General | Posted 11 years agoIts been this long since i've checked this page? Work takes too much of my time. Well we shall see how much i can keep up with this page. Haven't exactly been watching wrestling too much and have had a lazy streak too. My partner is too busy to help manage the page so its just gonna be me from now on. I may be moving over to a new page soon as this one was mostly her ideas.
In other news i did see NXT Takeover and TLC. NXT has better shows and talent right now. its scary for the main roster. TLC sucked. I was also at RAW this past monday and was on TV A LOT. I had cena headband and wristbands on and had a sign that said A WINNER IS YOU. it was pretty cool. way better RAW than what the week before was

Bit of Fantasy Booking
General | Posted 11 years agoSo i was hearing a bit about ideas for Sting and other stuff leading up to Mania, and this is MY idea for some feuds leading to that, some of it based on plans already talked about, just my way of doing it.
TLC - Cena vs Lesnar for the WWE title. Cena needs to beat him, goes wild and being a TLC match, wails on Lesnar with any and all weapons and wins the title. Rollins pearl harbors him and knocks him out, cashes in and wins the WWE title.
Raws between TLC and Rumble - 2 returns - Bryan returns and demands shot at his title again and gets it somehow. Undertaker returns and says with the Streak gone he can refocus and wants one more shot at the WWE title, enters the Royal Rumble. Cena upset he doesnt get title but puts Bryan over.
RR - Taker and Lesnar are in the rumble and eventually get to go at it, taker eliminates Lesnar. Sting makes his first WWE appearance and eliminates Taker. Reigns returns from injury and wins the Rumble. Bryan vs Rollins, Bryan wins back the title.
Raws between RR and Elimination Chamber - Sting cuts promos about beating nearly every legend in the business except for Taker and demands a match at WM. after being eliminated from the RR, taker willingly accepts. Cena is getting a little frustrated and is starting to side with his heel gf Nikki. Nikki and Brie still feuding this whole time.
Elimination Chamber - Bryan puts title on the line. Cena runs interference and makes a heel turn and helps Rollins win the title back, setting up a Bryan&Brie vs Cena&Nikki feud.
WM - Reigns vs Rollins for the title, reigns wins. Sting vs Taker, probably Sting goes over. Cena vs Bryan - Bryan over but this is only the first of the series. Nikki vs brie maybe?
So yeah just my random thoughts

WWE NOC thoughts and results
General | Posted 11 years agoAlright well another Night of Champions PPV is in the books and Raw is about an hour and a half away so time to go with my final thoughts and results!
Pre-show Peep Show: This segment saw the return of Christian to WWE (PPV) TV to interview Chris Jericho. I thought this went well, some nice back and forth banter between the two about times past before Orton interrupted. Some good back and forth between him and Jericho as well. Got a chuckle out of it.
Opening Match - Usos Vs Gold/Stardust for the WWE Tag Team Championships: Very good match with some very nice spots. Match went back and forth with the Usos getting a bit of payback on Stardust for the leg injury one of them had sustained. Match ended with Stardust getting a rollup and the 1-2-3.
Winners and NEW Tag Team Champions - Gold/Stardust.
Next Match - Cesaro Vs Sheamus for the United States Championship: Not a bad match. Both men looked good. Sheamus Hulked up near the end and hit a Brogue Kick out of nowhere from the corner for the win.
Winner and STILL United States Champion - Sheamus
Match 3 - The Miz W/ Damian Miz-dow Vs Dolph Ziggler W/ R-Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship I'll be honest; didn't pay much attention to this match. Flordia-Georgia Line was out on commentary...sure. Apparently they will be the musical guests on Tribute to the Troops. Got booed it sounded like on the way out and when the had a confrontation with Miz-dow. Miz with the rollup and the tights for the 1-2-3.
Winner and NEW Intercontinental Champion - The Miz
2 Roll up wins so far in 3 matches. Please no more. Also at one point they were talking about dirt on commentary for some reason. this was while Ziggler did his 10 elbow drops attack. JBL chimes in with a comment about that move giving The King a dirt nap or something like that. Real class act JBL making light of someone's heart attack. Asshole.
''Match'' 4 - Seth Rollins Vs Roman Reigns:Reigns is out after emergency surgery the day before. Rollins says thats no excuse and demands for the ref to ring the bell and 10 count for the forfit ''win''. He then issues an open challenge to anyone in back. Taxi pulls up and out comes Dean Ambrose. They brawl outside and the authority finally breaks it up and zip tie Ambrose, carrying him out of the arena. Why ANOTHER pull apart brawl between the two? Its getting old.
Winner - No Contest
Match 5 - 'Murica Vs Russia Episode 10,000 - Mark Henry Vs Rusev: Henry out first. Lilian sings the National Anthem, Henry cries tears of 'Murica. Henry starts strong, Rusev throws him into the steel steps, Henry looks injured and this is how they let Rusev win once again while trying to make it look like it wasn't a completely clean win. I understand they want Rusev over as this monster but they keep putting him in matches HE SHOULDN'T BE WINNING. WWE YOU ARE DOING AN AMERICA VS RUSSIA ANGLE. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BLOW OFF ALREADY AND AMERICA WOULD I WOULD THINK COME OUT AHEAD AS PER YOUR USUAL BOOKING FROM THE PAST! Seriously, you guys are almost ruining good talent and somewhat over people just to establish Rusev. Big E gets dominated, Swagger passes out, and Henry gets injured. I know you did this to try and keep at least Swagger and Henry looking somewhat ok but it just makes them look bad because the KEEP LOSING. Just end this. Please. Bring back Kurt Angle, do it one more time and have America win finally. Angle's contract is supposedly up as well WWE (hint hint)
Winner - Rusev via the Accolade
Match 6 - Chris Jericho Vs Randy Orton: Am I the only one that thinks Jericho's entrance is timed weird and set up weird. Like the whole lights out thing should happen first, THEN the light up jacket, THEN pyro and music. Regardless. Alright, yet SLOW match aka the Orton Special. The chinlocks...oi. End of the match sees Jericho go up top, Orton taking FOREVER to fully stand up and turn around. Predictable finish to those watching as he jumps and Orton hits an RKO in mid air for the win. See you in a few months Jericho
Winner via pinfall - Randy Orton
Match 7 - Nikki Bella Vs AJ Lee Vs Paige Triple Threat match for the Diva's Championship: AJ wins next match
Winner and NEW Diva's Champion - AJ Lee
Main Event - John Cena Vs Brock Lesnar for the WWE (World Heavyweight) Championship:Cena hits an AA almost right away in the match. Very patterned match. Brock dominates a bit, Cena gets a bit of an offense, Brock suplex, Kimura lock, repeat the pattern. Really weird match. Finish saw Lesnar in the STF (Maybe) about to tap when Seth Rollins hits the ring and Cena with the MITB case, getting the DQ. He takes out Cena before hitting Lesnar with the Curb Stomp. Oh god he's going after Lesnar dude you are an idiot. He goes to get back in the ring as he cashes in, but Cena stops him and they brawl for a second before Rollins runs to the back. Bell never rang so cash in didn't happen. Lesnar is up and F-5's Cena to end the show. Suplex Counter - 7, F-5 Counter -1, AA counter - 4
Winner by DQ - John Cena. Still WWE Champion - Brock Lesnar
All in all....come on WWE you can do better. The state of your PPV's mate.

WWE NOC Predictions and discussions
General | Posted 11 years agoHey all! Tonight is the night! the Night Of Champions!
Gonna use this journal for discussion down in the comments! Feel free to chime in!
Alternate/other discussions also over at
Predictions
Well Reigns vs Rollins is out so scratch that!
Orton vs Jericho - Jericho is so good, but he also puts everyone over in the end nowadays. Should Win: Jericho Will Win: Orton
Sheamus vs Cesaro for US title - Both good workers and can put on good matches. Torn between this one. honestly as much as I like Sheamus, I would prefer to see Cesaro run with the US title. Should Win: Cesaro Will Win: Sheamus
Mark Henry vs Rusev - End this. Please. Stop putting Rusev in matches that he shouldn't be in, let alone winning. Should Win - Mark Henry Will Win - Rusev
The Usos vs Goldust and Stardust for Tag Belts - Really like these 2 teams going at it. Not a fan of turning Rhodes heel. Why can't we do Faces vs Faces for once? Injured Usos, Heel Rhodes. Gonna be a good one. Should Win - Goldust and Stardust; Will Win - Goldust and Stardust.
Dolph Ziggler vs The Miz for the IC title - Miz Sucks. Should Win - Ziggler; Will Win - Ziggler
Nikki Bella vs Paige vs AJ Lee for the Diva's title - Oh god why. AJ is good, Paige is good, Nikki makes this all go downhill. Should Win - Paige; Will Win - None of us.
Brock Lesnar vs John Cena for WWE title - Hard to call this one. Either Lesnar dominates totally again, or Cena is ruthless and decimates Lesnar. If Cena wins more than likely Rollins cashes in. Neither really need this title. Brock doesn't deserve it in all honesty, and Cena just doesn't need another title. Not yet anyways. Should Win - Neither; Will Win - Lesnar more than likely.

1st world problems (trying to be back)
General | Posted 11 years agoI know i keep saying this but (HOPEFULLY) i am back. Work is pushing me more and more so i am working over 30 hours a week now. Plus going out with friends on my off days or spending time with the boyfriend is making it hard to be on here, plus there was a week in there where i just kinda stayed away from the computer. But i will try to stay on or at least check the page more often.
Next up I just wanted to throw this out there to everyone: If you have any wrestling-themed art, stories, or podcasts, music, ANYTHING that you want us to put on the page, feel free to drop a shout or a note and we will put it up! (With credit to the original artist/poster of course as well as credit to the person who showed it to us)
Moving to the actual wrestling news.....I....honestly haven't watched RAW in almost a month now. I know roughly whats been going on thanks to reading about it, but i haven't had the time or the ability to watch it lately. I know the main feuds going on: You got Cena-Lesnar, you've got Rhodes-Usos, Ziggler-Miz, Bella infighting and paige-AJ. I am probably missing some. Regardless I will be trying to keep up with it more, watching RAW and reading the SD spoilers to get an idea of the week, and try to post recaps and/or important news.
Ric Flair - Flair has missed his last couple appearances for the WWE, and it seems to be as a result of some surgery he just had. He should be returning soon.
NoC - Night of Champions is this Sunday and i do plan on watching it. Hopefully its better then what RAW apparently has been. I will probably post a journal right before the preshow as a discussion journal throughout the show to chat about it.
NOC card:
Preshow:
Match - TBA

Main Card - To my knowledge
WWE World Heavyweight Championship

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Dolph Ziggler © vs. The Miz
WWE Divas Championship

Final Thought - For a funny, informative, and all around awesome review show - go check out OSW Review These 3 Irish guys are just awesome. They started their reviews with the Hulkamania Era going PPV to PPV, and have since finshed that and have reviewed the WCW triforce of Arquette, and Retro ECW! Their latest episode was about the first episode of WWECW on SCIFI. Definately worth a watch.

Sorta Wrestling News (Slow Week)
General | Posted 11 years agoBeen kind of a slow week and I've been at work a lot but we will do what we can!
Monday Night Raw - "HBK" Shawn Michaels, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair, and "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan will kick off RAW discussing Cena V Lesnar. Word is RAW is going head to head with the Primetime Emmy Awards and want to make sure viewer counts stay up.
Friday Night Smackdown....or rather soon to be Thursday Night Smackdown - Smackdown will be returning to thursday nights starting Oct 2
Bo Dallas and Adam Rose - WWE has apparently ''given up'' on both of their characters, at least for the time being.
John Cena - In a recent interview with Wisconsin ABC affiliate WDIO (Shoutout to the Northland! Duluth/Superior my homeland <3-<3) Cena has once again stated that while he has it in him to do so, he will NOT turn heel unless the boss says so.
Rey Mysterio - Word has it that even once his hand is healed WWE won't be using him on TV. Back when his contract was set to expire a few months ago he was planning on leaving the company, and even had Ripple H's approval to do so with his good wishes. Vinnie Mac decided to forcibly renew Rey's contract per some sort of clause that states he can do this with injured talent to make up for the time that they were out of action due to the injury. Rey wasn't pleased and reportedly had even stopped cashing his WWE checks. At this time they are just trying to hold onto him as long as possible to stop him from following ADR over to Mexico's AAA promotion. Dick Move Vinnie.

After Raw Updates
General | Posted 11 years agoAlright so Wednesday already might as well do some small updates.
Dean Ambrose - Refused Medical treatment after raw and to quote the doctor on scene ''We haven't seen him since."
Brock Lesnar was given the NEW championship belt, which is just the old belt with the new wwe logo sans the WHC.
Hulk Hogan is still campaigning to get another match in WWE.
Looks like Mark Henry is next in line to feud with Rusev.
John Cena has invoked his rematch clause and the main even at NOC will be Cena Vs Lesnar for the WWE title.

Summerslam Results, Rant, and hopefully back to updating
General | Posted 11 years agoHey all! Silver here! Back after a very long absence for which i apologize.
So to jump right in seeing as its midnight i will try to keep this short. Summerslam Results GO!
The Miz © VS Dolph Ziggler - Ziggler wins, New IC Champ. Fairly good match and i was pleasantly surprised to see Ziggler win.
Paige VS AJ Lee © - Paige wins, new Divas Champ. Again an alright match and was once again surprised to see this title change.
Rusev VS Swagger Flag Match - Rusev wins. Night full of surprises and this was no different. Personally I thought the booking for this was wrong. This should have been the blow off and Swagger should have won this. It made no sense to have Russia win yet again. I know they want to keep Rusev strong, but how about we stop putting him matches that he should be losing then...just a thought.
Ambrose VS Rollins Lumberjack Match - Rollins wins in a cluster of a finish. Kane hit the ring, lumberjacks enter and brawl. Rollins uses his briefcase. Rollins win. Not sure why we couldn't have made this a clean win. I suppose this feud will keep going. hopefully to HIAC.
Y2J VS Bray Wyatt - Wyatt wins. I liked this match. It was a really good match I thought and Wyatt FINALLY went over!
Brie Bella VS Stephanie McMahon - Steph wins. I was ok with this. I really was. and the match was slow, but good! HOWEVER....this is where the rant begins. The finsh. Out comes Ripple H. Expected and he pulls the ref out. gets dropkicked and in comes Nikki. Nikki attacks Brie and we get a heel turn.....why? it wasn't needed. Hell, why couldn't we just get a clean finish? I would have accepted that! Steph looked good!
Orton VS Reigns - Reigns wins. Alright match, clean finish. Nothing bad to say here.
Brock Lesnar VS John Cena......*sighs* Where do I begin....,First off, your NEW WWE Champion, BROCK LESNAR. LET ME REPEAT THAT. YOUR NEW WWE CHAMPION, BROCK LESNAR. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Sorry about that. Brock dominated the WHOLE match. Cena got beat cold. no Super Cena tonight. I was ok with this and for all intents and purposes based on how the match went, Lesnar should have one. HOWEVER! Lesnar should NEVER have been named champion. NEVER. He's never around. He doesn't care about the company. Doesn't care about the business. Only wants the money. Only wrestles 4 times a year at best. I know its a refreshing change, and I know most didnt want more Cena and I can agree (Though personally I actually like Cena...most of the time) but Lesnar was the wrong choice. Just like him beating Undertaker. it was the wrong choice. These are just my opinions but i just can't take it. my rant is over I apologize. Tomorrow's RAW should be interesting!

Money in the Bank Results and BnB Injury News
General | Posted 11 years agoRex here standing in for Silver as he's busy at the moment.
Personally, Money in the Bank was one hell of a disappointment for me. (Not just because I'm an Ambrose Fan)
The only interesting match had to be the main ones, and even then they were fixed by the Authority.
The contract ladder match saw Seth Rollins taking home the briefcase due to Kane interrupting the match to put Dean Ambrose's chances of winning to hell. He was literally so close, and had the Authority not wanted their dog to win so badly, Ambrose would have won, despite a shoulder injury that he sustained previously, aggravated by what can only be described as the most amazing Superplex in history: Off the top of the MitB ladder with Seth Rollins as the target.
The MitB Championship ladder match nearly saw Randy Orton (Another of the Authority's lackeys) securing the World Heavyweight Championship belts, once again supported by Kane. But after a comeback from Cena, knocking out Kane and Orton, he secured his 15th Championship title.
After Money in the Bank, Randy Orton tweeted that he had gotten a serious injury to his skull, and received 12 staples to close the wound. Despite the injury, he still fought in a tag-team match with Kane against Roman Reigns and Cena on Monday Night Raw.
Monday Night Raw also saw the news that Bad News Barrett was to undergo surgery on his shoulder after a beating by Jack Swagger. Due to the nature of the injury, the Intercontinental title has been stripped from Barrett and will be up for grabs in a Battle Royal that will take place on the Battleground PPV later this month.
Seth Rollins defeated RVD in their match, then to receive boos from the crowd after requesting that he be referred to as 'Mr Money in the Bank'. Ambrose appears on the Titantron, warning Seth 'from one scumbag to another' that everytime he tried to cash in the contract, he would be there to ensure that it went wrong.
AJ Lee returned to Raw on Monday, requesting a match against Paige for the Divas championship title.
The match seemed to be in Paige's favor, until AJ Lee won her title back, once again becoming Divas Champion. In an interview on Backstage Pass, AJ expressed her excitement at 'getting her baby back'.
The tag team match of Cena and Roman Reigns against Kane and Randy Orton was, to me, one-sided. Had Kane not disqualified himself and Orton by use of the steel steps to Cena.
Cena, knocked out, was seen to by doctors, before Triple H summoned Seth Rollins to cash in his Money in the Bank Contract while the champ was out cold.
Of course, as promised, Dean Ambrose interrupted, chasing Seth Rollins out of the arena before the bell to confirm the cash-in was rung.
Kane goes to attack Cena while he's down, as instructed by Triple H. Before attacking with a chair, Roman Reigns spears Kane, preventing the demon from striking Cena. Roman and Triple H have an epic standoff, and for a while it looks as if Triple H might take the challenge from Reigns. But he backs off and leaves.
In an interview on Backstage Pass, Ambrose confirmed that he 'never lies' and would keep going after Seth and the Authority as long as he was 'still walking'.
I look forward to what the next WWE event has to offer!
PS: Please excuse my soddy reporting skills. It's not often I do this. XD The events and results of Monday Night Raw are available here: http://www.lordsofpain.net/reports/.....W_6_30_14.html

Monday Night Raw Results
General | Posted 11 years agoThe whole locker room starts out on stage as RAW hits the air. HHH and Steph come out to boos. We get a recap of last week with Bryan being stripped of the title. They talk about the superstars being concerned about there not being a champion since they work 24/7 for a shot at that title. Insults towards Bryan and a YES chant starts. more insults towards him. Steph Announces a Battle Royal for a spot in the MITB match. Ambrose, Reigns, and Cena aren't allowed to compete in it. Cena vs Kane in a Stretcher Match is announced by HHH; if Cena wins he gets a spot in MITB. Superstars head into the back and Kane comes out right before commercial.
Back from commercial and no Kane anywhere. Out comes Ziggler. Ziggler vs Rollins up first. HEAVY 'you sold out chants' towards Rollins. Back and forth to start out. Some light action before commercial.
More back and forth for a fairly good match. Ziggler hits the famouser but doesnt get the 3. Another close fall but no go for Ziggler. Curb Stomp on Ziggler! Ambrose attacks Rollins! Rollins runs out. Ambrose on the mic challenges Rollins to fight. HHH on the screen and says that they won't fight ''But i'm afraid i've got some bad news for ya." Out comes barrett. match is next.
Alright well i will update at once instead of as it goes because i'm having trouble watching RAW. Cole, Lawler, and JBL are really getting annoying tonight. plus gotta run.Daily News #2 (6/16/14)

General | Posted 11 years agoAlright so not the best start to a DAILY news journal but unfortunately these last 2 days were REALLY busy for me >< Expect the next news journal sometime tomorrow afternoon with coverage about WWE 2k15, news and rumors, and Slammiversary results! WRESTLE! WRESTLE!
Daily News #1 (6/13/14)
General | Posted 11 years agoAlright Episode one of hopefully a daily news journal!
First off rumor has it that CM Punk and AJ Lee finally married today! If so congrats to them both.
Next we have Slammiversary this sunday. Now i'm not big on TNA but if they would use them correctly they do have SOME talent over there.
On that note the main event of Slammiversary did change. It was supposed to be Eric Young VS MVP for the World Title, but MVP is out with an injury. Instead it is now EY vs Lashley vs Kenny King in a 3 way steel cage match.
On a final note the series finale of Legend's House aired, and in shocking news the 1st IC champ Pat Patterson revealed that he is gay, and has been in the closet for 50 Years, until now.
Thats all I have for today as this was just a spur of the moment journal, but i hope to do this in a more organized way and try to push out more news as I can!

WWE Breaking News - Superstar Releases
General | Posted 11 years agoAs of today, 6/12/14, World Wrestling Entertainment has released 11 employees of the company:
Curt Hawkins
Drew McIntyre
Jinder Mahal
Aksana
Theodore Long
Camacho
Brodus Clay
Evan Bourne
Yoshi Tatsu
Referee Marc Harris
JTG
Rumor has it these releases could be related to the WWE Network. Sad to see a couple of them go. I loved Teddy Long, and Evan Bourne could have been so much more...plus i guess this mean the band is breaking up and we've gone from 3MB back down to the One Man Band, as Heath Slater is the only one left from the group.
