Head Kit Contest! Whee!
Posted 12 years agoWant a head blank from us, but simply don't have the cash for one right this second?
Here is a simple contest for you.
The simple rules for entry.
Simply take this link, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10081025/
Paste it onto a journal, to the spread the word. If you favorite the submission we will count your name twice.
One entry per person. So, no multiple account under one person.
Then simply post your journal's URL into the comments of this journal.
Wednesday we will draw a name, and announce the winner.
You do have to post a journal to enter.
Keep in mind that this is my contest, so I reserve the right to make the rules.

I can deliver the head blank to the winner at FWA. If not, we will ship the head for free to the winner.

Muses With Bull Whips
Posted 12 years agoThey're all over me, man! So, just a quick update: I've been stalking other artists to learn as much as I can from them while trying to maintain my own style. I think I'm finally getting the hang of it. I finally gained access to a tablet but my disability is making the stylus a problematic tool for me so I'm still doing most of my work with the mouse. I hope to be able to start taking commissions soon but I need to set up a Paypal account or something in order to take payments. I'll update when I have something set up.

Need Inspiration
Posted 13 years agoI just got dumped by my fiance, in grand fashion, while I was 12 hours into a drawing meant to be an engagement present for him. I may not post for a while as I need to find another project that inspires me on that level. (Oh yeah...I'm scrapping his.) Any inspirational or encouraging sentiments would be welcome. I don't want this situation to kill my desire to draw.

Posted 13 years agoThis last couple of days I've been uploading my photography to the site and the reaction I have received has me overwhelmed. What friendly people you all are! I came out of a relationship not too long ago where my art was downplayed often and regarded as substandard. (Yeah, he was a jerk.) The support I've had since I came to Fur Affinity has bolstered my confidence SO MUCH! Thank you all for helping me believe in my own talent again. It means the world to me.
