Yeah.. I've not been around, apologies for that. I've been pretty busy and haven't had much time to be social. Not much has changed really, Joe and I are still together and we're taking the next step to living together. He practically lives here anyway.. hehe.

Anyway, I hope things are going okay for everyone else in this new year.

You'd think with as much as I work, that I wouldn't have time to meet somebody.. well, I was wrong. =^^= I actually have been talking to this guy for sometime when I go into his store for coffee in the morning. And well, found out that he's a furry like me, shares a lot of my interests in gaming and movies too.

We both decided that we should start dating, since there is a definite..most definite attraction between us. Things are going well so far and since we keep around the same schedule, the dating thing has been easy, we've seen each other nearly every day this week. =^^=

His name is Joey, and he is a sweetheart. Very shy though, but well.. we're working on that.

A bit about my family, I have a sister, KayLynn, she's my fraternal twin. I also have two wonderful nieces, Sara (Age 2) and Mary (Age 3). KayLynn and I have been close ever since we were little, we went through a lot growing up and she's all ways been there for me. Without her, I don't think I could've ever made it as far as I have. After about a week and a half of glorious vacation, I returned to work this morning. Unfortunately, we had some technical issues with one of the trams and I was stuck in the office trying to find someone from maintenance to come look at it, oh joy of joys. But well, after about 2 hours fighting with it, finally got it running again.

Stayed the rest of the morning in the office and finished up some reports and the like. A pretty uneventful day for me. Was not too bad..

I guess that as much as I wanted to get written, my body just said, "Nope, not happening." Heheh, well...I did manage to get a page and a half written on the new story, and I'll be working more on it this morning. Wish me luck.

So I've been writing and I may just have a short story posted in the very near future. I'm sure that my diligence will prevail and there will be something for that aching, cringing hunger to read about what I've got on the menu.

After graduating high school, I had managed to save some money and plan a vacation to Hawaii, I all ways wanted to go. Believe me, it was everything I expected, I met some really awesome folks, and had a glorious time.

I plan on posting pics soon from that trip. As soon as I rummage through all the damn photos. Hee hee.

I stand at like 5ft 6in, not much to look at. Literally, just a speck and it feels like people either look right over me or through me, not at me. What do I do to actually have people notice me?

I was all ways doing that in HS, joining the swim team and computer clubs, just trying to prove myself, either to my folks or my classmates.

I started taking more and more risks, hell I even tried cliff diving. Can you imagine? But still..no one ever notices a little fox like me.

It's an early morning for me. I don't know what it is, when I have to work, I don't wanna get outta bed, but when I have the day to where I can actually sleep in, I'm awake with the dawn, what's up with that? *shrugs*

Thanks to everyone who has welcomed me here, you guys are terrific. It makes this foxeh feel all fuzzeh, inside and out.

I decided to post part of a story I wrote a long while ago, it's really rough and kinda meh, in my opinion. But let me know what you guys think, k'? It's a little darker from what I normally write, but it was a different part of my life at the time.

This is my first ever official journal entry. Thanks so much for the warm welcoming words. Slowly I'm finding my way around and have found some really cool art pieces. I don't have that kinda talent really. I try to convey stuff through my words. Hopefully I can get some stories out here. I tend to have the attention span of a lawn gnome sometimes (Short, attention, span, fox...oh look shiny.)
