I am 25 today. x.x

221Bcon was absolutely brilliant and way made up for my crummy FWA experience.

I met some amazing people. I drank far too much. I ran around accidentally dressed as The Woman one night and we played in the TARDIS. I got my FAVORITE Sherlock fan art as a print. I met the cast/crew of A Finger Slip and hung out with them all weekend. The cosplay was awesome. The panelists were awesome. The Con suite was amazing and themed and way late at night there were naughty bedtime stories.

I remembered just why I love small conventions. You get to known everyone and make so many good friends. I met a bunch of people who are local who I can hang out with and some who aren't who I want to see again.

I can't wait till Fangcon for this reason and I am super excited to go to 221Bcon again next year (possibly as a panelist - I just had to open my mouth!)

All in all a pretty disappointing con for me. Didn't seem like there was a lot going on and I didn't feel like I met as many people. ><

Have 221bcon in a week and some change, then that will be it for cons for me for a while.

So over the next few months I hope to replace Tango's feet (because my toes are falling off) with some more sturdy, and her tail (I want something with a bit more shape, maybe a hair bigger.)

Her bodysuit really needs it but that'll have to wait until I have the funds. x.x

Went to the Founder's Day 5k this past Saturday in suit and made the news!

So! After looking at how many duckies I would need/being discouraged that the ones I wanted weren't available anymore, I've decided my duckies are a Fangcon only thing! It was a big hit at Fsngcon, and I think that it would be cool to keep passing them out there. :)

4. Any pieces for Nonsense the Dragon haha. She's so derpy cute.
5. Anything Doctor Who, Harry Potter, SHIELD/Avengers, Black Butler, LFG, Star Trek, My Little Pony or Star Wars. Anything Warcraft. I can't help it, I'm obsessed. Game time, TCG stuff, pets, swag, etc. I'm a horde hunter with a love of murlocs. x.x
6. Art? Because you can't ever have enough.
7. Uh... brewery swag. T-shirts, stickers, keychains, etc. Bonus points if someone actually gets me a Cariboo Brewing something. I HAVE A PROBLEM AND I CANT HELP IT.
8. New hand or feet paws for Tango (hers died at Fangcon and haven't gotten around to making new ones.) And I would seriously be indebted to someone if they could refurb her head. x.x
9. Anything reindeer. I luff reindeer. They make me happy.
10. White cloppers or small cloven hooves from DVC. Or a Kigu. That would make me happy too.

I knew I had some damage to my fursuit after Fangcon (I was a little hard on the suit haha) but just took a closer look at the damage and yikes. >< Looks like I'll be needing new handpaws and feetpaws before the event I've got on the 8th. As well as fixing a rip in my sleeve and making sure my head is okay since I lost an eye at Fangcon.

How to find me: I'm taking Farce for sure and will likely have a new suit (Salsa) with me - he'll be a panda coloured shepherd in a suit. I may take Lumi and I may have Wubs.

Alrighty so I've been promising this for a while, so here goes.

1. The car situation - I managed to find a 2002 Passat which was a great deal. It was purchased and outside of the price of gas and oil changes, I'm in love. It's the first time in two years I've had working AC and a door that's the same colour haha. On top of that I'm now spoiled with leather interior and heated seats. Had a full inspection on it Saturday, got 100k mile maintenance done on it today and it is good to go! I also now officially have my Georgia license and am on my own insurance which is expensive (adding to my monthly dues of student loans, rent and credit card bills) but I'm looking for a new job (still) to help me better afford all this.

2. Health - Health situation is not very good right now. My anxiety and depression is starting to take over and I'm struggling to keep myself from falling farther into the hole. Lately it takes almost all my energy to do anything besides sleep. However, I rarely get any sleep these days because my insomnia has gotten worse. I don't catch more than a few hours of sleep a night most times and when I do sleep, I don't have anything but nightmares. This, along with stress from stuff at work and what not, have given me an ulcer. I'm trying to find a new job, away from the negativity that I receive at work, but I've had no such luck yet. On top of all this, I'm still experiencing back and neck pain from the accident (which is normal) and popped my ear drum last night.

3. Work - still sucks! We're training some people for a new store right now and while at first I thought the extra help would be nice, it turns out that its just made everything worse. Cake orders are going missing, not getting done or being taken wrong which comes back on our bakery. One of these trainees actually went as far as to sabotage a cake order I had done because she was jealous she did not get to do it (because she is a TRAINEE.) This was a $100+ Groom's cake that had taken two days worth of prep so it wasn't a quick or easy fix. The manager that's given me so much grief in the past had her last day Wednesday so I'm hoping the new manager is much kinder. I hear she's more strict but she's a genuine person. I've met her a few times at another store and I've liked her but I've yet to work with her as a manager.

4. Fursuits - Lumi's face has been stripped, reworked and is in the process of being completely refurbed. I wasn't happy with the shape or with the fleece so it's being reworked. I'm extremely tired of being told directly or indirectly that I have no skill/can't do it/others with the same experience are better than me. It really gets me down so this was more a personal challenge to prove to myself that what they say or want me to think is wrong. Lumi had more foam added to her face, got new eyes and a different ear style. She will eventually get a new nose, new lips and tongue and teeth, as well as new hand paws, feet paws and a new tail. I have to add some more fur to one part of her body suit. Farce will probably get her face shaved down a little more soon and I still intend to add more colour to the body when I go to take some of the bagginess out. I want to add blue, though I'm not sure where yet so I haven't yet started it. Nonsense will be started as soon as I finish Lumi. As for my commissioned suits, Wubs (being made by  otter.n.daughter ) will be started by the end of this month and Salsa (being made by  ~Interrobang~ has already been started and should be done by the middle of next month. I do have another secret project I'm working on, on top of a Murloc suit for Dragon*Con next year.

5. Accounts - I will be starting to migrate more over to  Wubs preparing for when I get that suit, which will be my main, so go watch that account. It may be slow for a while but it will start to pick up. On top of that,  FarceFox has been made to keep up with Farce's outings so go give her some love too.

6. Surprise - I'm not saying what it is yet, but it's coming hopefully some time within the next few months. I will be steadily working on it.

9. AWA - I sadly won't be going to AWA because I've got a wedding cake due. However, if someone small (22-23" head) would like to borrow Farce as a partial, hit me up.

So I didn't hear from my insurance about what they wanted to do today. Even though the appraiser was out bright and early this morning, it seems everyone in the local office was at all day training and so I was told to expect to hear from them tomorrow. Still not thinking it's looking good but we've got our fingers crossed.

I know how much I got for my Cavalier when it was wrecked but it had less miles, no off coloured door and working AC. Looking at cars in that price and lower. I'm told that if they decide to total it, I can either argue with them to fix it or demand they find me a comparable vehicle. x.x We shall see though.

On top of that, I'm having to be compensated for missed wages and medical bills. Neck and back are feeling a bit better. Still sore but that's to be expected.

Enterprise was supposed to bring me a new car today - when I went to pick the rental up, they only had a Yukon available and for those who know me I'm 5' tall and weight 90 lbs. A Yukon is far too much for me to handle. I called them around 4:30 and they didn't have anything smaller. The Assistant Manager promised me something tomorrow since Thursday I have to return back to work.

More updates will come tomorrow after I hear from my insurance and Enterprise.

Whelp. The appraiser came out today and it's not looking good. He spent barely any time looking at the car and didn't look at the frame and since he was third party, he wasn't able to tell me whether or not he thought it'd be fixed or totaled out so we're leaning towards the second.

This is not good news at all, because there isn't anything out there available for what we're thinking we'll get for the car. x.x

Yesterday on my way into work I was hit from behind at an intersection by a jeep wrangler. My taillights are gone, back windshield is gone, bumper is scuffed and bent in in multiple places and the trunk is unable to close.

There is a very good chance the car is totaled but since the airbags didn't deploy and the car looks fine other than that we are crossing our fingers that my car will be repaired. Value of my car, worst case scenario, is only $2500 so that will make finding a car extremely difficult since I can't afford a car payment right now. Because of this accident, I will miss two days of work, another thing I really can't afford to do. -.- Adjuster, Appraiser and the rental car will be taken care of Monday - when everything opens.

On top of that, neck started hurting yesterday and my neck and back are sore today.



It was not a good day for me and as I'm stressing out, I just thought I'd update people so they knew what was going on.

My room is an absolute cluttered disaster - this stuff needs to go!
