General | Posted 6 years agoSo! I've got more characters and nothing to show for it aside from some refs. No matter. I've got plenty of ideas for everything I wanna do with everyone. Just gotta start with teh basics for now. Gonna start with my main five (Eka, Markus, Kris, Sachee and Nea) with their bios and backstories. Then I'll work on everyone else later on. I'm also gonna make a list of all my characters in another journal after this.

General | Posted 6 years agoSooo... God, it's been like three months since my last update. SO! Now's as good a time as ever.
Y'all have probably seen her, but I got a new character, the mink fighter named Hope Starfield! She's going to be a character in my stories, with ties to Alicia and Leah.
I haven't gotten much writing done (big surprise), but i'm gonna try and get character bios done at the very least, starting with Eka, Markus, and Kris.
Also, I changed Eka's hair color (using my limited abilities) and I think i'm gonna keep it. It looks really good to me.
As well, I've started to upload stuff to Refsheet! I'll be using it for more organized character bios, along with a little art gallery too. Refsheet
TL;DR: New character, gonna write bios, changed Eka's hair color, updating Refsheet.

New Stuff
General | Posted 7 years agoWell, not in writing. I do have a new reference for a character that I've been wanting a proper ref for for some time, and he's here! Previously known only as Pixel, Mason is my latest character in the lineup, and I deleted his old feral reference in favor of the new one. I'm keeping "Pixel" as his nickname, as I think it'll suit him. I also have one more redesign on the way in the form of Almond, who I am super excited to have redesigned. Both of them will be characters in my yet to be named universe.
Speaking of which... If you have any suggestsions on what I should call the universe in which my characters reside, I'm open to suggestions.
The quick rundown is that Markus, Eka, Kris, Sachee, Nea, Mason, and Tai (A.k.a Almond's new name) are all students at a university, and they're all around the same age (20-24 years old) Alicia is the librarian on campus with a few... extracurricular activities of her own. ;) Leah works as a mechanic during the day, and moonlights as a bartender at a bar she owns in the college town. The whole group is familiar with each other, but there will be some... lewd happenings around campus.
I'm thinking "Meet the Uni Students" to start with introductions, but I'm having a tough time with both the name of the university itself, and what to call the series itself.
Let me know if you all want to give any ideas. I'm at a total loss atm.

That's the bad news.
The good news is that I've been doing a bit of RP with a buddy of mine, and doing that has been a really big help in helping me decide how I want to write all of my characters. As well, it's given me a lot of new ideas about them that I plan to use in future art commissions, if I save the money for them.
TL;DR Another month, nothing written, been doing rp, gonna write more (

But then again, it's 2019, so new year, new me, right? That's the plan, at least.
So, I have a solid cast for my stories, so that's a start.
Of my characters, the ones I will be using for my *canon* (quote-unquote) story will be Eka, Markus, Sachee, Kris, Nea, Alicia, and Leah. I will hopefully be taking some adopt designs I previously bought that were feral designs and commission someone to redesign them as anthro characters to be used in my stories.
Once again, since I'm remembering to do it now, I'll be uploading new stuff (and the previously mentioned character designs) to FA, and that should keep this updated with what I have. I don't think there really is much to upload, but I'll hopefully be commissioning new stuff (both sfw and nsfw) in 2019, so be on the lookout for that!

General | Posted 7 years agoWell, it's been literally a month since my last journal and... I'm having a weird sense of deja vu. Oh that's right, I haven't written anything since I last posted. I at least got around to posting and crediting all the art I had saved up (thank you to everyone who favorited them and threw a watch my way).
In other news, I totally went against my own advice and bought a new character before writing anything with any of my existing 8 characters. (I don't have impulse control when it comes to adorable characters, and this one was too goddamn adorable to pass up.)
In other other news, buying that new character gave me a new story idea to use later down the line once I actually do manage to write the bios and profiles for everyone. (Hint: It's gonna be pretty nsfw, to say the least.)
SO.
TL;DR: Haven't written, posted art, adopted a new character, gotta start writing for everyone else.
Here's hoping it goes to plan this time (Fuckin' knock on wood.)

General | Posted 7 years agoWell, it's been a month since my last journal on here and...... I haven't done any writing. I'm not surprised since I haven't actually made any effort to plan out anything recently. I really just gotta focus on one character (Kris in this instance) and work on fleshing them out. I also might do a batch upload of art that I never put up here, since i have a decent amount of art from a variety of artists. Some of it is kinda nsfw, and I'll probably commission a variety of both sfw and nsfw art in the future. (I have a few artists in mind that I gotta save up for and wait until they open for comms).
TL;DR I'm gonna plan to write more, gonna upload old comms, and commission more art in the future.
(Update: Uploading stuff as of writing this. Gonna upload in order of characters since that's how I have them on my cpu.)

General | Posted 7 years agoAlright! Update: Ignore everything I said in this journal previously if you read it. I have all of Kris' details written down, but I forgot that my plan was a full first/third person actual bio that isn't just a list of everything attributed to her. I'll have to take some time to write that out since I don't know how I wanna do it. My original plan was an interview style with each character interviewing each other, but I might simplify it to everyone being interviewed by one person and that one person writing their own first person bio. We'll see what happens. I hope to have Kris properly updated sometime this week and have another set of character details fleshed out soon. I'm a mess when it comes to writing sometimes, and this is definitely one of those times.

General | Posted 7 years agoWow holy crap, I haven't touched this page since uploading the four characters a year ago. That's the only thing I ever did with this page, aside from setting it up and making a profile. Hope to keep this more up to date from now on. I kinda wanna upload more of the comms that I have (one is really nsfw), so I might do that eventually. Just gotta remember who drew what. Also I got more characters from last time, so I wanna show them off.
(Update) I got all my character refs uploaded finally. The writing part of the universe I wanna create will come much later, but trust me, it'll be a lot of fun for everyone. Especially with the amount of detail I wanna give each character. I technically have Kris' bio finished, but I wanna go back through it before I upload it. It's gonna be a challenge, but I hope to make it a great project with an even greater payoff.
