration and can be a lot of fun, so why not drop by and say hello, it would be great to *ahem* flood the channel with some new members! ;)

This is one for those of you who enjoy scat as well as watersports. Do any of you know of an active scat group here on FA? The only groups I can find seem to be largely or totally inactive. If there is no such group would any of you be interested in joining if I set one up as a companion to Watersportsfurs?

Last year  dracenmarx suggested that we designate the first Sunday of June as Wet Sunday, a day to celebrate watersports. So next Sunday, why not do something fun involving watersports? You could indulge in some piss play, you could write a story or draw a picture, or even just just come on here and get to your fellow piss enthusiasts. Whatever you do, have fun, and feel free to let the rest of us know what you're doing to celebrate! ;)

As you have probably noticed watersportsfurs has been inactive for several months. Please accept my apologies for this hiatus, something came up in my personal life and I didn't feel able to keep running this group for a while. I will now be monitoring the group on a regular basis, welcoming new members, faving watersports themed art, etc.

As it has been so long rather than greeting everyone individually I would like to extend a very warm, wet welcome to this piss loving community to everyone who has joined in the past few months and I invite you to come and introduce yourself below. If you were already a member feel free to come say hello as well!

Hi everyone!  halapmir has kindly agreed to host another WSF get together on secondlife on Friday at 3pm EST. Here is the location and description of the venue:

'[I]t's presented as a spa with a Himalayan/Rivivalist theme and has a "natural" privacy fence in the form of mountains. It has several unique waterspouts toys and general sex equipment. It has a lobby for events and a "scat wing" that sectioned off from the main hangout. The hangout also connects to a sandbox. The location is Charm (101, 252, 47) and of course my characters are Rimpala Koba and Halapmir Resident, I'll be able to give out the landmark to anyone interested.'

There pictures of the venue in the WSF gallery, it looks great. I hope plenty of you can make it and have a great time!

There will be a meet up on at  halapmir's watersports resort on SecondLife on the 15.02.2014 at 10pm GMT / 5pm EST. Please see the previous journal for the location.

You're all free to visit it at any time, but it would be good to have a proper watersportfurs event. As an initial proposal how would a Saturday at 11pm CET / 10pm GMT / 5pm EST / 2pm PST work for everyone? Alternatively we could have two events, one at 10pm CET / 9pm GMT and another at 10pm EST / 7pm PST. I won't be involved myself so let me know what suits you best.

First off I'd like welcome all our new members, I hope you enjoy this group. This group has been fairly quiet recently, so if you have any ideas for things you would like this group to be doing please let me know, e.g. discussions, competitions, etc.

One thing which a couple of members have suggested is arranging a time and place for those of us who are on Second Life to meet up. This sounds like a good idea but I'm not on SL, so if you would be willing to help organise that I'd love to hear from you.
