Posted a year agoWanted to restart things up and get my FA all up to date again! Last journal was from 2018, holy crap.
Wild to be back again, but also just nice because it feels like coming back to a home that never really went away.. and may the owner, Dragoneer, rest in peace. He was very supportive and also helpful to me when I was facing some issues back then, and I'm sure many of us are thankful for his service on FA's existence for such a long time now.
I'll be uploading art I've been sharing at other sites like Twitter and Bluesky, and any preview and full releases found on my Patreon.
I know there's quite a few folks here that have stuck to FA and not really been around on those other social media platforms, to that I'll say hello again! :9
I've been making a lot of progress on an RPG action-adventure game filled with big bara furry daddies and the like, hope to share progress on that here as well!

2018 - Just another new journal of updates :)

Commissions & Queues
I'm currently booked and filled up for commissions and won't be taking in any new ones until next year. There's a chance I may reopen earlier than that but otherwise I'm set to finish up remaining ones first before I do so :) please bear with! I'll also update my Trello in next week, just to keep things more updated for queues. I've been working quite slow as of late due to exhaustion/burn-out, for those who were concerned on why I've been taking long to reopen again. I need the time, and I hope this is understandable :)
Conventions & Furmeets
This past year I've attended Confuzzled and Eurofurence! I planned to go for Midwest FurFest (MFF) but I cancelled plans for it due to some personal reasons, basically I'd like to take some time to breathe instead, and just take things easy for myself. I know a lot of people were keen to meet me and I really was excited as well for it, but I think I just really need this break instead, so I hope that's alright :) I'll definitely go for next year though, for sure! Save me some drinks and steaks please <3 have fun, and take care for those who are attending this year!
Personal Stuff & New Chapter
This past year has been rough around the edges and I've been busier than ever, pretty much a huge rollercoaster ride from the start of it all! I'm still living in Scotland so that's super neat, and I plan to keep on settling here for the next good while. I've got plans on the side to travel and meet more furry friends around the globe, got a savings jar going and everything! :) I'm excited to see more people soon, has always been my dream to go around the world with friends.
On the more real side of things, I've recently closed a very important chapter in my life -it had a soft, sweet ending. We're on good terms and everything so please avoid asking either of us on whatever happened, and while it's sad to both and many others who cherished for us being together, it's still a lovely memory to keep for times to remember down the road. That's just life you know? Stuff happens unexpectedly, but I do wish the best for those who are still strong together no matter the distance. You guys can do it! :)
That's all from me for now, it's been wild like I said - but I'm taking my time to recover fully and get myself back in the loop for even more artings! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend / 2018, keep on going, make the best out of it <3

It's going pretty well here in Scotland since I moved away last year, I'm definitely enjoying the cold over the heat back in Asia. Haggis is real nice by the way, it may sound gross to a couple of people BUT it is GREAT. I'm still thinking though on visiting back Asia to attend FURUM 2017 in Malaysia, but it's unlikely that I will. I did think of attending MFF in December but again, busy month, so unlikely to be able to go for that as well. I ran into a lil health issue for a while hence the previous urgent commissions, but thanks to lots of you, I got medicals paid for and I'm all good! :9 so thank you a lot for that!
I've been streaming time to time and thinking about properly using my Patreon. While people agree I should use it, I don't exactly want to; I'd use it as an incentive tip jar than anything else, I'd never want to have paywalls up for any of my work here hahah! I'll have further thoughts on this, but definitely not wanting to have things be ultra exclusive.
I think that's pretty much it for now, things been up and down, just life stuff, I'm still floofing up strong and about! :D

Eurofurence Announcement, Updates, Commissions & Contact
Posted 9 years agoIt's been a long while since I wrote a journal update here, so here we go! :)Announcements:I've registered myself along with my potato half,
Licantrox, for this year's Eurofurence con in Berlin! I'm EXTREMELY excited, this is my first time meeting my beloved after years, my first ever -furry- convention and it's lovely to know that I get to meet all you wonderful people there if you're going! :)I'll be having an artist table in the Dealer's Den under "The Rolling Woofs" with Licantrox! You can see the planning here! We're right between Kaji and Kitty Fluff, on the bottom right corner.
Over at our table; Prints, badges, stickers and commissions will be available for purchase. I'm still deciding on releasing an artbook by myself, it is still in planning on whether if people are interested! I may not make it for badge commissions but we shall see. :)
Do drop a comment or note to let me know if you'd like to meet us, it would be nice to know people who are attending EF as well!
Life Updates:Most of my time had been with dealing with family closely and supporting them, things are getting better, fortunately! This year may have been the sickest year I've had though, the past couple of months I've had several sicknesses come and go. I've still got severe bronchitis now, but the lesser illness like fevers, flu, headaches/migraines, stomachaches, limb cramps and such had decreased by a lot now. So, have been trying to stay in shape and exercise regularly now along with regular checkups at the clinic every month if needed :) still going strong!
Recently was my birthday too, and I'm very glad that I got much better on the day itself. Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes and support, it really means a lot! :)
Another major thing is that I am moving to Scotland right after Eurofurence! Woo!

Contacts:As of late, FurAffinity has had its source code leaked and all. I'm not moving away from FA as it's always served as just a gallery rather than being used as a go-to website for communication and commissions. New Batch of Commissions - Opening soon!

It's been a long while since I opened up for a new batch of commissions :)
I'll be reopening for a new batch this coming Saturday (3/October) at 14:00 UTC
I go by first-come-first-served basis still. The proposal session will be open for roughly 10 to 15 minutes and closed afterwards - I'll be filtering for accepted commissions.My TOS has been updated and can be found here on this google docs if there are any questions/concerns.
Commission types can be found in my commission tab here on FA.
For the remaining little commissions I still have left from previous batch; do not worry, you're on top priority before I resume to work on the new batch!
Slots are limited, and I don't take in reservations/queue jumps! Notes will be disabled until I open this Saturday.

Raising funds for a drawing tablet!
Posted 11 years agoWell, it came to being that I should start raising funds for a new tablet now. My current one malfunctioned and there's no possible way for a fix, and its warranty ended.

Life Update and Assassin's Creed: Unity
Posted 11 years agoIt's been a while since I updated on what's going on with me irl, so guess I should type it up!
Personal & Health
Things have been pretty much a roller coaster ride for me. Lots of ups and downs with the people around me, and I'm constantly going through silent depression. Unfortunately, this lead me to getting sick so easily and I'm currently suffering from headaches and dry coughings, hence now I'm on medication for about four weeks now. Rest is definitely needed for my body, but things should be alright now that I'm starting to sleep on regular times instead of 2 hours per day. I do appreciate those who turn up and gave me a holler up on Skype, always nice to be talking with people! :)
College & Work
I'm 2 semesters away from graduating, and currently building up my portfolio while getting piles of college work.
I've been doing 3D models far more than drawing, and am actually thinking of opening up 3D sculpts as commissions after my current batch of commissions is complete.
From stylized to realism, I could work with any! It's been fun learning in-depth on game and scene modeling, and definitely would take up the chance to do them as commissions or projects. More updates on this later on though :) check out my twitter, I do post some sculpts there!
As of late, I apologize to all commissioners that I've been taking long to finish their pieces. College has taken its toll on my time and it's hard to manage at the moment.
I do plan to fill up my entire December just working on commissions, though, as my current semester will end on the 12th of December. (Wooo!)
I still don't accept commission bookings, however, so please wait until I announce when I do open up :)

I'm 2 semesters away from graduating, and currently building up my portfolio while getting piles of college work.
I've been doing 3D models far more than drawing, and am actually thinking of opening up 3D sculpts as commissions after my current batch of commissions is complete.
From stylized to realism, I could work with any! It's been fun learning in-depth on game and scene modeling, and definitely would take up the chance to do them as commissions or projects. More updates on this later on though :) check out my twitter, I do post some sculpts there!
As of late, I apologize to all commissioners that I've been taking long to finish their pieces. College has taken its toll on my time and it's hard to manage at the moment.
I do plan to fill up my entire December just working on commissions, though, as my current semester will end on the 12th of December. (Wooo!)
I still don't accept commission bookings, however, so please wait until I announce when I do open up :)

Posted 11 years agoI'd like to apologize for the huge, huge delay on my commissions.
My semester break -just- started and I'm ready to get back to work on the ones I've left since the last time I opened up.
Lesson learned; never ever open for comms during college semester.
From now on, only opening them when I start holidays. Time slots are far, far too packed when I've got work and long classes altogether.
Heads up that if I finish the remaining ones in the next couple of days, I'll open up limited slots for the next. :)
More arts coming soon, I promise.
Still haven't got my tablet's cable replacement, so am using my old tablet until then!

Tablet cable head busted, will be on hiatus for a while.

Someone broke the cable head when I left it at my new home, which is still sort of being maintained.
I'll be trying to get a temporary replacement somehow. We'll see! I sure miss my tablet already. ;-;
It's a cintiq, so it'll prolly take a while for the replacement order to arrive. Might even consider getting an intuous pro just as back up.

First, college.
Things been very hectic, and many projects are overlapping each other week after week, this burns up many of my free time and sleep, which is why those of you who are in US/EU get to talk to me in your daytime, whereas it's past midnight in my time. My break for this term starts in April, if I'm not mistaken!
Second, work/commissions.
These, I honestly can say that I haven't been putting much in as of the past few weeks. I'm sorry to my current commissioners, I should've known that I'll be piled up with work. But either way, I will try to finish one after another as soon as possible, so please check your email when I do send in drawings for approvals/changes! Again, deeply sorry for the huge delays! Resetting Art Queue - Taking new commissions on 13/12/2013
Posted 12 years agoIt's been too long since I didn't update my current queue, and it sorta got old after a while. Felt like I should clear up and start fresh. None of the current queue I have are paid, but I do apologize that I took too long. So if you were in my queue and would still like to commission me, please do on the next dateline for opening commishes. :) since I'll be on semester break, I'll definitely get the new ones done fast.

At the moment, suffering badly from the thick and brutal haze going about here. It's like silent hill here man, hell these photoshopd's are going around too as a joke hahha. Staying indoors by all means. I'm already starting to cough though, but I'm still strong to work on my stuff.
Anyway, I feel like answering some questions if there's any :) art-related, music-related, etc etc. Just not personal stuff of course. Shoot away if you have any!
