I've seen other artists sell art packs or comics on Gumroad, would people be interested if I were to create one of those and sell it on Gumroad? How much should it cost and how much art should be there? I've been thinking about ways to earn something and want to try out new things. I just thought to be transparent with you guys and ask for some general feedback regarding that and how you guys feel about it. Maybe you have other ideas and suggestions? What do you guys think?

This year has been mostly great for me. I improved in art a lot and started to work on a comic project I've held on for a few years now. I'm looking forward to 2022, which is filled with more art and more fun. :D

Would you guys be interested if I open one character commissions?

I think allowing just one character might make things easier, since it gets overwhelming to me when I receive commissions with multiple characters in complex poses.

So, what I would open commissions for is:
- One full body character
- Headshot/Icon/Profile picture of one character
- Colorful background free of charge

When drawing and seein art of characters, do you prefer to stick to the original designs of characters or changed designs?

For example with Animal Crossing characters, they don't seem to have hands and more stumps as hands. Some artist draw them with human-like hands, some with stumps.
Another example with Sonic characters, they have weirder proportions. Most artists I've seen change them to make them look more natural and realistic others stick to their original designs and proportions.

What do you prefer to see?

I know this might be a bit too quick, though I have Flick sketched out and Chip is almost done.

Since the Pokemon comic is about Scraggy and Scrafty, would you all like it to be more accurate to the original design of the Pokemon? I'm talking about the hands, proportions and shapes. Or would you prefer to have human-like hands and different proportions?

I'm curios to know how other artists are able to draw so good and fast.

Being slow on drawing is something I've been noticing a lot over these past years. It's been bothering me since I started drawing back in 2013. How do you go on about drawing sketches, line art, color and shading?

For sketches
Do you draw tiny shadow figures first to get the pose the way you want? Do you use forms to sketch out the bodies before going into detail? Or perhaps you don't use shapes and rough sketches and when you start sketching the detail is all there?

For line art
Is there a setting you like to use or specific brushes? Do you precisely follow your sketch? Do you use the eraser often to correct what you've drawn? etc.

For coloring
Do you use the bucket tool to color your art or color everything in yourself like in a coloring book?

For shading and light
Do you insert a light source for easier understanding where the light comes from? Is the whole body in shadow and you use the eraser tool on where the light hits?

Since these are something I need to work on more, I'm looking for advice from fellow artists so I can try out different techniques and get better and faster at it.
