Hey everyone, I just wanted to make a quick journal and apologize for my absence lately... I've been going through a rough patch mentally and have been struggling to overcome it...

I know there are quite a few of you out there waiting to hear back from me with WIP updates about your orders. I am truly sorry for how long it has taken me. I recognize that this is a pattern of behavior with me and I am trying my hardest to break out of this loop I have caught myself in. Nothing excuses my behavior and I thank every last one of you for your patience.

I have been feeling a bit better this week and have started to show progress. I will be updating everyone out there that is waiting as soon as I can.

I am trying not to take on any more large orders right now until I show some serious progress with my current queue. I will be taking some small orders such as handpaws, tails and custom collars just to make ends meet but I will not be taking any new large orders for at least a month or two. I really need to clear up by past due orders first.

Like I said, thank you all so much for your patience and understanding and I am sorry that things have taken me so long!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I'll be working through the weekend again to try and catch up! I may be slow to respond since today is my birthday and I think some friends are coming to keep me company while I work. But I will be in the studio!

I'm feeling MUCH better after yesterdays bout of food poisoning(at least I think that's what it was). My stomach is still a bit touchy but I've been eating bland things and it's been helping.

I am getting back to work now. I am finishing up a few things right now then I will get pictures after lunch and send out WIP messages later tonight!

Something I ate during lunch today didn't sit well with me. I threw up a couple times this afternoon and have been feeling really bleh since. I am going to take it easy the rest of the night and I will get back to notes and sending WIP pictures first thing in the morning! I am going to be getting up a couple hours earlier than usual tomorrow and I'm going to be giving up my weekend to catch up on all the time missed this week/

Hey! Just popping in to say I'm still alive! I've been working hard this week to catch up on things as well as playing with my new embroidery machine in my free time :3

I am still behind on emails and notes. It seems the second I get ahead I fall behind again. I will be working through them again tomorrow!

I have a few new goodies I plan on posting tomorrow as well. I have been working on some custom embroidered fursuit collars. I am finishing up my example ones tonight so that I can open for custom orders tomorrow.

I am also working on a few cool beanies as well. Expect to see pictures of them tomorrow!

I'm feeling a bit better today so I am going to be getting back to work. I took yesterday to clear my head after the con and the news of my cat's Death....

I have to run a few errands here in the next hour or so but I will be back in the studio tonight to pick back up on commissions and respond to the massive amounts of emails and notes I got over the weekend. Please have patience with me, it may take me a while to get through them all!

I just got back from Katsucon this morning, as I was unpacking I got a text from my mother(who hasn't spoken to me since xmas) saying she just had to put down our cat, Little Missy. I am heartbroken that I wasn't able to be there to say goodbye. We had her for a good 16 years.... When I saw her at xmas I could tell she wasn't doing well. She had bad teeth so she could only eat wet food, even still she was very skinny and had a tumor on her head. My mother didn't realize how bad it had gotten until the vet shaved her head and saw that there were literal holes in her skull from the cancer........ The vet also said she was slowly starving because she wasn't processing the nutrients from her wet food properly. My mother is a complete mess over this because she feels it's her fault. I didn't help that it took 4 shots to get her to go, she was a fighter to the very end....

I'm going to take tomorrow off to unpack, recuperate from the con and try to get over the funk this has left me in. I've been sobbing all afternoon. I will be responding to people tomorrow into wednesday. I will be positng some con leftovers today for sale. Sales at Katsu weren't the best so I'm trying to make up for some of it.

Anyway, I thank you guys for your patience. Rest in Peace Missy Miss. I'm going to miss you so much but I'm glad you're not in pain anymore.......

Just a heads up, I don't know how internet will be while I'm away so I am sorry if I do not respond to notes or anything until I get back on Monday! I will try to respond in my off time but since I'm selling in the artist alley I won't have much of that.

Commission work will resume when I get back as well. The rest of the day is going to be spent finishing and packing up stock. I have to figure out how to fit all this stuff into one Jeep =P

Hey, just wanted to give a heads up. I've been having a lot of internet problems in the last few days. It keeps cutting out randomly. We spoke to Comcast and they said it's not our equipment it's an area wide thing. Not sure when it will be back fully.

I will be trying to answer notes and emails tonight as best I can. I have no data left on my phone or I would just use that. In the mean time I will be working on commissions even if I'm not online! Fingers crossed this gets resolved quickly, it's been really frustrating -__-

Hey everyone, I hope you guys are having a good week so far!

I wanted to first start out this update by apologizing for how behind I am on my queue. I have been trying my hardest to catch up and I am finally starting to make progress. I do apologize for the delay, please bare with me while I continue to work through everything. I really do appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!

I don't have much of an update this week except that I'm still working! I am trying to pull long hours in the studio to get things done.

Next week I will be out of the studio from Thursday the 16th until Monday the 20th, so that everyone is aware! I am going to be at Katsucon selling in the Artist Alley. If you are going to be there make sure to come say hi! I still have some stock to finish up on so I am going to be taking Saturday and Sunday this week to work exclusively on that stuff! I have been working about an hour a night on it as well to try to get things done.

I also may have a personal suit to debut there. I am working to get her done as well. She is a very experimental suit and a lot of the techniques I'm trying out on her right now can be applied to current and future commissions. Namely, a new method for padding bodysuits! Keep an eye out for updates. I've been trying to work on her a bit every night as well. Any time I work on her or Katsu stuff would otherwise be personal time(Ie, relaxing and unwinding) so I'm not spending actual studio/work time on these projects! I've had some people express concern about that in the past and I just wanted to clarify. All of these premade/stock and personal projects are done on my time, not work time.

We got the call last night that my sister-in-laws water broke 3 weeks early! She hasn't had the baby yet but they expect it later this evening. My wife and I will be making the hour and a half drive down there to be with the family later today! I just wanted to let everyone know that I may be slow to respond today and tomorrow depending on how long we stay and how the wifi is in the hospital.

I'm going to be posting a couple more tails for sale in an hour or two, just a heads up! With my hand not being 100% I've spent most of the day finishing up some stuff for Katsucon in a few weeks. It's all been sitting in boxes waiting for me to get around to it lol

It's feeling a little better today though! It's blistered up and still stings like a mofo but I've bandaged it up(I let it breath every time I take a break) to keep any fur from getting in the wounds and to keep it immobilized. I don't have full use of my right hand so work will be slow today but I will be trying my best! I'll just have to work slow and do things that wont aggravate it. I should be back to normal tomorrow or Friday though. I'm so sorry for the delay guys. I will have more stuff/WIP things soon!

So I'm a clutz and burned the crap out of my hand while working on feet.... My hot glue gun was on high and I smeared my right hand completely through a fresh, huge glob....

My knuckles on my ring and pinky finger are bright red and feel like they're on fire. The glue itself peeled off some skin too. I got some burn cream but my hand still wont stop shaking.

All of these tails have been made over the past months in preparation for this years convention circuit. Due to financial reasons I'm posting a few of them up here first so that you guys can have first pick!

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that my prices will be changing sometime in the month of February, I haven't chosen an exact date as of yet. This change is to reflect the increase in quality over the past year. Only suits are effected in this. Smaller pieces such as props, hands, feet, tails, ect will remain the same. Only heads, partials, fullsuits and bodysuits will be changed.

I haven't completely finalized the new prices yet but here is a rough outline of the changes for those who are interested:

It's officially been one year since my horse JoJo passed away.... He was almost 30 and had been my best friend for more than 20 years. I miss him everyday and I really regret not being able to be with him in the end.

Just wanted to make a quick journal to let everyone know I'm still working to catch up on notes and emails! I've been posting some stuff today and I've been working my way through things in between working and posting submissions. I'm taking a quick break for a snack now then I will be back to send some more out.

Just wanted to pop in and give a very brief update. I am going to be working through the weekend to try and catch up on orders. My goal this month was to try and get on a "normal" Mon-Fri work schedule so that I could get weekends off to relax, recuperate and to work on personal things. It seems like this year so far has been conspiring against me. So I will be working through the next few days. My next day off will likely be sometime next week. I am pushing this weekend goal back to February so that I can play catch up this month.

I have lots of WIP pictures and update notes/emails to respond to. I will be working through those this weekend. If you are waiting to hear back from me thank you for being patient! I have a lot of them to work through and lots of pictures to take so it takes a while.

I do have a few things to post, mostly some new stuff I worked on in my free time earlier this week. I will be posting those in a few minutes on my lunch break. After I eat I can get back to work/emails!

So I just got back from the vet with Lyra. She had a Comprehensive exam due and I was concerned because she had a large sore under her neck/chin.

The vet believes it's Staph/MRSA. My wife had several bad staph infections last year and has tested positive for MRSA before as well. The vet says it looks mild but still the vet bill is pretty high after tests, antibiotics(and $25 for them to shave the patch on her neck -__- ). Money has already been VERY tight this month after everything last week but this has put us in even more of a pinch.
